在机座 1的四角上插有支撑机架且带有扣紧装置 29的晾衣架立 柱 3, 在晾衣架立柱 3上通过连接块 6从下至上分别接有带孔的热风 缓和室隔板 7及顶架网板 11 , 其中, 热风緩和室隔板 Ί向下与位于 机座 1上表面的热风通道安全保护板 4组成热风緩和室 5 , 并且两者 之间的距离至少大于 60cm以保证从热风通道 24里出来的热风在此实 现充分的降温, 向上与机架 1顶端的顶架网板 11组成干衣室 1 3 , 在 干衣室 1 3的顶部有通过挂衣杆连接杆 9连接在顶架网板 11上的挂衣 杆 8 , 同时, 为了防止机架发生倾斜, 在机架后面装有连接在晾衣架 立柱 3上、 中间通过支点 18 固定连接在一起的防斜 "X" 连接杆 12 或是通过软质钢丝绳来防斜,湿度探头可装在干衣机热风緩和室内或 干衣室内。
布罩 30采用防透气的耐高温布料做成, 套在机架的外面以密封 整个机架, 其正前面装有盛物袋 32以及拉链装置 31 , 顶部开有一批 Φ 5— Φ 20隱之间的出气孔 33 ,出气孔边沿用环形金属铆片 34钉住, 同时, 通过沿口收紧止位凸台 2、 布罩 30下端的弹性绳将布罩 30下 沿口收紧, 并且布罩 30与晾衣架立柱 3上的扣紧装置 29相固定, 加 以定位。所述控制单元包括控制面板 15和主控制器 38以及与之电连 接的湿度探头 14、 温度探头 22、 控制面板开关 36 , 其中温度探头 22 可装在干衣室 13内的热风緩和室隔板 7上、 热风緩和室 5内部或是 热风通道安全保护板 4上。
如图 6所示, 在控制单元中, 接通电源, 打开控制面板开关 36、 控制面板 15,主控制器 38发出信号,使风轮电机 21、 PTC发热块 10、 紫外线杀菌灯 26、 臭氧杀菌发生器 23开始工作, 同时温度探头 22、 湿度探头 14探测热风緩和室 5和干衣室 13的温度与湿度,并将测得 的信号上传给主控制器 38。 当所测得的温度上升到高临界值时, 主 控制器 38发出信号使 PTC发热块 10暂停加热工作, 由于热交换, 热 风缓和室 5的温度下降, 当下降到低临界值时, 主控制器 38发出信 号使 PTC发热块 10继续加热工作; 当干衣室 13的空气湿度降到设定 值时, 主控制器 38发出信号使 PTC发热块 10停止加热工作; 最后热 风缓和室 5温度降到某设定值时, 主控制器 38发出信号, 风轮电机 21、 紫外线杀菌灯 26、 臭氧杀菌发生器 23停止工作, 并发出干衣完 成信号。 工作中, 通过拉链装置 31打开布罩 30, 将待晾衣服通过衣架挂 在挂衣杆 8上, 拉上拉链, 利用电源线 35接通电源, 打开控制面板 开关 36、 控制面板 15 , 主控制器 38发出信号, 使风轮电机 21、 PTC 发热块 10、 紫外线杀菌灯 26、 臭氧杀菌发生器 23开始工作, 吸入经 进风口防尘网 40过滤后的干净常温空气并将其加热后送入热风通道 24 , 该干净的热空气经紫外线杀菌灯 26杀菌后流经热风通道安全保 护板 4时到达热风緩和室 5并在这里与原先的冷空气发生热交换、温 度有所降低且经臭氧杀菌发生器 23进一步杀菌后继续上升, 直达干 衣室 13以干燥湿衣, 同时, 干衣室 13里的水蒸气在热空气的作用下 温度升高, 密度变小, 再加上风轮电机 21的鼓风作用和布罩 30的不 透气性,该永蒸气迅速上升直至从布罩 30顶部的出气孔 33排出干衣 室 13 , 同时, 湿衣中滴下的水滴经热风緩和室隔板 7、 热风通道安全 保护板 4上的孔, 并沿着热空气上升的逆方向流入带排水孔 28的热 风通道 24 中, 并在此经排水孔 28 流出干衣机, 流入外置式接水盒 39 , 由.于热风通道 24的底面低于 PTC发热块 10的底面 5匪以上, 故 湿衣服上的水不会流到风轮电机 21 中, 在此过程中, 湿衣服中的水 分逐渐减少以至变成干净的衣服; 当湿衣服变干或是衣服掉落堵住热 风緩和室隔板 7 上的孔以至热风緩和室 5上的温度上升到高临界值 时, 温度探头 22实时将这一信号反馈给主控制器 38 , 经处理后, 主 控制器 38向 PTC发热块 10发出停止工作信号以保护衣服,并节约能 源; 当干衣室 13的空气湿度降到设定值时, 主控制器 38发出信号使 PTC发热块 10停止加热工作; 最后热风緩和室 5温度降到某设定值 时, 主控制器 38发出信号, 风轮电机 21、 紫外线杀菌灯 26、 臭氧杀 菌发生器 23停止工作, 并发出干衣完成信号, 关掉机器、 拔下电源, 拉开拉链, 取出衣服即可。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种拒式干衣机, 由机座、 机架、 布罩以及控制单元构成, 其特征在于, 所述拒式干衣机内部包括: 用来制造热风与气压的热源 装置、 高温热风与低温热风碰合的热风缓和室、挂置衣物达到衣物烘 干目的的干衣室。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述热源 装置由风轮电机、 PTC发热块构成, 所述热源装置和热风通道设在所 述机座内; 所述机架位于机座的上方, 由插在机座上的晾衣架立柱支 撑, 并且晾衣架立柱上接有热风緩和室隔板及顶架网板, 热风緩和室 隔板向下与热风通道安全保护板组成热风緩和室,向上与顶架网板组 成干衣室,所述干衣室的顶部设有挂衣杆;所述布罩套在机架的外面, 由防透气的耐高温布料制成, 其顶部开有出气孔; 所述控制单元包括 控制面板及控制面板开关。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所迷的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 控制单元还包括主控制器以及与其电连接的湿度探头和温度探头 ,其 中所述温度探头装在干衣室内的热风緩和室隔板上、热风緩和室内部 或热风通道安全保护板上;所述湿度探头装在所述热风緩和室内或所 述干衣室内。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 热源装置的进风口处装有进风口防尘网。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的柜式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 热风通道在与 PTC发热块连接处的截面积大于 PTC发热块实际出风口 处截面积的 1. 1倍。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 热源装置的热风射向面在底角边处设计有弧形坡面。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 1所述的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 机架后面装有连接在晾衣架立柱上、 中间固定连接在一起的防斜 "X" 连接杆。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 机座外边沿设有用于布罩下沿口收紧的止位凸台,机座上表面周边沿 口处设有防水外漏凸台。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 1所述的拒式干衣机, 其特征在于: 所述 布罩与晾衣架立柱相碰处设有扣紧装置, 下沿口整圈有弹性绳。
