Abstract
Ein korrosionsbeständiges Substrat (10) ist mit einer Cr(VI)-freien korrosionsbeständigen dreilagigen Beschichtung (2, 4, 5) beschichtet. Das Substrat (10) besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem phosphatierbaren Stahl oder aus einer phosphatierbaren Fe-basierten Legierung. Eine Phosphatierungsschicht (2) ist direkt auf einem Grundsubstrat (1) des Substrats (10) angeordnet, eine Silanschicht (4) ist direkt auf der Phosphatierungsschicht (2) angeordnet und eine organisch modifizierte Polysiloxanschicht (5) ist direkt auf der Silanschicht (4) angeordnet.
