技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种利用油炉产生的大量高温热气加热水箱,从 而起到环保、 节能的油炉节能热水箱。
背景技术:
油炸食品由于其口感好、香味足成为许多人的最爱,从而市面出 现了许多生产油炸食品的企业,而这些生产^:业每天都要使用油炉油 炸大 的食品, 油炉油炸食品的同时也就产生大量高温热气, 以往这 部分热气都是直接通过排烟通道排走,此时整个排烟通道通常都很灼 热, 这样排烟通道就容易损坏, 需要经常性地更换; 另外这些热气直 接排向空气不仅会造成环境的热污染, 而且也造成大量热能的浪费。 发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种油炉节能热水箱,该节能热水箱 结构简单、设计合理, 不仅可充分利用油炉产生的高热气进行水箱的 加热,起到节能减排、保护环境的目的;而且可以起到保护排烟通道, 达到防火安全的目的。
本实用新型的油炉节能热水箱,其特征在于: 由下方侧部开设有 进烟口的内、外夹套体联接构成, 以使内外套之间的空腔形成封闭水 箱, 所述内外套下端口设有封闭底板, 所述封闭底板、与油炉的排烟 口相对接的进烟口、内套中部型腔及上端通口形成用以加热水箱的排 烟通道。
本实用新型在使用时, 油炉产生的高温热气经过进烟口、 内套中 部型腔、上端通口热传递后, 变成低温气体排出, 一方面高温热气加 _ 热了封闭水箱, 使用户可以使用到热水, 而不需要另外加热, 节约了

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的油炉节能热水箱 1, 其特征在于: 由下方侧部开设 有进烟口 2的内、 外夹套体 3、 4联接构成, 以使内外套之间的空腔 形成封闭水箱 5, 所述内外套下端口设有封闭底板 6, 所述封闭底板 6、与油炉的排烟口相对接的进烟口 2、 内套中部型腔 7及上端通口 8 形成用以加热水箱的排烟通道。
外套体 4上设有向内套体凹陷的若干根加强筋条 9可以增强外套 体的强度,从而可进一步提高本实用新型的使用寿命, 另一方面也可 起到均勾水箱内水温的目的。
为了方便安装, 外套体设置有进烟口的侧面 10 .上设有可与油炉 排烟口连接固定的螺钉孔 11。
为了使用的安全可靠, 封闭水箱上设有安全阀 13。
为了能有效排烟, 排烟通道上端通口 8设有以利排烟的抽风机。 封闭水箱下部设有进、 出水口 14、 15。
本实用新型封闭水箱体 5内设有电加热器件.12, : 1且该电加热器, 件 12是设置在出水口 15附近以起到辅助加热的目的。.
