Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß wird eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung zur Verfügung gestellt, die zur Herstellung von Tabletten durch Direktverpressen geeignet ist und die Donepezilhydrochlorid der polymorphen Form I enthält. In der direktverpressten Tablette ist die polymorphe Form I des Donepezilhydrochlorids auch bei langer Lagerung stabil.
