Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Beschichtungsmaterial für Substrate. Um ein Beschichtungsmaterial zu schaffen, das sowohl eine Schutzwirkung gegen Korrosion als auch eine tribologische Wirkung aufweist, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial zwischen 0,5 und 90 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 5 bis 60 Gew.-%, Schmiermittel zur Verminderung des Reibwiderstandes der Oberfläche bei Verformungsprozessen enthält, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial bis 95 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 10 bis 75 Gew.-%, eines geeigneten Bindemittels enthält, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial zwischen 0 und 90 Gew.-% Pigmente oder Füllstoffe enthält, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial fest an der Oberfläche des Substrates anbindbar ist, und daß das Beschichtungsmaterial mit dem Substrat in Kalt- oder Warmumformungsprozessen verformbar ist.
