Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de retrouver et d'identifier de façon améliorée des bagages perdus ou ne pouvant pas être attribués, en particulier des bagages d'avion, lesquels n'ont pas atteint le lieu de destination prévu ou n'ont pas pu être attribués à leur propriétaire. L'objectif de cette invention est d'améliorer le procédé permettant de retrouver et d'identifier des bagages de ce type. A cet effet, une photo ou une vidéo de chaque bagage est réalisée avant le départ lors de l'enregistrement dudit bagage au guichet, laquelle est enregistrée sous forme électronique, avec les données de vol du passager, dans l'ordinateur contenant lesdites données, au moins pour une durée pouvant être prédéterminée.
