Abstract

Ciments géopolymériques à base de cendres volantes silico-alumineuses de classe F qui, contrairement à l'art antérieur, sont dotés d'une grande innocuité d'emploi et d'un durcissement à la température ambiante, favorisant leur utilisation dans les applications communes du bâtiment et des travaux publics. Cette qualité d'innocuité est obtenue grâce à un mélange contenant : 10 à 15 parties en poids de solution de silicate alcalin non corrosive, dans laquelle le rapport molaire M2Oi:SiO2 est inférieur à 0,78, de préférence inférieur à 0,69, et le rapport SiO2:M2O supérieur à 1,28, de préférence supérieur à 1,45, M désignant Na ou K; on y ajoute 10 à 20 parties en poids d'eau et 5 à 15 parties en poids de laitier de haut fourneau de surface spécifique inférieure à 400 m2/kg, de préférence inférieure à 380 m2/kg et aussi 50 à 100 parties en poids de cendres volantes silico-alumineuses de classe F.
