Description

-种折叠式托盘箱及其折叠方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种储运器具及其折叠方法,特别涉及一种折叠式托盘箱及其 折叠方法。 背景技术
现在,在物流等多种领域,托盘箱由于便于装载散装或具有较小包装的货 物, 已得到了广泛的使用。 为了便于其在空载状态下运输, 托盘箱发展出了很 多种类, 包括可折式、 可拆式等。 常见的折叠式托盘箱在展开时, 其四壁均相 对底板固定, 货物只能从托盘箱的上方放入 /取出, 非常不方便。
英国专利申请 GB2406848中提到的一种可折叠的托盘箱, 如图 1所示。 该托盘箱包括矩形底板 1以及铰接在底板 1周围的三个板 2、 3、 4, 其中相对 的两个板 2、 3还分别通过一个支杆 15与底板 1相连。当该托盘箱处于空载状 态时, 可以将其折叠, 以节省托盘箱本身的存放空间, 如图 2所示。 虽然,,这 种结构使得可以从托盘箱的一侧存取货物, 然而支杆 15的设置, 对于货物的 存取来说依然不方便; 同时, 该托盘箱仅设有三个侧壁, 容易造成装载货物的 散落。 另外, 该托盘箱的折叠机构较为复杂, 不利于展开和折叠的实现。
因此, 需要提供一种便于货物存取且便于折叠的托盘箱。 发明公开
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种折叠式托盘箱,以节省托盘箱本身的存放 空间, 同时在装载货物时便于货物的存取。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种折叠式托盘箱的折叠方法,可以方便快 捷地将托盘箱从展开状态变为折叠状态, 以在托盘箱空载运输时节省空间。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提出了一种折叠式托盘箱, 至少包括底板; 角立 柱, 分别设置在该底板的四个角; 侧壁, 包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁, 分别设置 在该底板相对的两个侧边上; 一后壁, 设置在该底板的一个侧边上, 并分别与 该侧壁相邻; 以及一门端, 设置在该第一侧壁的一个侧边上, 其中, 还包括多 个第一连接机构,用于将该侧壁和该后壁中的每一个分别枢接到该底板上; 以 及至少一个第二连接机构, 用于将该门端枢接到该第一侧壁上。
在每个该角立柱上还设有一个托板, 用于在该侧壁展开后, 支撑该侧壁。 在至少一个该角立柱的顶端设有一定位槽。每个该侧壁包括分别位于其左右两 侧的边立柱, 并在至少一个该边立柱上设有一定位销,与该角立柱的定位槽的 位置相对应, 并且当该托盘箱展开后, 该定位销位于对应的该定位槽中。在每 个设有定位槽的该角立柱的顶端, 还设有一斜面, 在该定位销进、 出该定位槽 时起导向作用。每个该第一连接机构包括第一铰链板, 固定在该底板上; 第二 铰链板, 固定在该侧壁或后壁上; 以及销轴, 与该第一、 第二铰链板相连, 使 与该第二铰链板相连的侧壁或后壁可以该销轴为轴心翻转。在该第二铰链板上 设有两相对的孔,该销轴地两端分别位于该孔中,其中该与该侧壁相连的第二 铰链板上的该孔为长圆孔, 而与该后壁相连的第二铰链板上的该孔为圆孔。
在该后壁上还设有至少一个连锁机构,用于在该后壁展幵后,将其与至少 一个该侧壁相固定。 至少一个该侧壁在其与该后壁相邻的一侧还设有一限位 块。该门端可通过该第二连接机构相对于该第一侧壁进行翻转, 且最大翻转角 度至少为 270° 。 该门端还包括至少一个连锁机构, 用于在该门端关闭时将其 与该第二侧壁相固定, 从而形成封闭的箱体结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提出了一种折叠式托盘箱的折叠方法,包括以 下步骤: (1)设置一托盘箱, 其中包括底板; 角立柱, 分别设置在该底板的四 个角; 侧壁, 包括第一和第二侧壁, 分别设置在该底板相对的两个侧边上; 一 后壁, 设置在该底板的一个侧边上, 并分别与该侧壁相邻; 以及一门端, 设置 在第一侧壁的一个侧边上; (2)设置多个第一连接机构, 用于将该侧壁和该后 壁中的每一个分别枢接到该底板上; (3)设置至少一个第二连接机构, 用于将 该门端枢接到该第一侧壁上; (4)朝向该托盘箱的外侧翻转该门端, 使该门端 贴和该第一侧壁的外侧; 以及 (5)分别朝向该托盘箱的内侧翻转该后壁和两个 该侧壁, 并依次放置到该底板上。
其中,该方法还包括在至少一个该角立柱的顶端设置一定位槽; 以及在每 个该侧壁左右两侧的边立柱中的至少一个上,还设有一定位销,使得在该托盘 箱处于展开状态时,该定位销位于该角立柱的定位槽中。该方法还包括在该后 壁上设置至少一个连锁机构, 用于在该托盘箱处于展开状态时,将该后壁与至 少一个该侧壁相固定。 在这里, 按照后壁、 第二侧壁和第一侧壁的次序, 将它 们依次翻转并叠放到该底板上。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
图 3示出了本发明的一种折叠式托盘箱 100, 包括底板 110, 分别设置在 底板 110四角的角立柱 120, 分别设置在底板 110相对的两个侧边的两个侧壁 130和 140, 设置在底板 110侧边, 并与两个侧壁 130、 140分别相邻的后壁 150, 以及设置在其中一个侧壁, 例如第一侧壁 130, 的一个侧边上的门端(门 壁) 170, 其中, 侧壁 130、 140以及后壁 150分别通过第一连接机构 160枢接 到底板 110上, 而门端 170通过第二连接机构 171枢接到第一侧壁 130上。
侧壁 130、 140还分别包括设置在其两侧的两个边立柱 131、 141, 在托盘 箱 100处于展开状态 (工作状态) 时, 该边立柱 131、 141分别与角立柱 120 相固定, 从而使侧壁 130、 140与底板 110相固定。在侧壁 130、 140邻近后壁 150的位置上, 分别设有一限位块 192 (如图 8所示) ; 在后壁 150上邻近侧 壁 130、 140的位置上, 分别设有一连锁机构 151。 当托盘箱 100处于展开状 态时, 限位块 192可防止后壁 150过度展开, gp, 限制后壁 150与底板 1 10 的夹角不大于 90度;而连锁机构 151可将后壁 150分别与两侧壁 130相固定, 从而形成稳定的箱体结构。
门端 170可通过第二连接机构 171 (如合页) 相对该第一侧壁 130翻转, 从而可实现托盘箱 100 的打开和关闭, 便于货物的放置和取出。 在门端 170 靠近另一侧壁, 即第二侧壁 140, 的一侧还设有两个连锁机构 172, 用于在门 端 170关闭时将其与第二侧壁 140相固定,从而形成封闭的箱体结构, 防止托 盘箱装载的货物散落。 图 4示出了托盘箱 100装载货物后的情形。
如图 5所示, 角立柱 120包括水平设置的托板 121, 位于该角立柱一侧顶 端的定位槽 122和斜面 123, 以及支撑柱 124, 其中, 托板 121放置在支撑柱 124上, 并且角立柱 120通过支撑柱 124与底板 110相固定。 在侧壁处于展开 状态时,托板 121可通过支撑设置在侧壁上的边立柱来支撑该侧壁。 由于托板 121是放置在支撑柱 124上的, 因而可以保证托板 121在承载侧壁时的强度要 求。
接下来, 结合图 6a〜6c, 以第二侧壁 140及其上的第一连接机构 160为例 说明第一连接机构 160的结构及侧壁的折叠过程。
如图 6a所示,第一连接机构 160包括与底板 110相固定的第一铰链板 161、 与第二侧壁 140相固定的第二铰链板 162、 以及同时贯穿第一铰链板 161和第 二铰链板 162的销轴 163, 其中, 第二铰链板 162可通过销轴 163相对第一铰 链板 161转动。 第二铰链板 162相对的两侧分别设有一孔 165。 根据本发明的 一较佳实施例, 该孔可为长圆孔, 并具有靠近侧壁的第一位置 1651和远离侧 壁的第二位置 1652, 如图 6b所示。 销轴 163的两端分别穿过该长圆孔 165。 另外, 如图 6b所示, 在边立柱 141上对应于角立柱的定位槽 122的位置上, 还设有一定位销 190。
当第二侧壁 140处于工作状态时, 由于重力的作用, 销轴 163位于孔 165 的第一位置 1651, 而定位销 190位于定位槽 122中, 可限制第二侧壁 140的 转动。 当需要折叠侧壁时, 首先将第二侧壁 140向上提起, 如图 6b所示, 这 时, 定位销 190位于定位槽 122上方, 销轴 163位于孔 165的第二位置 1652。 接着, 将侧壁 140以销轴 163为轴, 向托盘箱内侧翻转, 如图 6c所示, 这时, 定位销 190可沿角立柱 120的斜面 123向下滑动,斜面 123对定位销 190起到 了导向作用。最后,将第二侧壁 140翻转至与底板 110平行的位置,完成折叠。 后壁 150的折叠过程较为简单, 首先将连锁机构 151 打开, 使后壁 150 与第一、 第二侧壁 130、 140相分离后, 然后直接朝向托盘箱内侧翻转即可。 需要注意, 根据本发明的一较佳实施例, 与后壁 150相连的第一连接机构 160 的第二铰链板 162上的孔 165为圆形孔,从而可在后壁 150展开后防止其上下 窜动, 保持托盘箱的结构稳固。
对空载的托盘箱 100进行折叠的步骤包括:
步骤 1, 将门端 170朝向托盘箱 100的外侧翻转, 如图 7所示, 使其贴到 第一侧壁 130的外侧, 在这里, 门端 170的翻转角度可至少达到 270° ;
步骤 2, 打开后壁 150上连锁机构 151, 将后壁 150朝向托盘箱 100的内 侧翻转, 如图 8所示, 并放置到底板 110上;
步骤 3,将第一侧壁 130和第二侧壁 140分别略向上提起,使得定位销 190 分别与对应的定位槽 122相分离,并将第一侧壁 130和第二侧壁 140分别朝向 托盘箱 100的内侧翻转, 如图 9所示, 依次叠放到后壁 150上。
折叠状态 (存储状态) 的托盘箱 100如图 10所示。 需要注意, 在这里是 按照后壁 150、侧壁 140和侧壁 130的顺序,依次将它们放置到底板 110上的, 然而根据本发明其它的较佳实施例,也可以按照其它的次序叠放侧壁 130、 140 和后壁 150。
利用本发明的折叠式托盘箱,不仅可以在托盘箱空载运输时方便快捷地将 其从展开状态变为折叠状态(存储状态) , 以节省托盘箱本身的存放空间, 而 且通过可翻转动门端结构,更使得该托盘箱能在装载货物时打开门端,提供便 于货物存取的空间,同时有效地防止货物散落,从而保证了运输和存储的安全。
应当指出,虽然通过上述实施方式对本发明进行了描述,然而本发明还可 有其它多种实施方式。在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下, 熟悉本领域的技 术人员显然可以对本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些改变和变形都应 当属于本发明所附权利要求及其等效物所保护的范围内。 工业应用性
本发明的托盘箱,不仅便于托盘箱自身的存储和运输,而且便于其中装载 的货物的存取, 从而能够满足托盘箱用户的实际需要。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种折叠式托盘箱, 至少包括
底板;
角立柱, 分别设置在该底板的四个角;
侧壁, 包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁, 分别设置在该底板相对的两个侧边上; 一后壁, 设置在该底板的一个侧边上, 并分别与该侧壁相邻; 以及 一门端, 设置在该第一侧壁的一个侧边上,
其特征在于, 还包括
多个第一连接机构,用于将该侧壁和该后壁中的每一个分别枢接到该底板 上; 以及
至少一个第二连接机构, 用于将该门端枢接到该第一侧壁上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 在每个该角立柱上还设 有一个托板, 用于在该侧壁展开后, 支撑该侧壁。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 在至少一个该角立柱的 顶端设有一定位槽。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 每个该侧壁包括分别位 于其左右两侧的边立柱,并在至少一个该边立柱上设有一定位销,与该角立柱 的定位槽的位置相对应,并且当该托盘箱展开后,该定位销位于对应的该定位 槽中。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 在每个设有定位槽的该 角立柱的顶端, 还设有一斜面, 在该定位销进、 出该定位槽时起导向作用。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 每个第一连接机构包括 第一铰链板, 固定在该底板上;
第二铰链板, 固定在每个该侧壁或后壁上; 以及
销轴, 与该第一、第二铰链板相连, 使与该第二铰链板相连的侧壁或后壁 可以该销轴为轴心翻转。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 在该第二铰链板上设有 两相对的孔, 该销轴的两端分别位于该孔中,其中该与该侧壁相连的第二铰链 板上的该孔为长圆孔, 而与该后壁相连的第二铰链板上的该孔为圆孔。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 在该后壁上还设有至少 一个连锁机构, 用于在该后壁展开后, 将其与至少一个该侧壁相固定。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 至少一个该侧壁在其与 该后壁相邻的一侧还设有一限位块。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 该门端可通过该第二连 接机构相对于该第一侧壁进行翻转, 且最大翻转角度至少为 270° 。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的托盘箱, 其特征在于, 该门端还包括至少一个 连锁机构,用于在该门端关闭时将其与该第二侧壁相固定, 从而形成封闭的箱 体结构。
12、 一种折叠式托盘箱的折叠方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 设置一托盘箱, 其中包括
底板;
角立柱, 分别设置在该底板的四个角;
侧壁, 包括第一和第二侧壁, 分别设置在该底板相对的两个侧边上; 一后壁, 设置在该底板的一个侧边上, 并分别与该侧壁相邻; 以及 一门端, 设置在第一侧壁的一个侧边上;
设置多个第一连接机构,用于将该侧壁和该后壁中的每一个分别枢接到该 底板上;
设置至少一个第二连接机构, 用于将该门端枢接到该第一侧壁上; 朝向该托盘箱的外侧翻转该门端,使该门端贴合该第一侧壁的外侧; 以及 分别朝该托盘箱内侧翻转该后壁和两个该侧壁, 并放置到该底板上。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括
在至少一个该角立柱的顶端设置一定位槽; 以及 在每个该侧壁左右两侧的边立柱中的至少一个上,还设有一定位销,使得 在该托盘箱处于展开状态时, 该定位销位于该角立柱的定位槽中。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括在该后壁上设置 至少一个连锁机构, 用于在该托盘箱处于展开状态时,将该后壁与至少一个该 侧壁相固定。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 按照后壁、 第二侧壁和 第一侧壁的次序, 将它们依次翻转并叠放到该底板上。
