Abstract
Состав торкрет-бетона, включающий а) цементное вяжущее вещество; б) регулятор образования эттрингита, имеющий в своем составе (I) конденсат глиоксиловой кислоты и/или аддукт глиоксиловой кислоты; и в) не содержащий щелочи ускоритель твердения торкрет-бетона на основе алюминия. Кроме того, изобретение относится к способу, который включает обеспечение цементирующего состава, содержащего а) цементное вяжущее вещество и б) регулятор образования эттрингита, имеющий в своем составе (I) конденсат глиоксиловой кислоты и/или аддукт глиоксиловой кислоты; добавление не содержащего щелочи ускорителя твердения торкрет-бетона на основе алюминия к цементирующему составу для получения состава торкрет-бетона; и нанесение состава торкрет-бетона на поверхность, для получения структуры торкретбетона, и предоставление возможности структуре торкрет-бетона затвердеть. Изобретение также относится к затвердевшей структуре торкрет-бетона, полученной с помощью указанного способа.
