  • a joint is provided which is not perpendicular in relation to the longitudinal direction of the web but oblique, whereby the joint causes no problems in printing machines or other further-processing devices and the joint splice is thus suitable for further processing.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode associée à une coupeuse-bobineuse, cette méthode mettant en œuvre un changement de rouleau de machine, c'est-à-dire qu'un rouleau de machine (10) se vidant étant déroulé, c'est-à-dire un vieux rouleau de machine (10), est remplacé par un nouveau rouleau de machine à dérouler, c'est-à-dire un nouveau rouleau de machine (15). Avec cette méthode, au cours du remplacement, la bande provenant du nouveau rouleau de machine (15) est réunie à la bande provenant du vieux rouleau de machine (10) par un joint d'épissurage réalisé au moyen d'une extrémité de connexion (25). Avec cette méthode, le remplacement de rouleau de la machine est effectué tout en ralentissant l'enroulement jusqu'à une vitesse de ralenti, et l'opération d'enroulement s'effectuant à la vitesse de ralenti. Avec cette méthode, l'enroulement est uniquement interrompu pendant la durée du mouvement de l'extrémité de connexion (25) effectuant un joint d'épissurage. Avec cette méthode, on obtient un joint d'épissurage approprié pour un traitement ultérieur.
