L’invention concerne un procédé d’identification d’un véhicule recherché, comprenant les phases suivantes :(1) prendre une photo du véhicule avec un appareil photographique, extraire des informations du véhicule avec un logiciel de traitement d’image, et lire des informations de codage à partir de la plaque d’immatriculation électronique avec un système de lecture/écriture RF en se reportant au système de codage de la plaque d’immatriculation électronique ;(2) comparer des informations du véhicule obtenues par l’appareil photographique et extraites par le logiciel de traitement d’image avec les informations de la plaque d’immatriculation électronique obtenues par le système de lecture/écriture RF, si le résultat n’est pas cohérent, juger que le véhicule est le véhicule recherché, et ordonner au véhicule de s’arrêter. Comme la plaque d’immatriculation électronique codée ne peut pas être imitée, le système de lecture/écriture RF ne peut pas lire les informations de plaque d’immatriculation électronique, ou bien les informations de plaque d’immatriculation électronique lues ne correspondent pas aux informations du véhicule extraites par l’appareil photographique et le logiciel de traitement d’image, si le véhicule est le véhicule recherché. L’invention résout le problème technique de l’art antérieur selon lequel le véhicule recherché ne pouvait pas être identifié immédiatement si le véhicule recherché ne figurait pas dans la liste noire, ou bien si une fausse plaque d’immatriculation avait été achetée auprès d’un faussaire.
