作为优选,本实施例中,所述电器设备2还包括一蒸汽发生器。本实施例中的蒸汽发生器在工作时产生蒸汽,产生的蒸汽可用于熨烫、消毒衣物。
作为优选,本实施例中,所述电器设备2还包括一吸尘器。本实施例中的吸尘器可用于吸取衣物上的灰尘、毛发等。
本实施例中,电器设备2仅有一外接电源线,所述外接电源线电性连接所述空气加热器和蒸汽发生器。电器设备2从棚体1上分离并单独使用时,外接电源线跟随电器设备2,外界的外接电源线只有一根,空气加热器和蒸汽发生器共用一根电源线。
本实施例中,所述电器设备2还包括一吸尘器,所述电器设备2仅有一外接电源线,所述外接电源线电性连接所述空气加热器、蒸汽发生器和吸尘器。外界的外接电源线只有一根,空气加热器、蒸汽发生器、吸尘器共用一根外接电源线。
本实施例中,外罩122的上方部位具有使外罩122内空气与外界相通的透气通道1220。烘衣过程中,外罩122内的湿衣服烘干过程中产生的水汽可从上方的透气通道1220流出。
本实施例中,所述外罩122包括顶部件1221和侧部件1222,所述侧部件1222采用柔性材料绕顶部件1221周向设置,所述顶部件1221包括外框体1221-1、与外框体1221-1可结合和可分离设置的熨烫板1221-2。本实施例中顶部件1221处于整个装置的上方位置,在外框体1221-1上设置熨烫板1221-2为烘干后的衣服提供熨烫平台,从而得到充分利用。
本实施例中,外框体1221-1在熨烫板1221-2的外围具有一下沉的凹位1221-3,透气通道1220位于该凹位1221-3。作为优选,本实施例中的透气通道1220处于凹位1221-3,使用者的手可通过凹位1221-3伸入从而利于取下熨烫板1221-2。
本实施例中,从外框体1221-1分离的熨烫板1221-2处于竖向状态时可结合的设于支撑杆121。作为优选,从外框体1221-1分离的熨烫板1221-2设于支撑杆121后可对挂烫的衣服实现支撑,从而利于挂烫。本实施例中,还包括一横杆123,所述支撑杆121是至少两个,两支撑杆121呈左右分布,所述横杆123两端分别与两支撑杆121相连。作为优选,还包括一可悬挂于横杆123的衣架。作为优选的衣架,所述衣架包括在水平向具有多个挂杆的栅栏件81,栅栏件81相连可与横杆123相挂牢的挂钩82,所述横杆123具有在竖向相平行的两第一侧面;挂钩82具有悬挂后与第一侧面相作用的第二侧面821,第一侧面和第二侧面821在周向转动向相阻碍。本实施例中的横杆123可以是矩形截面或跑道型截 面或六边形截面等均具有竖向相平行的两第一侧面,挂于横杆123的挂钩82也具有与两第一侧面相适配的第二侧面821,作为优选,第一侧面和第二侧面821相贴近,在周向转动向相阻碍,悬挂衣服后不会产生翻转。
本实施例中,实现整体结构的紧凑、合理。作为优选,所述电器设备2包括一空气加热器5、蒸汽发生器3、吸尘器4,所述蒸汽发生器3、吸尘器4在电器设备2的长度方向同处于一侧,空气加热器5在长度方向同处于另一侧。
本实施例中,蒸汽发生器3包括一为产生蒸汽提供水源的水箱31,所述水箱31与蒸汽发生器3的蒸汽发生模块可结合和可分离设置。本实施例中的蒸汽发生模块为现有技术,通常包括一小型的电锅炉,本领域技术人员可从专业制造蒸汽发生模块的厂家采购。
本实施例中,所述吸尘器4包括第一外壳体44,第一外壳体44内具有风道、第一吸风口43和第一出风口,在风道路径上设有滤芯42,所述滤芯42外设有垃圾收集仓41,垃圾收集仓41具有与第一吸风口43相衔接的第二吸风口410、与第一出风口相衔接的第二出风口411。
本实施例中,所述滤芯42、垃圾收集仓41和第一外壳体44同轴设置,所述滤芯42、垃圾收集仓41和第一外壳体44所在轴线与所述电器设备2的长度向相垂直,所述第一出风口朝下。
本实施例中,所述空气加热器5包括第二外壳体52,第二外壳体52具有一第三出风口53,在所述第三出风口53设有一在烘衣和外接状态中转换的切换装置6,所述切换装置6包括一连接件61,所述连接件61具有气流通道610,所述气流通道610两端分别为可衔接第三出风口53的第一接口6101和可接入外接管7的第二接口6102,气流通道610的侧壁具有内外贯通的气道6100;气流通道610的外围设有一围边62,围边62位于气道6100上方并超出气道6100外径范围;还包括一烘衣状态时用于封堵第二接口6102的挡片63;外接管7时,解除挡片63对第二接口6102的封堵,外接管7插入气流通道610内,外接管7封堵气道6100。本实施例中的空气加热器5在于所述棚体可结时,作为烘衣使用,第二接口6102无需接外接管7,但又要防止从衣服滴落的水液从第二接口6102进入空气加热器5内;当接入外接管7后,烘衣时的气道6100又要被封堵, 避免漏气,从而实现高效利用。本实施例中的第二接口6102配有用于封堵第二接口6102的挡片63,气流通道610的外围设有一围边62,围边62位于气道6100上方并超出气道6100外径范围,烘衣状态时,上方滴落的水液被挡片63遮挡从而避免从第二接口6102进入;围边62位于气道6100上方并超出气道6100外径范围,围边62超出气道6100外径范围,遮挡滴落的水液从气道6100进入气流通道610,而从气道6100的出气可从气流通道610的径向排出。解除封堵第二接口6102的挡片63后,外接管7插入气流通道610内,外接管7封堵气道6100,从空气加热器5内排出的气流只能从外接管7排出,从而实现外接烘干的目的。
本实施例中,所述空气加热器5外设有第三外壳体54,所述第三外壳体54具有对应第三出风口53设置的空位,该空位的外边缘541至围边62之间具有间隙,气道6100处于该间隙。
作为优选,本实施例中,该空位的外边缘541下沉,下沉区域的外边缘外径小于围边62的外径,下沉区域上方被围边62遮挡。下沉区域对气道6100的在外周侧具有遮挡作用,可避免气道6100的直接暴露,具有防护作用,但又能出气。
本实施例中,还包括一可控制所述电器设备2的无线遥控器,所述无线遥控器与棚体磁吸相连,或,与空气加热器5或蒸汽发生器3或吸尘器4管接的外接管7磁吸相连。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种烘衣机,包括可放入衣物的棚体、至少具有向所述棚体内输入暖气功能的电器设备,其特征是,所述电器设备与所述棚体可结合和可分离设置,当启动烘衣操作时,所述电器设备与棚体结合设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:棚体包括一底座,在所述底座上方设有棚罩,棚罩和底座形成一可放入衣物空间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:棚罩包括支撑杆和外罩,支撑杆与底座固定相连,外罩套于支撑杆外由支撑杆支撑。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述外罩采用柔性材料。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:电器设备包括一空气加热器。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述电器设备还包括一蒸汽发生器。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述电器设备还包括一吸尘器。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:电器设备仅有一外接电源线,所述外接电源线电性连接所述空气加热器和蒸汽发生器。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述电器设备还包括一吸尘器,所述电器设备仅有一外接电源线,所述外接电源线电性连接所述空气加热器、蒸汽发生器和吸尘器。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:外罩的上方部位具有使外罩内空气与外界相通的透气通道。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述外罩包括顶部件和侧部件,所述侧部件采用柔性材料绕顶部件周向设置,所述顶部件包括外框体、与外框体可结合和可分离设置的熨烫板。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:外框体在熨烫板的外围具有一下沉的凹位,透气通道位于该凹位。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:从外框体分离的熨烫板处于竖向状态时可结合的设于支撑杆。
  14. 如权利要求3或13所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:还包括一横杆,所述支撑杆是至少两个,两支撑杆呈左右分布,所述横杆两端分别与两支撑杆相连。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:还包括一可悬挂于横杆的衣架。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述衣架包括在水平向具有多个挂杆的栅栏件,栅栏件相连可与横杆相挂牢的挂钩,所述横杆具有在竖向相平行的两第一侧面;挂钩具有悬挂后与第一侧面相作用的第二侧面,第一侧面和第二侧面在周向转动向相阻碍。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述电器设备包括一空气加热器、蒸汽发生器、吸尘器,所述蒸汽发生器、吸尘器在电器设备的长度方向同处于一侧,空气加热器在长度方向同处于另一侧。
  18. 如权利要求6或17所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:蒸汽发生器包括一为产生蒸汽提供水源的水箱,所述水箱与蒸汽发生器的蒸汽发生模块可结合和可分离设置。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述吸尘器包括第一外壳体,第一外壳体内具有风道、第一吸风口和第一出风口,在风道路径上设有滤芯,所述滤芯外设有垃圾收集仓,收集仓具有与第一吸风口相衔接的第二吸风口、与第一出风口相衔接的第二出风口。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述滤芯、垃圾收集仓和第一外壳体同轴设置,所述滤芯、垃圾收集仓和第一外壳体所在轴线与所述电器设备的长度向相垂直,所述第一出风口朝下。
  21. 如权利要求5所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述空气加热器包括第二外壳体,第二外壳体具有一第三出风口,在所述第三出风口设有一在烘衣和外接状态中转换的切换装置,所述切换装置包括一连接件,所述连接件具有气流通道,所述气流通道两端分别为可衔接第三出风口的第一接口和可接入外接管的第二 接口,气流通道的侧壁具有内外贯通的气道;气流通道的外围设有一围边,围边位于气道上方并超出气道外径范围;还包括一烘衣状态时用于封堵第二接口的挡片;外接外接管时,解除挡片对第二接口的封堵,外接管插入气流通道内,外接管封堵气道。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:所述空气加热器外设有第三外壳体,
    所述第三外壳体具有对应第三出风口设置的空位,该空位的外边缘至围边之间具有间隙,气道处于该间隙。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:该空位的外边缘下沉,下沉区域的外边缘外径小于围边的外径,下沉区域上方被围边遮挡。
  24. 如权利要求1所述的一种烘衣机,其特征是:还包括一可控制所述电器设备的无线遥控器,所述无线遥控器与棚体磁吸相连,或,与空气加热器或蒸汽发生器或吸尘器管接的外接管磁吸相连。
