Abstract

L’invention concerne une toute nouvelle technique de diagnostic du cancer (particulièrement le cancer du poumon à petites cellules). Suite à des études intensives faites par l'inventeur, l'objet selon l’invention a été réalisé en découvrant qu’en particulier le niveau d'expression de TSLC1 et Rac1 (surexpression, modification de chaîne de sucre et activation) dans la voie moléculaire du TSLC1 est en rapport étroit avec l’apparition du cancer (particulièrement le cancer du poumon à petites cellules). Il s’agit d’une méthode comprenant les étapes consistant à A) observer une augmentation de l'expression ou une modification d'une chaîne de sucre TSLC1, ou une activation de Rac1 ; et B) indiquer une manifestation d’un cancer par l’augmentation de l'expression, la modification d’une chaîne de sucre ou un changement dans l'activation par rapport à un individu normal.
