  • the preliminary activation is necessary because the polypropylene that is traditionally used to produce the said semi-shells would not permit the stable energetic adhesion to the aforementioned adhesive layer.
  • a similar chemical-physical activation of the surfaces to be adhered can be obtained by alternatively using the so-called “atmospheric plasma”, “crown”, “flame (methane)” or “UV- Ozone” techniques.
  • the fixing system of the invention allows to uncouple, if necessary, the two semi-shells that were coupled by means of the said adhesion technique with prior physical-chemical activation.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système utilisé pour fixer les demi-coques (1, 2) de cuves en plastique (v) pour lave-linge, combinés lave-linge/sèche-linge et appareils similaires; lesdites cuves étant en plastique, de préférence en polypropylène, et étant formées par deux demi-coques pouvant être appariées, dont les ouvertures sont entourées par des brides (10, 20) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur qui favorisent un raccordement stable des demi-coques. Le système de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les brides des demi-coques sont fermement assemblées par une couche adhésive intermédiaire (3) appliquée après activation physique-chimique des surfaces intérieures (10a, 20a).
