为舒解压迫, 避免褥疮的产生, 于是发明了气垫床, 如图 1和图 2所示, 即为 公知的气垫 1。 参见图 1和图 2, 气垫 1装设在床架 11上, 称为气垫床, 包括多个 第一充气件 12、 多个第二充气件 13、 以及包覆所述第一与第二充气件 12、 13的垫 套 14,第一充气件 12与第二充气件 13相互交错设置,且连接至一充气机 (图中未显 示)。 当充气机对第一充气件 12充气时, 第一充气件 12会鼓起, 此时人的身体躺卧 在气垫 1上, 就对第一充气件 12产生压迫 (如图 1所示), 当欲改变身体的压迫位置 时, 只要将第二充气件 13充气, 并将第一充气件 12内的气体泄放, 即可改变气垫 1 对身体的压迫位置 (如图 2所示)。 藉此将使得所述第一充气件 12及第二充气件 13 交互充气, 对躺在该气塾 1上的使用者的身体部位产生压迫位置的转换, 以避免身 体的同一部位长时间持续地受到压力的作用, 从而达到避免褥疮产生的效果。
然而, 由于该气垫 1的充气件 12、 13的动作方式仅能达到西医所谓的压迫位置 的转换, 无法达到中医所要的推拿效果, 因此对使用者而言, 无法促进其血液的流 通, 以致只能为病患者使用, 其效果并非最佳而是有一定的限度, 因而无法获得健 康者为舒缓生活紧张所带来的筋骨、 肌肉紧绷的效果, 其能带给使用者的效果仍然 非常有限。
因此, 如何创造具有更大功效和能为市场所广泛接受的垫类, 以使得其同时达 到舒缓筋骨、 肌肉的紧绷, 并维持肌肤保持良好的状态, 使长期使用者或老人得以 松懈肌肉、 筋骨, 能享有较为良好的生活质量, 保持良好的状态, 减少痛苦, 已成 为相关业者亟待改良之处。 发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种健康垫, 可供任何人使用, 对健康者可达到促进血液 循环, 舒解背部肌肉压力, 松懈筋骨以消除疲劳的作用; 对长时间坐卧在其上方的 使用者可达到转换其压迫位置及通风, 并施以推拿按摩的效果, 以保持肌肤良好的 状态, 避免麻痹等不良变化的形成, 达到血液流通的功效。
根据上述目的, 本发明的健康垫铺设于一撑架上, 如椅子、 椅架、 床或床架, 该健康垫包含一固定杆单元、 一设置于该固定杆单元上方的移动杆单元, 及一垫体 单元。
其中, 该固定杆单元包括两个间隔排列并可设置于床架上的固定杆组。
该移动杆单元包括两个分别对应该固定杆组的移动杆组, 及一可推移该移动杆 组的推拿动力件, 使每一移动杆组能相对每一固定杆组移动。
该垫体单元设置在该移动杆组之间且能随其移动, 该垫体单元包括多个间隔并 平行排列的横杆。
当启动该移动杆单元的推拿动力件时, 可往复地推动每一移动杆组, 藉此带动 该垫体单元的每一横杆来回移动, 从而对使用者处于坐姿或卧姿时, 进行推拿及变 换压迫位置。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种包含有上述健康垫的健康床。
根据本发明的这一目的, 本发明的健康床包含一床架单元及三个所述的健康垫, 该健康垫并排地设置在该床架单元上且相邻的健康垫呈枢接状态。
藉此, 卧躺在本发明的健康床上的使用者, 将可藉由该健康垫的操控, 达到除 了转换压迫位置以及推拿按摩的功能之外, 更具有翻身的功能, 以舒解身体不适与 紧张疲劳, 同时保持肌肤良好的状态, 避免麻痹等不良变化的产生。 附图说明

再结合图 7,推抬杆 55与所述的移动杆组 41同步进行移动,且于其顶面形成有 多个间隔对应每一横杆 54并可容置该横杆 54的凹槽部 551。 当推抬动力件 56将推 抬杆 55上推时, 可使未对应凹槽部 551的横杆 54被向上抬移, 从而呈间隔起伏的 姿态。
在本实施例中,每一横杆 54的截面均为圆形并可套设有至少一上述的旋转管 57, 使得所述的旋转管 57可绕对应的横杆 54的轴线转动。 当然, 在实际使用上, 并不 一定需要所述的旋转管 57或弹性件 53, 但也可以将所述的旋转管 57设计成管径不 均一或是不规则的外形, 因此, 当无旋转管 57时, 所述的横杆 54的外形就不一定 要是圆形, 也可以是其它的形状, 同样可以有推拿的效果。
如图 3所示, 覆盖单元 7是包覆垫体单元 5并具有一由布质材料或其它柔软材 质所制成的包覆套 71 , 可让使用者具有较舒适的卧躺感受、 方便更换, 还可用于阻 隔使用者直接接触垫体单元 5。

如图 8、 9所示, 结合图 12, 本发明健康垫 2的第二较佳实施例与第一较佳实施 例的不同之处在于: 垫体单元 5包括多个横杆 54、 多个垫块 52, 或者还包括多个间 隔排列并呈长条状的串接杆 51、 多个穿套在每一串接杆 51并间隔设置的垫块 52、 多个介于垫块 52与横杆 54之间的弹性件 53、多个设置在每一横杆 54底面并可随每 一横杆 54移动的推抬杆 55,及多个可推移多个推抬杆 55上下移动的推抬动力件 56。 由于垫体单元 5具有所述的垫块 52, 因此,不仅无须将所述的横杆 54设计成圆形截 面, 而且也不需要有所述的旋转管 57 (见图 4)。 该健康垫 2还可以包括一可用于拍 击使用者背部的拍击单元 6。 由前面所述, 便可知道串接杆 51、 弹性件 53、 推抬杆
55、 拍击单元 6等均可视需要配置, 有无不受限制。 每一垫块 52交错排列并可界定出介于两个相邻垫块 52之间的穿伸槽 520。每一 垫块 52具有多个可供所述的串接杆 51穿伸并呈直立长条状的穿孔 521,及多个自顶 面凹设的通风槽 522,其中,所述穿孔 521的设置让每一垫块 52可独立地上下活动。
每一弹性件 53在第一较佳实施例中仅是设置在每一横杆 54的两相对端, 而在 本实施例中, 则是使用更多的弹性件 53并设置在所述的垫块 52与横杆 54之间, 每 一弹性件 53为压缩弹簧, 同样地, 当使用者躺卧在该健康垫 2上时, 可藉由每一弹 性件 53, 自动地调整每一垫块 52的位置, 以符合使用者的身形, 而能舒适地躺卧其 上。
所述的横杆 54是与串接杆 51相互平行并以一固定、 一非固定的方式分别连接 在移动杆组 41的第一、 二、 三、 四移动杆 411〜414上, 其中, 未固定于移动杆组 41的横杆 54也可固定在推抬杆 55上, 固定或不固定在该推抬杆 55上, 不受限制。 然而,所述的横杆 54所采取一固定、一非固定的方式是为了能被间隔地上抬,因此, 只要能使所述的横杆 54达到被间隔地上抬的目的, 均为本发明的保护范围。
如图 10所示, 由于所述的垫块 52、 弹性件 53, 及横杆 54数量众多(图中仅显 示其一), 为求组装方便, 可在每一弹性件 53底端装设一卡接块 531。其中, 每一卡 接块 531的底径接近每一横杆 54凹部的宽度, 从而能直接地卡制在所述的横杆 54 上, 或是在每一卡接块 531的底端设两凹槽, 以穿套方式置入每一横杆 54上, 再用 螺丝将每一垫块 52、 弹性件 53, 以及卡接块 531锁设在一起, 藉此, 使每一弹性件 53压缩, 而让每一垫块 52均受到某个程度的推力, 因此,可使整个垫体单元 5呈平 坦状 (此状态可参考图 8所示), 不致凹凸不平, 影响美观。
如图 10-1所示, 表示垫块 52、弹性件 53、横杆 54的另一种结合方式, 与图 10 所示组合方式的区别在于,在每一卡接块 531上加设一垫片(图中未给出部件标号), 在横杆 54的凹槽两边设有凸缘, 该垫片可卡在横杆 54上的凹槽内, 通过该垫片将 卡接件 531和横杆 54连接起来, 可达到方便快速地装卸的目的。
如图 11所示, 是关于垫块 52、 弹性件 53、 及横杆 54的另一种组合方式, 在每 一卡接块 531上可加设有两个对应的凸出件 532,呈片状,并可直接穿过对应的横杆 54上, 再转个角度即可卡制在该横杆 54上, 快速且方便地进行组装。然而, 所述卡 接块 531也可卡制在所述的垫块 52底面, 均可达到组装方便的目的。
如图 11-1所示, 在每一卡接块 531上的两凸出件 532是呈圆柱状, 而对应的横 杆 54则形成有可供该凸出件 532穿设的穿置孔 541 , 让卡接块 531可轻微地摆动, 以更符合人体的曲线。 关于所述的垫块 52、 弹性件 53, 及横杆 54的组装方式还有 相当多种的变化, 但此部分并非本发明的单一特征, 因此不构成对本发明范围的限 制。
如图 12、 13所示, 所述的推抬杆 55分别对应地连接第一、 二、 三、 四移动杆 411〜414, 且能与其同步移动。每一推抬杆 55的顶面均形成有多个可容置所述的横 杆 54的凹槽部 551。
值得注意的是, 所述的凹槽部 551分别对应上述已固定在移动杆组 41上的横杆 54, 而未固定在该移动杆组 41上的横杆 54或可固定在所述的推抬杆 55上。
藉由每一推抬动力件 56将每一推抬杆 55上抬,能使未固定在移动杆组 41上 (或 是固定在每一推抬杆 55上)的横杆 54上移, 而已固定在移动杆组 41上的横杆 54容 置在所述的凹槽部 551中, 使得垫体单元 5的横杆 54或垫块 52呈现出间隔起伏 (或 是一凹一凸)的姿态。 在本实施例中, 每一推抬动力件 56由一马达 561及一可受该 马达 561驱动并位于推抬杆 55底面的凸轮件 562组成, 藉由每一凸轮件 562的转动 能推移每一推抬杆 55。然而,使推抬杆 55上移的方式还有许多其它方法, 在此难以 一一说明。 本领域的技术人员应当理解, 达到上移的方式并非本发明的单一特征, 不构成对本发明范围的限制。
如图 14、 15所示, 拍击单元 6包括多个可分别容置于垫体单元 5的穿伸槽 520 的拍击件 61,及一可带动每一拍击件 61部分凸出于所对应穿伸槽 520的拍击动力件 62。 每一拍击件 61具有一由弹性材料制成的拍击头 611、 一连杆 612, 及一介于该 拍击头 611与连杆 612之间的弹性件 613, 使每一拍击件 61具有弹性作用从而避免 槌伤使用者。 在本实施例中, 所述的拍击件 61位于所述的第一移动杆 411之间区域 的穿伸槽 520中, 可用于拍击使用者的背部, 但也可以设置在其它位置, 如所述的 第二、 第三、 或第四移动杆 412〜414 (见图 8)之间区域的穿伸槽 520中, 以拍击使 用者的腰部、 臀部, 或是腿部等位置, 以满足不同的需求。 而所述的拍击件 61设置 的位置可依使用者的需求而加以变化, 其并非本发明的单一特征, 不构成对本发明 范围的限制。
如图 15所示, 拍击动力件 62包括一马达 621及一可受该马达 621驱动的连动 件 622。 每一拍击件 61可穿套在连动件 622上, 当马达 621旋转时, 可使每一拍击 件 61反复地凸伸于穿伸槽 520, 达到连续拍击使用者的效果。 同样地, 能使每一拍 击件 61达到凸伸于穿伸槽 520的效果, 还有其它实现方法, 依本说明内容而进行简 单的等效变化与修饰仍属于本发明的范围。
如图 8、 9所示, 覆盖单元 7还包括一开设于包覆套 71上并可供空气通过的入 风口 72。 藉由该入风口 72导入空气, 并在每一垫块 52的通风槽 522 (如图 9所示) 内流通, 以进行散热, 使久躺的使用者不致因闷热而伤害皮肤。 当然, 也可以视需 要输入热风, 可具有保暖的效果。
当使用者卧躺于健康垫 2上时, 可启动各种有益身体健康的功能。 例如: 当启 动移动杆单元 4的推拿动力件 42时, 即可往复地推动每一移动杆组 41,其推移的距 离可为一个垫块 52 的长度或是其它适当的距离, 藉此带动垫体单元 5的每一横杆 54 (如图 3所示)或垫块 52, 从而对使用者的各个部位, 如背部、 腰部、 臀部、 及腿 部等进行推拿, 舒活筋骨与舒缓酸痛。
值得一提的是, 该推拿动力件 42可视使用者的需要而进行慢速运转, 以使所述 的横杆 54 (如图 3所示)或垫块 52轻缓地进行水平位移转换动作,特别是当使用者处 于睡眠状态的时候, 可在不打扰使用者睡眠的情况下, 持续地对其施以推拿以舒缓 肌肉, 让使用者更感舒畅。
同时, 因所述的横杆 54 (如图 3所示)或垫块 52的位移,让使用者原先压迫的位 置得以获得舒缓, 具有变换压迫位置及推拿的效果。 对于久卧床上的使用者而言, 还可藉由该功能保持肌肤良好的状态, 避免麻痹等不良变化发生。 ' 如图 12、 13所示, 当启动垫体单元 5的推抬动力件 56时, 藉由凸轮件 562将 推抬杆 55上推, 可使部分垫块 52凸出于其它垫块 52, 配合推拿动力件 42的运作, 使垫体单元 5水平地来回移动, 藉此提高推拿的效果。
如图 14、 15所示, 当启动拍击单元 6的拍击动力件 62时, 可使每一拍击件 61 凸出于每一垫块 52, 从而对使用者进行拍背动作, 特别是当使用者的呼吸道可能有 积痰时, 还可藉由所述的拍击件 61的功能, 帮助将痰咳出。
因此, 藉由该健康垫 2的构件的作动, 特别是藉由垫体单元 5作水平往复位移 转换动作, 可以全面地推拿或按摩卧靠在该健康垫 2上的使用者的皮肤与肌肉, 而 有助于其血液循环, 保持肌肤良好的状态, 并避免麻痹等不良变化产生。 实施例三:
如图 16、 17所示, 为本发明健康床 10的一较佳实施例, 可将上述实施例中的 健康垫 2放置在一床架上形成一完整的床, 该健康床 10包含一床架单元 8, 及三个 健康塾 2、 2' 、 2" 。 所述的健康垫 2、 2' 、 2"并排地设置在该床架单元 8上, 且 相邻的健康垫 2、 2, 、 2"呈相互枢接。
所述的健康垫 2、 2' 、 2"的组成构件及所能达到的功能已经在上述实施例中揭 露, 因此本实施例不再详述。 藉由配合该床架单元 8, 健康床 10具有更多可帮助使 用者或是协助照顾人员照顾使用者的功能, 详见下列说明。
如图 17所示, 床架单元 8包括一床架 81、 一用以支撑并可举升该床架 81的举 升件 82、 分别设置在该床架 81上的前、 后抬动力件 83、 84、 左、 右抬动力件 85、 86(见图 19), 及一侧举动力件 87 (见图 21)。
如图 16所示, 床架 81具有两个设置在两侧并可折收放平的扶手杆组 811 (图中 仅显示其一), 供使用者扶持及防止其摔落床下。
举升件 82可使床架 81水平上升或下降, 调整出适合使用者上下床或方便家属 照顾使用者的髙度。 在本实施例中, 是利用电气方式启动该举升件 82, 伹也可以采 用人工手摇方式进行。
如图 17所示, 前抬动力件 83可使固定杆组 31的第一固定杆 311向上扬升, 推 动使用者上半身呈倾斜状态, 适于休闲、 阅读或是方便照顾人员对使用者进行喂食 动作。而后抬动力件 84可举升固定杆组 31的第三固定杆 313,让使用者的腿部弯曲, 配合前抬动力件 83, 则可让使用者呈半坐姿状态。 在本实施例中, 所述的前、 后抬 动力件 83、 84是采用由一马达 831、 841、一可受该马达 831、 841驱动的齿轮组 832、 842, 及一被该齿轮组 832、 842所带动而能伸长或缩短的伸缩件 833、 843组成。 但 也可以是应用油压缸及相关的组件来达成固定杆组 31的第一、第三固定杆 311、 313 向上举升的目的。 在每次使用健康床 10时, 由于前、 后抬动力件 83、 84的作动次 数并不频繁, 当然也可以是以手工摇动的方式, 达到上述要求的目的。 然而, 这方 面的驱动构件与方式并非本发明的重要特征, 且为本领域技术人员所公知, 因此不 构成对本发明的限制。
如图 18所示, '健康床 10还可让使用者方便进行洗头。 固定杆组 31的第一固定 杆 311与移动杆组 41的第一移动杆 411 (均显示其一)呈可弯折状, 让使用者在平躺 仰卧时, 使头部向下倾斜, 方便洗头。 在本实施例中, 是利用一可移动地设于该第 一固定杆 311底面上的支撑杆 9,来决定第一固定杆 311与第一移动杆 411是否呈弯 折状。 也就是说, 当前抬动力件 83使第一固定杆 311向上转动一个适当角度时, 在 使用者需要洗头时,只需拉离支撑杆 9,让第一固定杆 311与第一移动杆 411因自重 而下垂以呈现弯折状, 让使用者的头部向下倾斜, 即可进行洗头, 而不必大费周章 地抬移使用者; 当无须使用洗头功能时, 只要将支撑杆 9穿入, 即可支撑第一固定 杆 311与第一移动杆 411呈水平状。
如图 19、 20所示, 左抬动力件 85可推举相邻的健康垫 2、 2' , 而让使用者进 行向右翻身的动作。 同理, 右抬动力件 86可推举相邻的健康垫 2' 、 2" , 进行向 左翻身的动作, 避免使用者单边压迫过久, 同时也方便照顾人员对使用者进行擦背、 换衣等动作。 在本实施例中, 左、 右抬动力件 85、 86由一马达 851、 861、 一可受该 马达 851、 861驱动而能伸长或缩短的伸缩件 852、 862组成。 但也可以应用油压缸 及相关的组件来达成举升所述的健康垫 2、 2' 、 2"的目的。 当然也可以是以手工摇 动的方式, 同样可以达到上述目的。 然而, 此方面的驱动构件与方式并非本发明的 单一特征, 且是本领域技术人员所公知的, 因此不构成对本发明的限制。
如图 21、 22所示, 侧举动力件 87设置在举升件 82上并可使床架 81朝前或朝 后倾斜, 可让使用者呈头髙脚低或头低脚高的状态, 得以改变血液循环状态, 增进 健康者的循环功能, 或是方便使用者进行治疗。 例如, 在实际医疗行为中, 一种称 为耳石异位症的治疗方式即可采用该侧举动力件 87的侧举功能。 由于其发病的原因 是内耳椭圆囊的耳石脱落, 常使患者发生眩晕, 借助该侧举动力件 87, 使患者呈头 低脚高的状态, 帮助医师施以耳石复位术。
由于健康床 10的功能众多, 为避免人员操作失误而误伤组件, 可设置一电连接 每一动力件的控制单元(图未示), 以分别控制所述的动力件的作动, 例如当前、 后 抬动力件 83、 84 (见图 17)动作时, 则限制左、 右抬动力件 85、 86 (见图 19)或侧举 动力件 87不可动作。 当然, 亦可配合在每一动力件附近设置数个极限开关 (Limit Switch, LS)等电子式或机械式控制装置(图未示), 再增加一层保护, 确保安全使用 该健康床 10。
如图 16所示, 结合图 8, 由上述说明可知, 包括三个健康垫 2、 2, 、 2"的健 康床 10, 确实具有以下所述的技术效果:
一、 有效地保持肌肤良好的状态, 并避免麻痹等不良变化产生: 健康垫 2的垫 体单元 5可藉由移动杆单元 4的推拿动力件 42做往复作动, 进行全面的水平位移转 换动作, 因此让使用者的背面受到全面且连续的推拿, 而非仅仅如公知技的有限频 率的定点推压, 因此其可有效地避免肌肤不良变化的发生。
二、 具有多项健身或协助照顾的功能: 如上所述, 藉由健康垫 2的各构件设置 及其作动, 除了可让使用者享有全面推拿健身功能之外, 还可藉由垫体单元 5的推 抬杆 55 (见图 12)与拍击单元 6的设置, 而加强推拿效果与进行拍背等功能, 从而有 助于使用者的血液顺畅流通, 帮助积痰咳出; 进一步地, 藉助床架单元 8的前、 后 抬动力件 83、 84 (见图 17)的设置, 让使用者可呈半坐姿态; 藉助床架单元 8的左、 右抬动力件 85、 86 (见图 19)的设置, 辅助使用者进行翻身; 藉助床架单元 8的侧举 动力件 87 (见图 21)的设置, 可让使用者头脚上下倾斜, 改变使用者的血液循环或协 助医疗的进行。
三、 用途广泛: 如前所述, 由于健康垫 2具备多种功能, 再加上现代人多有腰 酸背痛等症状, 因此, 健康垫 2或健康床 10除了适合一般人使用以外, 还可以供年 长者或久病卧床的病患使用, 具有庞大的市场与商机。
四、 降低成本: 由于健康垫 2与健康床 10具有多样化的功能, 因此, 对于需使 用该健康垫 2与健康床 10的业者, 例如个人用户、 赡养院或医院而言, 将可节省购 置其它相关设备或仪器的成本, 并同时可腾出更大的空间以供使用; 再者, 拍背、 按摩、 推拿、 翻身等繁琐事务, 均可由健康床 10代劳, 有助于减轻看护人员的工作 负担。 因此, 业者同时还可节省人力成本, 同时又有益于赡养者或病患的身体健康, 从而降低各项成本, 创造更多的收益, 并增加市场竞争力。
综合上述, 本发明的健康垫 2是可以单独使用的, 将其放置在任何想要推拿或 按摩的地方, 例如椅架或床架上, 就可以进行推拿, 舒活筋骨, 相当方便。 而将该 健康垫 2与床架结合在一起, 便成为可健身或与治疗合并使用的多功能健康床 10, 具有极佳的应用性。
如图 3、 6、 8、 16所示, 健康垫 2与健康床 10整合了西医对于体肤压迫位置转 换理论何中医的推拿理论。 藉由该移动杆单元 4的推拿动力件 42, 使垫体单元 5的 的横杆 54 (见图 4)或垫块 52作往复移动, 达到推拿与转换压迫位置, 促进血液循 环, 避免肌肤不良变化的形成; 或是缓慢移动, 而能在不影响使用者的睡眠下, 顺 畅其血液循环; 利用推抬杆 55与推抬动力件 56, 使一部分横杆 54 (见图 4)或垫块 52凸出而能加强推拿效果; 通过拍击单元 6进行拍背, 有助于使用者咳出积痰; 运 用三个健康垫 2、 2, 、 2"相互枢接而设置在该床架 81上, 并加设该前、 后、 左、 右抬动力件 83〜86 (见图 17、 19)及侧举动力件 87 (见图 21) , 形成一可辅助使用者 进行抬起上半身、 举起腿部、 翻动身体, 或进行治疗的健康床 10。 种种功效不仅有 益于正常健康者保健身体, 特别是对于长期卧床的人, 如老人或瘫痪者是十足的帮 助, 同时又可减少看护人员的工作项目与减轻其压力。
以上通过较佳实施例描述了本发明, 本领域的技术人员应当理解, 上述的实施 例并不构成对本发明的限制, 按照本发明的实质及其说明的内容, 作出简单的等效 变化与修饰, 仍属于本发明的范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种健康垫, 适用铺设于一撑架上, 其特征在于, 包括:
一固定杆单元, 包括两个间隔排列并铺设于该撑架上的固定杆组;
一移动杆单元, 设置于该固定杆单元上方, 包括两个分别对应该固定杆组的移 动杆组、 及一可推移该移动杆组的推拿动力件, 使每一移动杆组能相对每一固定杆 组移动; 和
一垫体单元, 设置在该移动杆组之间并能随其移动, 该垫体单元包括多个间隔 平行排列的横杆。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的固定杆单元的每一固定杆 组具有依序间隔排列的第一固定杆、 第二固定杆、 第三固定杆、 第四固定杆, 及连 接两相邻固定杆的弹性片、 或单转折或多转折枢接, 该移动杆单元的每一移动杆组 具有间隔排列的第一移动杆、 第二移动杆、 第三移动杆、 第四移动杆, 该第一、 二、 三、 四移动杆分别具有多个滚轮。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元的横杆呈圆形, 该垫体单元还包括多个可被转动的旋转管, 在每一横杆上至少套设有一所述的旋转 管。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的徤康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的横杆可上下移动地穿套在 所述的移动杆单元的移动杆组上, 所述的垫体单元还包括多个设置在每一横杆两相 对端的弹性件, 用以上下推移每一橫杆, 从而自动调整每一横杆的高低位置。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元还包括设置在每 一橫杆底面的推抬杆, 及一可推移该推抬杆的推抬动力件, 该推抬杆的顶面形成有 多个间隔对应可容置每一横杆的凹槽部。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的未固定于移动杆组的横杆 固定在所述的推抬杆上。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元还包括多个间隔 排列且彼此交错的垫块。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元还包括多个介于 每一垫块与横杆之间的弹性件, 及多个间隔排列并串接每一垫块的串接杆, 每一垫 块具有多个可供每一串接杆穿伸且呈直立状的穿孔, 使每一垫块可独立地上下活动。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的横杆分别是一固定、 一非 固定地连接在所述的移动杆组上。
10.如权利要求 9所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元还包括设置在每 一横杆底面并可随其移动的推抬杆, 及一可推移该推抬杆的推抬动力件, 该推抬杆 的顶面形成有多个可容置所述横杆的凹槽部, 每一凹槽部对应已固定在所述移动杆 组的横杆, 利用该推抬动力件将该推抬杆上推, 使位于未固定于该移动杆组的横杆 能被向上抬移, 进而使部分垫块凸出其它垫块。
11.如权利要求 10所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的未固定于移动杆组的横 杆固定在所述的推抬杆上。
12.如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 还包括一拍击单元, 该拍击单元 包括多个拍击件及一可带动所述的拍击件作动的拍击动力件, 每一拍击件容置于两 相邻的横杆之间。
13.如权利要求 7所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 还包括一拍击单元, 该拍击单元 包括多个拍击件及一可带动所述的拍击件作动的拍击动力件, 在两相邻的垫块之间 具有一穿伸槽, 每一拍击件容置于每一穿伸槽中, 使每一拍击件可于穿伸槽中活动 穿伸。
14.如权利要求 12或 13所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的每一拍击件具有一 由弹性材料制成的拍击头、 一连杆, 及一介于该拍击头与连杆之间的弹性件。
15.如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 还包括一包覆所述的垫体单元的 覆盖单元, 该覆盖单元包括一由柔软材质制成的包覆套。
16.如权利要求 15所述的健康垫, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元上的覆盖单元 还包括一可供空气通过的入风口,藉由该入风口导入空气并可在该垫体单元中流通。
17.—种健康床, 其特征在于, 包括:
一床架单元, 包括一床架;
多个如权利要求 1所述的健康垫, 并排地设置在该床架上, 且相邻的健康垫相 互枢接;
一左抬动力件和一右抬动力件, 位于该多个健康垫的下方, 当该左抬动力件动 作时, 可使左侧的两健康垫向右翻动, 而当该右抬动力件动作时, 则使右侧的两健 康垫向左翻动。
18.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元还包括设置在 每一横杆底面并可随其移动的推抬杆, 及一可推移该推抬杆的推抬动力件, 利用该 推抬动力件将该推抬杆上推, 使位于未固定于该移动杆组上的每一横杆上移, 进而 使所述的横杆可间隔地凸出。
19.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元还包括多个间 隔排列并彼此交错且位于每一横杆上方的垫块、 设置在每一横杆底面并可随其移动 的推抬杆, 及一可推移该推抬杆的推抬动力件, 利用该推抬动力件将该推抬杆上推, 可使每隔一横杆上移, 进而使对应已上移的横杆的垫块可凸出其它的垫块。
20.如权利要求 19所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的未被上移的横杆固定在 所述的推抬杆上。
21.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 还包括一拍击单元, 该拍击单 元包括多个分别位于所述的垫体单元的每两横杆之间的拍击件, 及一可带动上述拍 击件凸出每一横杆的拍击动力件。

23.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的床架单元还包括 用以 支撑并可举升该床架的举升件。
24.如权利要求 23所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的床架单元还包括一设置 在所述的举升件上并可倾斜所述的床架的侧举动力件。
25.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的床架单元还包括分别设 置在该床架上的前抬动力件和后抬动力件, 该前抬动力件和后抬动力件可分别举升 所述的固定杆组的第一固定杆和第三固定杆。
26.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的床架具有两个可折收的 扶手杆组。
27.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 还包括一包覆所述的垫体单元 的覆盖单元, 该覆盖单元包括一由柔软材质制成的包覆套。
28.如权利要求 27所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的垫体单元上的覆盖单元 具有一可供空气通过的入风口, 藉由该入风口导入空气并可于该垫体单元内流通。
29.如权利要求 17所述的健康床, 其特征在于, 所述的固定杆单元的每一固定 杆组具有依序间隔排列的第一固定杆、 第二固定杆、 第三固定杆、 第四固定杆, 及 连接两相邻固定杆的弹性片、 或单转折或多转折枢接, 该移动杆单元的每一移动杆 组具有间隔排列的第一移动杆、 第二移动杆、 第三移动杆、 第四移动杆, 该第一、 二、三、 四移动杆分别具有多个滚轮, 该第一固定杆与第一移动杆呈弯折状, 使位 于使用者头部下方的垫体单元下垂。
