Le boîtier (2) est rempli à l'intérieur d'une résine (5) de silicium conductrice de l'électricité. Des fils conducteurs (6) sont connectés individuellement avec les éléments d'extension (2a) du boîtier (2). Ces composants sont logés dans un boîtier externe (7), et les fils conducteurs (6) sont exposés à l'extérieur.
