В заявке описана фармацевтическая композиция, пригодная для получения из нее таблеток путем прямого прессования и содержащая гидрохлорид донепезила в полиморфной модификации I. В полученных путем прямого прессования таблетках полиморфная модификация I гидрохлорида донепезила остается стабильной даже при длительном их хранении.
