Abstract

【課題】短縮した釣竿の長さを問わず使用できるとともに、その長さに応じて可及的にケースをコンパクトに携帯することができ、かつ携帯中に負荷される外力から釣竿を充分に保護することができる釣竿用ケースを提供する。 【解決手段】左右方向の一端が開口したアウターケース３内に、同じく左右方向の一端が開口したインナーケース２における前記開口１３端部側を、他方の端部をアウターケース３の前記開口４から外部に突出させた状態で嵌入させるとともに、インナーケース２のアウターケース３ヘの左右方向の嵌入度合を調節可能とし、かつインナーケース２とアウターケース３の一方に設けた係止部１１を、他方に設けた係止受け７に係止させることにより、前記嵌入度合の調節後の位置固定を行うようにした釣竿用ケースとする。

[0002] 釣竿用ケースは、種々の目的のものが提案されている。たとえば、複数の釣竿を互 いに損傷しあうことはなく収容できるもの（特許文献 1、特許文献 2)、複数本のリール 付き釣竿を上下に段違い状態に安定よく収容できるもの (特許文献 3)、ケース内に 収容した釣竿を、携帯時に外力力 十分に保護しうるようにしたもの (特許文献 4)、リ ールを装着した状態の釣竿全体を収容し、現地に到着後、直ちに使用可能としたも の（特許文献 5)、収容保管時に腐食しないようにしたもの (特許文献 6)などが挙げら れる。

しかし、いずれの特許文献に記載される釣竿用ケースも、短縮した釣竿を、可及的 にコンパクトにして携帯しうるようにしたものは存在しな 、。
[0004] 本発明は、短縮した釣竿の長さを問わず使用できるとともに、その長さに応じて可 及的にケースをコンパクトに携帯することができ、かつ携帯中に負荷される外力から 釣竿を充分に保護することができる釣竿用ケースを提供することを目的とする。 課題を解決するための手段
[0005] 上記課題は、特許請求の範囲における各請求項に示すように、下記の構成を備え る発明によって解決される。
(1) 左右方向の一端が開口したアウターケース内に、同じく左右方向の一端が開 口したインナーケースにおける前記開口端部側を、他方の端部をアウターケースの 前記開口力も外部に突出させた状態で嵌入させるとともに、インナーケースのァウタ 一ケースへの左右方向の嵌入度合を調節可能とし、かつインナーケースとアウターケ ースの一方に設けた係止部を、他方に設けた係止受けに係止させることにより、前記 嵌入度合の調節後の位置固定を行うようにした釣竿用ケースとする。

[0036] 下側ケース部材 (9)と上側ケース部材 (10)の閉じ合わせ部 (18)近傍の外表面上に、 それぞれ左右方向のロック用突片 (15X16)が設けられている。上側ケース部材 (10)に 設けられているロック用突片 (16)の左右方向の長さは、下側ケース部材 (9)に設けら れているロック用突片 (15)のほぼ 3分の 1であり、両ロック用突片 (15X16)は、図 6にお いて右端を揃えて、並設されている。図 7に示すように、下側ケース部材 (9)に設けら れているロック用突片 (15)の上下面、および上側ケース部材 (10)に設けられている口 ック用突片 (16)の下面には、それぞれ断面が V字状の左右方向のスライド用溝 (15a)( 15b)(16a)が設けられている。
[0037] 一方、ロック部材 (17)は、後面の上下に左右方向の嵌合溝 (19X20)を有し、左右方 向の長さが下側ケース部材 (9)に設けられているロック用突片 (15)とほぼ同一に形成 されている。
[0038] ロック部材 (17)の上部側片 (21)と、上下の嵌合溝 (19X20)を仕切る仕切片 (22)の下面 、および下部側片 (23)の上面における、それぞれの遊端近傍には、左右方向の断面 V字状の突条 (21a)(22a)(23a)が設けられている。 [0039] 下側ケース部材 (9)と、上側ケース部材 (10)とを閉じた状態に保持するには、図 6に おいて、左方よりロック部材 (17)を、ロック部材 (17)の前記 3つの突条 (21a)(22a)(23a)を 、それぞれロック用突片 (15X16)のスライド用溝 (16a)(15a)(15b)に嵌合させるようにして 、右方にスライドすることにより、ロック部材 (17)によって、両ロック用突片 (15X16)が同 時に挟持されて、アウターケース (3)が開かないようにロックされる。
ロックを解除するには、ロック部材 (17)を左方に移動させるとよい。
[0040] 次に、本釣竿用ケース (1)を使用する際の手順について説明する。
図 8は、使用状態を説明するためのアウターケース (3)の上側ケース部材 (10)を開い た状態の斜視図である。
[0041] まず、ロック部材 (17)を、左方に移動させてロックを解除し、アウターケース (3)の上 側ケース部材 (10)を開 ヽて、インナーケース (2)を取り出す。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 左右方向の一端が開口したアウターケース内に、同じく左右方向の一端が開口し たインナーケースにおける前記開口端部側を、他方の端部をアウターケースの前記 開口力も外部に突出させた状態で嵌入させるとともに、インナーケースのアウターケ ースへの左右方向の嵌入度合を調節可能とし、かつインナーケースとアウターケース の一方に設けた係止部を、他方に設けた係止受けに係止させることにより、前記嵌入 度合の調節後の位置固定を行うようにしたことを特徴とする釣竿用ケース。
[2] アウターケースを、蝶番をもって連結され、上下方向に開閉可能とした下側ケース 部材と上側ケース部材とより構成し、アウターケースを開いた状態として、インナーケ ースをアウターケースに嵌入するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の釣竿用ケ ース。
[3] アウターケースの上側ケース部材と下側ケース部材の少なくとも一方の内面と、イン ナーケースとに、一方に係止部、他方に係止部受けを設けるとともに、係止部と係止 受けの少なくとも一方を、左右方向に複数設け、この複数設けた係止部または係止 受け力も選択して、他方に設けた係止受けまたは係止部に係止させることにより、ィ ンナーケースのアウターケースへの左右方向の嵌入度合を調節するようにしたことを 特徴とする請求項 1または 2記載の釣竿用ケース。
[4] アウターケースの上側ケース部材と下側ケース部材の少なくとも一方の内面と、イン ナーケースとに、一方に係止部、他方に係止受けを、それぞれ左右方向に複数設け 、インナーケースをアウターケースに、左右方向の嵌入度合を調節して嵌入させると ともに、係止部を係止受けに係止させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項 1または 2 記載の釣竿用ケース。
[5] インナーケースにおける、アウターケース内に嵌入させる嵌入部を、非嵌入部よりも 縮径させるとともに、嵌入部を形成する筒状体の前後外表面に、左右方向の突条を 設け、この突条に、左右方向に複数の係止受けを設け、かつアウターケースの上側 ケース部材と下側ケース部材の少なくとも一方の内面に、左右方向に、前記係止受 けと同一ピッチで複数の係止部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項 1〜4のいずれかに 記載の釣竿用ケース。
[6] 係止部を係止ピン、係止受けを係止孔または係止用切欠き部としたことを特徴とす る請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載の釣竿用ケース。
[7] アウターケースにおける下側ケース部材と上側ケース部材とを閉じた状態に保持す るためのロック機構部として、下側および上側の両ケース部材の閉じ合わせ部近傍 の外表面上に、それぞれロック用突片を設けるとともに、これら両ロック用突片を同時 に挟持しうるロック部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項 1〜6のいずれかに記載の釣 竿用ケース。
[8] アウターケースまたはインナーケースの少なくとも一方に、把手を設けたことを特徴 とする請求項 1〜7のいずれかに記載の釣竿用ケース。
[9] インナーケースを、下部ケース部材と上部ケース部材とを、左右方向の非開口端部 側に設けたヒンジ部または蝶番をもって連結して構成し、上下方向に開閉可能とした ことを特徴とする請求項 1〜8のいずれかに記載の釣竿用ケース。
[10] インナーケースの嵌入部における左右方向の中間部にヒンジ部を設けて、開口端 部側を上下方向に開閉可能としたことを特徴とする請求項 1〜8のいずれかに記載 の釣竿用ケース。
