Abstract
Una composición de hormigón proyectado que comprende a) un aglutinante cementoso; b) un controlador de formación de etringita que comprende (i) un condensado de ácido glioxílico y/o un aducto de ácido glioxílico; y c) un acelerador de hormigón proyectado a base de aluminio, exento de álcali. La invención se refiere, además, a un proceso que comprende proporcionar una composición cementosa que comprende a) un aglutinante cementoso y b) un controlador de formación de etringita que comprende (i) un condensado de ácido glioxílico y/o un aducto de ácido glioxílico; mezclar un acelerador de hormigón proyectado a base de aluminio libre de álcali a la composición cementosa para obtener una composición de hormigón proyectado; y aplicar la composición de hormigón proyectado sobre una superficie para obtener una estructura de hormigón proyectado y permitir que la estructura de hormigón proyectado se endurezca. La invención también se refiere a una estructura de hormigón proyectado endurecido obtenida mediante este proceso.
