Abstract

Module de cellules solaires comprenant au moins deux cellules solaires sensibles à la lumière d'un côté et montées en série, dans lequel, lors du montage en série de ces cellules solaires, des cellules solaires de type p et des cellules solaires de type n sont interconnectées en alternance et les cellules solaires des deux types comportent un émetteur côté avant ou les cellules solaires des deux types comportent un émetteur côté arrière, ou dans lequel, lors du montage en série de ces cellules solaires, des cellules solaires avec un émetteur côté avant et des cellules solaires avec un émetteur coté arrière sont interconnées en alternance et les cellules solaires interconnectées en alternance sont du même type, ainsi qu'un procédé pour fabriquer de tels modules de cellules solaires.
