その特長の一つは流動しないことである。例えば、シート状の材料を別の固体に接 着させる場合、予めシート状材料の接着させたい面に粘着剤を塗布しておけば、そ の状態で保管、運送及び加工することが可能となる。例えば、自動車の窓ガラスに貼 り付ける紫外線カットフィルムは、その一方の面に予め粘着剤が塗布された形態で巿 販されている。このため、保管や運送が容易であり、又様々な形状に加工して、貼り 付けることが可能である。
又、粘着剤は流動しないため、 2つの材料を貼りあわせた際、隅の部分力も液がは み出さないという特長も有する。例えば、プロジェクシヨンテレビのレンズシート等の機 能性フィルムを板状の材料に接着する場合、液状の接着剤を使用すると、隅の部分 力 接着剤がはみ出したり、逆に接着剤が足りないために隅の部分が接着されなか つたりするといつた問題が発生する。はみ出した場合、両方の材料がフィルム状であ れば、隅の欠陥部分を切断して捨てることが比較的容易であるが、板状の場合は容 易でなぐ切断部分近傍での剥離や割れ等の欠陥を防ぐことが困難になる。この問 題は、板状の材料がガラスである場合には特に顕著である。しかし、このような機能 性フィルムに予め粘着剤を塗布しておき、離型フィルムを貼り付けて保護したものを 使用すれば、フィルムの隅まで均一に貼り付けることができる。し力も、任意の時に、 任意のサイズに切り出すことも可能となる。
さらに、流動しないため、レンズ等の凹凸を有する形状の凸部分のみを貼り付ける ことができるという特長をも有する。粘着状態であれば、凸面の先端部が粘着剤に少 し食い込んだ状態で固定ィ匕することが可能であるが、液状の場合、凹面にも液が染 み込むため、凹凸形状を残したまま貼り付ける場合には不向きである。
[0003] し力しながら、粘着剤は、被着体に押付けるだけで貼り付け可能であると 、う本質 的な性能を有するがために、必然的に軟らかい材料である。そのため、接着剤に比 ベると、せん断方向の力に対して、強度、耐熱性及び耐湿熱性に劣ることが多い。
[0004] このような背景から、近年、初期は粘着剤であるが、熱や光により硬くなつて接着剤 となる、いわゆる粘接着剤が注目されている。例えば、初期は粘着剤であるが、光を 照射すると硬化が始まり、接着剤に変化する、粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物が知られ ている。
粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物としては、具体的には、水酸基含有 (メタ)アタリレート 、エポキシ榭脂及び光力チオン重合開始剤カゝらなる光力チオン硬化型粘接着剤組 成物 (特許文献 1参照)や、ポリアタリレート等の粘着性重合体、エポキシ榭脂等の力 チオン硬化性の化合物及び光力チオン重合開始剤力 なる光力チオン硬化型粘接 着剤組成物 (特許文献 2参照)が知られている。これら組成物は、光を照射するとカチ オン重合が開始して硬化し、接着剤となるものである。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0006] しかしながら、従来の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物は、せん断接着力や、高温及び 高温高湿度下での接着保持力が不十分であった。
又、光力チオン硬化型粘接着剤用組成物の場合、カチオン重合そのものの欠点が 避けられな力つた。その欠点としては、高湿度環境下や吸水性又は親水性基材上で は硬化性が悪くなること、光力チオン重合開始剤由来の酸、イオンに起因する腐食の 問題等を有するものであった。
[0007] 本発明は、せん断接着力や、高温及び高温高湿度下での接着保持力に優れ、特 に高湿度環境下や吸水性又は親水性基材上での硬化性にも優れ、腐食等の問題 のない粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物、及びこれを使用した光硬化型粘接着シート、積 層体並びに接着シートを提供することを目的とする。又、基材への貼付が容易であり 、光照射後は優れたせん断強度と接着保持力を有する接着シートを提供することを 目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
本発明者は、前記課題を解決するためには、ポリビニルピロリドン又はビニルピロリ ドン共重合体と親水性基を有する (メタ)アタリレートを併用した光硬化型の組成物が 有効であることを見出し、本発明を完成した。
すなわち本発明は以下のく 1 >、く 11 >、く 12>及びく 14>〜< 16 >に記載 の手段により解決された。好ま 、実施態様であるく 2>〜く 10>及びく 13 >と共 に以下に記載する。

発明の効果
本発明によれば、せん断強度及び接着力に優れ、さらに高温及び高温高湿度下 での接着保持力に優れ、特に高湿度環境下や吸水性又は親水性基材上での硬化 性にも優れ、腐食等の問題のない粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物、及びこれを使用し た光硬化型粘接着シート、積層体並びに接着シートを提供することができる。又、本 発明の光硬化型粘接着シートによれば、種々の被着体への貼付が容易であり、光照 射後は優れたせん断強度と接着保持力を有する接着シートを提供することができる。 図面の簡単な説明

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0012] 以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物(以下、本発明の組成物ともいう。)は、 (A) ビュルピロリドンを必須構成単量体単位とし、 K値が 20以上である重合体、(B) (メタ )アタリロイル基及び親水性基を有する化合物、並びに、(C)光ラジカル重合開始剤 を含有し、 (A)成分及び (B)成分の重量比( (A) / (B) )が 90ZlO〜25Z75である ことを特徴とする。
尚、本願明細書においては、アタリロイル基又はメタクリロイル基を (メタ)アタリロイ ル基と表し、アタリレート又はメタタリレートを (メタ)アタリレートと表す。
以下、それぞれの成分について説明する。
[0013] 1. (A)成分
(A)成分は、ビュルピロリドンを必須構成単量体単位とし、 K値が 20以上である重 合体である。
(A)成分の K値としては、 20〜200力 子ましく、より好ましくは 20〜130であり、さら に好ましくは 25〜: LOOであり、特に好ましくは 50〜: LOOである。 K値が 20に満たない ものは、光照射前の塗膜の状態が、粘着塗膜でなく液体状態となってしまう。
尚、 K値とは、平均分子量、重合度、固有粘度を表す一般的なパラメータ「フィケン チヤ一 (Fikentscher)の K値」であり、 K値が大きいものほど分子量が大きい。ポリビ- ルピロリドンの分子量は、一般的に、この K値により表され、本発明でも、 K値は平均 分子量を規定するものである。
本発明において K値とは、第十三改正日本薬局方解説書(1996年)に従い、溶液 lOOmL中の換算した脱水物の重量を c (g)、溶媒の動粘度に対する試料溶液の動 粘度の比を 7? 、 Κ= 1000·Κとして、下記式の Κを計算することにより求められた

[0014] (A)成分としては、ビュルピロリドンの単独重合体でも、ビュルピロリドンと共重合可 能な単量体 (以下、その他単量体という)との共重合体でも良い。
その他単量体としては、酢酸ビニル、ビ-ルカプロラタタム、 1ーブテンや 1一へキサ デセン等の ーォレフイン等が挙げられる。
その他単量体としては、得られる共重合体が水溶性を示すものが好ましい。この場 合のその他単量体の共重合割合としては、 0〜60モル%カ 子ましく、 0〜50モル% 力 り好ましい。
これらの中でも、(A)成分としては、ビュルピロリドンの単独重合体及びビュルピロリ ドンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体 (以下、「VPVA共重合体」とも 、う)が好まし ヽ。 [0015] VPVA共重合体において、ビュルピロリドンと酢酸ビュルの共重合割合としては、 酢酸ビュルが 70モル0 /0以下の共重合体が好ましぐより好ましくは 20〜60モル0 /0で ある。酢酸ビニルの共重合割合が 70モル%以下であると、良好な接着力が得られる ので好ましい。又、酢酸ビニルの共重合割合が 20モル%以上の共重合体は、組成 物の塗工性に優れるため好ま 、。
[0016] (A)成分としては、前記した重合体を単独で使用しても、 2種以上を併用しても良い
[0017] 2. (B)成分
(B)成分は、(メタ)アタリロイル基と親水性基を有する化合物である。
(B)成分における親水性基としては、水酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン基、リン酸 基、アミノ基及びアミド基等を挙げることができる。
これらの中でも水酸基及びカルボキシル基が、(A)成分との相溶性に優れ、硬化 膜が耐湿熱性に優れるうえ、基材の腐食の問題が少ない等の点で好ましい。以下、( メタ)アタリロイル基と水酸基を有する化合物(以下、(B— 1)と 、う)及び (メタ)アタリ口 ィル基とカルボキシル基を有する化合物(以下、(B— 2)という)について説明する。
[0018] (B—1)成分の具体例としては、 2—ヒドロキシェチル (メタ)アタリレート、 2—ヒドロキ シプロピル (メタ)アタリレート及び 4—ヒドロキシブチル (メタ)アタリレート等のヒドロキシ アルキル (メタ)アタリレート;グリセリンモノ (メタ)アタリレート及びグリセリンジ (メタ)ァク リレート等のグリセリン (メタ)アタリレート;ポリエチレングリコールモノ (メタ)アタリレート 及びポリプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)アタリレート等のポリアルキレングリコールモノ (メタ)アタリレート;トリメチロールプロパンのモノ又はジ (メタ)アタリレート、ジトリメチロ ールプロパンのモノ、ジ又はトリ(メタ)アタリレート、ペンタエリスリトールのモ入ジ又 はトリ(メタ)アタリレート及び、ジペンタエリスリトールのモ入ジ、トリ、テトラ又はペンタ (メタ)アタリレート等のポリオールのモノ又はポリ(メタ)アタリレート;前記ポリオールの アルキレンオキサイド (エチレンオキサイド及びプロピレンオキサイド等)付加物のモノ 又はポリ(メタ)アタリレート;並びにポリアルキレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルの( メタ)アクリル酸 2モル付カ卩物、ポリアルキレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルの(メタ )アクリル酸 1モル付カ卩物、グリセリンジグリシジルエーテルの(メタ)アクリル酸 2モル 付加物、及びグリセリンジグリシジルエーテルの(メタ)アクリル酸 1モル付加物等のジ グリシジルエーテルの (メタ)アクリル酸付加物等が挙げられる。
[0019] (B— 1)成分としては、(A)成分との相溶性に優れる化合物が好ましい。具体的に

[0020] 又、(B—1)成分としては、グリセリンモノ (メタ)アタリレート又はポリアルキレングリコ ールモノ (メタ)アタリレートを含むこと力 光硬化後の接着力に優れるものとなるため 好ましい。
[0021] 次に、(B— 1)成分が、 1分子中に 2個以上の (メタ)アタリロイル基及び 1個以上の 水酸基を有する化合物(以下、水酸基含有多官能 (メタ)アタリレートと!/、う)を含むも のであることが光硬化後の耐湿熱保持力に優れたものとなるため好ま 、。この場合 の水酸基含有多官能 (メタ)アタリレートの配合割合としては、 (A)成分及び (B)成分 の合計量 100重量部に対して 1重量部以上 50重量部以下の範囲にあるものが好ま しい。 1〜30重量部であることがより好ましぐ 3〜20重量部であることがさらに好まし い。水酸基含有多官能 (メタ)アタリレートの配合割合が上記範囲内にあると、耐湿熱 環境下での接着保持力に優れるため好ま 、。
水酸基含有多官能 (メタ)アタリレートとしては、ジグリシジルエーテルの (メタ)アタリ ル酸 2モル付加物が好まし!/ヽ。
[0022] さらに、(B— 1)成分として水酸基含有多官能 (メタ)アタリレートを使用する場合、 1 個の (メタ)アタリロイル基と 1個以上の水酸基を有する化合物(以下、水酸基含有単 官能 (メタ)アタリレートという)と併用することが、接着性能、特に耐湿熱環境下 (高温 高湿度環境下)における接着保持力に優れると!ヽぅ理由で好ま Uヽ。
[0023] (B— 2)成分としては、(メタ)アクリル酸、クロトン酸及びケィヒ酸等の 1価カルボン酸 ;マレイン酸、フマル酸、ィタコン酸及びシトラコン酸等の 2価カルボン酸;(メタ)アタリ ル酸ダイマー及び (メタ)アクリル酸トリマー等の (メタ)アクリル酸多量体;(メタ)アタリ ル酸の力プロラタトン開環物;ヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレートの酸無水物付加物 等を挙げることができる。前記ヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレートとしては、(B)成分 で例示したものと同様の化合物が挙げられ、酸無水物としては、無水コハク酸、無水 マレイン酸、無水フタル酸及びテトラヒドロ無水フタル酸等が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、(メタ)アクリル多量体、(メタ)アクリル酸の力プロラタトン開環物及 びヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレートの酸無水物付加物が、(A)成分との相溶性に 優れ、硬化膜の接着性にも優れるため好ましい。
ヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレートの酸無水物付カ卩物としては、ヒドロキシェチル( メタ)アタリレートのコハク酸無水物付加物がより好まし 、。
(B— 2)成分を使用することにより、硬化物の耐水性を向上させることができるため 好ましい。
[0024] 又、水酸基とカルボキシル基を両方有する化合物、すわなち、(B— 1)にも(B— 2) にも属する化合物を使用しても良 ヽ。
このような化合物としては、例えば、 1個以上の (メタ)アタリロイル基と 2個以上の水 酸基を有する化合物の水酸基の 1つに、酸無水物を付加させた化合物が挙げられる 。酸無水物としては、前記と同様の化合物等が挙げられる。
具体例としては、ペンタエリスリトールジ (メタ)アタリレートの無水コハク酸付加物、グ リセリンジグリシジルエーテルの(メタ)アクリル酸 2モル付カ卩物の無水コハク酸付カロ物 等が挙げられる。

[0026] 3. (C)成分
本発明の (C)成分は、光ラジカル重合開始剤であり、光照射でラジカルを発生する 化合物であれば種々の化合物が使用できる。光としては紫外線又は可視光が使用さ れる。

[0027] 又、(C)成分が、ベンゾフエノン系化合物、チォキサントン系化合物、マレイミド系化 合物等の水素引き抜き型光ラジカル重合開始剤である場合は、重合促進剤を使用 することが好ましい。
重合促進剤の具体例としては、ェチルー 4 (ジメチルァミノ)ベンゾエート、 2 ェ チルへキシルー 4 (ジメチルァミノ)ベンゾエート、 2- (ジメチルァミノ)ェチルベンゾ エート、ポリ〔ォキシ (メチルー 1, 2 エタンジィル)〕, α 〔4 (ジメチルァミノ)ベン ゾィル— ω—ブトキシ—〕、ブトキシェチル— 4— (ジメチルァミノ)ベンゾエート、トリエ タノールァミン、トリェチルァミン、等が挙げられる。
(C)成分としては、前記した化合物を単独で使用しても、 2種以上を併用しても良い
[0028] (C)成分の配合割合としては、(Α)及び (Β)成分の合計量 100重量部に対して、 0 . 01〜10重量部が好ましぐより好ましくは 0. 1〜5重量部である。 0. 01重量部以 上であると、重合を開始する効果が得られるので好ましい。又、 10重量部以下である と、良好な硬化物の物性が得られると共に、(C)成分の分解生成物による臭気の問 題を生じることがな!、ので好まし!/、。
[0029] 4.その他の成分
本発明の組成物は、前記した (A)〜(C)成分を必須とするものであるが、必要に応 じて、後記するその他の成分を配合することもできる。
[0030] 本発明の組成物には、有機溶剤及び Z又は水を配合することが、室温での塗工が 可能となるため好ましい。
有機溶剤としては、(A)成分を溶解するものが好ましい。

固体状水素結合性ィ匕合物としては、セラック、単糖類、多糖類、トリメチロールプロ パン、ペンタエリスリトール、イソシァヌル酸のアルキレンオキサイド付カ卩物、尿素、リン ゴ酸、酒石酸及びグリシン等が挙げられる。これらのうち、セラックは、硬化後の接着 層の耐湿熱性能を高める効果が高ぐ透明性も維持されるため、特に好ましい。 ここで、セラックとは、ラックカイガラ虫の分泌物より抽出される天然の榭脂であり、水 酸基とカルボキシル基を有する化合物を主成分とする、水に不溶の樹脂である。セラ ックは、食品用にも使用可能な安全性の高い化合物であるとともに、比較的安価な天 然榭脂でもある。セラックを使用する場合は、セラックの溶解性を高めるため、本発明 の組成物にアルコール系溶剤を配合することが好ましい。

これら重合禁止剤及び Z又は酸化防止剤の総添加量は、 (A)及び (B)成分の合 計量 100重量部に対して、 0. 001〜3重量部であることが好ましぐさらに好ましくは 0. 01〜0. 5重量部である。
添加量が 0. 001重量部以上であると、保存安定性に優れるため好ましい。又、 3重 量部以下であるとブリードアウトによる外観不良が起こり難いので好ましい。
ここで、重合禁止剤及び Z又は酸化防止剤は、(B)成分の製品中に添加されてい るもので済ませても良ぐ (A)成分等と配合する際に追加して添加しても良!、。
[0037] 本発明の組成物には、高温高湿条件下での保持力を高める目的や、ガラス、金属 、金属酸ィ匕物等の無機物への接着性能を高める目的で、シランカップリング剤を添 カロすることちでさる。

本発明は、(A)ビュルピロリドンを必須構成単量体単位とし、 K値が 20以上である 重合体、 (B) (メタ)アタリロイル基及び親水性基を有する化合物、並びに、(C)光ラ ジカル重合開始剤を含有し、 (A)成分及び (B)成分の重量比( (A) / (B) )が 90Z1 0〜25Z75である組成物を粘着剤用光硬化型組成物として使用する。 すなわち、本発明の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物は、前記 (A)、(B)及び (C)成分 を必須成分として含む組成物であって、 (A)成分と (B)成分を重量比( (A) / (B) ) が 90ZlO〜25Z75の割合で含むものである。(Α)成分と (Β)成分の割合としては
、好ましくは (Α)Ζ(Β) =80Ζ20〜35Ζ65の範囲である。
上記 (Α)成分の割合が 90を超えると、貼り付け可能な軟らか!/ヽ粘着塗膜を得ること ができなくなってしまい、一方 25に満たないと、粘着塗膜というよりも液体に近い状態 になってしまう。

光硬化型粘接着シートの製造方法としては常法に従えば良ぐ例えば、粘接着剤 用光硬化型組成物を基材に塗布して製造することができる。

本発明の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物 10が無溶剤系組成物の場合(図 1 :Α1)は、 該組成物 10を加熱して基材 (基材シート) 1に塗工する。本発明の粘接着剤用光硬 化型組成物 10が有機溶剤等を含む場合(図 1 :Α2 (溶剤系組成物)、 Α3 (水系組成 物))は、該組成物 10を基材 1に塗工した後に、乾燥して有機溶剤等を蒸発させる( 図 1 : 1 1、 1 2)。
これらの方法により、基材 1上に光硬化性の粘接着層 2 (以下、単に粘接着層という )が形成された光硬化型粘接着シート Blが製造される。

ポリマーとしては、セロハン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)やポリエチレンナフ タレート等のポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリカーボネート、ユリア'メラミン榭 脂、エポキシ榭脂、ポリウレタン、ポリ乳酸、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、シクロォレフ インポリマー、アクリル榭脂、メタクリル樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリビニノレ アセテート、ポリビニルアルコール、トリァセチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセル口 ース、ポリエーテルサルホン、上記ポリマーの共重合体、液晶ポリマー及びフッ素榭 脂等が挙げられる。紙としては、表面をシリコーン処理したものも使用できる。
ポリマーとしては、フィルム状のものが好ましい。
離型材としては、表面未処理 OPPフィルム(ポリプロピレン)、シリコーン処理 PETフ イルム及び表面をシリコーン処理した紙等が挙げられる。

すなわち、本発明において、積層体の製造方法は、(A)ビュルピロリドンを必須構 成単量体単位とし、 K値が 20以上である重合体、(B) (メタ)アタリロイル基及び親水 性基を有する化合物、並びに (C)光ラジカル重合開始剤を含有し、(A)成分及び (B )成分の重量比( (A) / (B) )が 90Z10〜25Z75である組成物を基材に塗布する 工程と、必要に応じて組成物を乾燥して粘接着層を形成する工程と、粘接着層と被 着体を貼り合わせる工程と、基材及び,又は被着体を透明性材料とし、透明性材料 側から光を照射して硬化させる工程とを有する。
[0049] 照射される光の光源としては、種々のものが使用可能である。好適な光源としては、 高圧水銀ランプ、メタルハライドランプ、 UV無電極ランプ及び紫外線及び Ζ又は可 視光を放射する LEDなどが挙げられる。
光照射における、照射強度等の照射条件は、使用する粘接着剤用光硬化型組成 物、基材及び目的等に応じて適宜設定すれば良い。

[0051] ここで、光硬化型粘接着シートと被着体を貼り合わせる際、光硬化型粘接着シート の粘接着層又は被着体を水で塗らして貼り合わせることもできる。この方法は、光硬 化型粘接着シートを構成する基材 (基材シート) 1、又はこれを貼り付ける被着体 4の V、ずれかが、吸水性及び Z又は透湿性のある材料 (以下吸水'透湿性基材と 、う)の 場合に好ましく適用できる。この方法の長所としては、光硬化型粘接着シートを貼り 合せる際の泡かみを簡単に防止することができ、吸水'透湿性基材を使用する場合 に強固な接着力が得られる等が挙げられる。 [0052] 図 2の図 2— 2b以降(図 2— 2b〜2— 4b)は、光硬化型粘接着シートと被着体とをラ ミネートさせる際、水の存在下にラミネートする例を示している。
図 2では、まず光硬化型粘接着シート粘接着層 2と被着体 4を水 5を介在させた状 態でラミネートし(図 2 : 2— 2b)、基材 (基材シート) 1側から光照射し(図 2 : 2— 3b)、 粘接着層 2を水を含んだ硬化層 30とし、積層体 C' (図 2 : 2— 4b)が製造される。この 場合、得られた積層体 C'をさら〖こ乾燥させることもできる。
[0053] 光硬化型粘接着シートの粘接着層又は被着体を水で濡らす方法としては、水を塗 布する方法、気体中の微小な水滴に曝す方法及び水蒸気に曝す方法等がある。

(A)成分をゲルイ匕させる化合物としては、過硫酸アンモ-ゥム、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸 等が挙げられ、ポリアクリル酸が特に好ましい。ポリアクリル酸の分子量としては、重量 平均分子量で 500〜10, 000の範囲が好ましい。ポリアクリル酸水溶液の濃度は特 に限定するものではないが、 20〜70重量%であることが好ましい。
水溶液としては、(A)成分をゲルイ匕させる化合物の水溶液を使用することが、光硬 化後の高温高湿環境下での保持力に特に優れたものとなる点で、より好ましい。

ここで、接着性を発現させるものとしては水が好ましい。この接着シートは、硬化膜 表面に水が存在するか又は内部に水が吸収されると、表面に微弱なヌメリを生じるか 、或いは弱い粘着性を示すようになり、各種基材への貼り付けや剥離が可能となる。 基材に貼り付けた後に乾燥して水が放出されると、硬くなつて、せん断強度や保持力 に優れた良好な接着性能を発現する。

ルム(図示せず)を貼り付けて製品としても良い。保護フィルムとしては、ポリエチレン 及びポリプロピレン等のポリオレフイン、並びにポリエチレンテレフタレート等を基材と し、弱粘着剤が表面に塗布されたもの等を挙げることができる。この接着シートを被着 体に貼り付ける際は、被着体及び Z又は硬化層 20を水又はアルコール等の有機溶 剤で濡らして使用する。この場合の液体としては、水が好ましい。この場合の硬化層 2 0を水で濡らす方法としては、前記と同様の方法が挙げられる。この場合、硬化層 20 を水で濡らしても、被着体を水に濡らしても良い。 本発明の接着シートの別の形態は、硬化層 20を水で濡らして(図 3: 3— 3c)得られ る接着シート D (図 3 : 3— 4c、以下、水乾燥型接着シートという。)がある。この水乾

燥型接着シートを保存する必要がある場合には、水を吸収した硬化層 30に、離型材 3をラミネートして接着シート Dすることが好ま 、(図 3: 3— 5c)。

この場合において、粘接着層 2を水で濡らす方法としては、前記と同様の方法が挙 げられる。

本発明の接着シートは、基材 (基材シート)又は被着体のいずれか一方が、吸水性 基材の場合に好ましく適用できる。使用方法としては、離型材を剥離した後、被着体 に貼り付け、水分を乾燥させることで接着させることができる。接着シートが離型材に 挟まれた形態の場合、 2枚の離型材を剥離して任意の 2つの材料を貼り合せ、水分 を乾燥させて接着させることができる。乾燥条件としては、室温で数日間放置しても 良ぐ室温以上で乾燥させても良い。乾燥の温度と時間は、適宜調整することができ る。

本発明の組成物によれば、貼り付け易ぐ光照射後は優れたせん断強度と接着保 持力を有する光硬化型粘接着シートを製造することができる。又、本発明の組成物に よれば、貼り付け易ぐ貼り付け乾燥後は優れたせん断強度と接着保持力を有する 接着シートを製造することができる。尚、いずれの接着シートも、無色透明性に優れ た外観を有している。
以上の特長から、本発明の光硬化型粘接着シート及び接着シートは、壁紙、積層 合板、防犯ガラス等の建築材料の製造、自動車等の UVカットフィルター付き窓ガラ スの製造、自動車運搬時に使用される保護フィルム等の各種保護フィルムの製造、 飲料用の瓶、缶、ボトル等へのラベルの接着、ショーウインドー等への展示物等の接 着、プロジェクシヨンテレビ等のディスプレイ用部材の接着、電気回路に使用される積 層板の接着等、様々な材料や部材を接着するのに好適に使用することができる。 実施例

〇組成物の調製
表 1〜表 3に示す成分を常法に従い撹拌 '混合して光硬化型粘接着剤用組成物を 調製した。
配合の手順としては、まずポリビュルピロリドンを有機溶剤に溶解させた後、その他 の成分を加えて撹拌 ·混合した。尚、表中の配合組成の数値は、重量部数を表す。 得られた組成物を使用して、後記する方法に従い光硬化型粘接着シートを製造し 、粘接着塗膜の評価を行った。さらに接着性の評価を行った。

〇光硬化型粘接着シートの製造
易接着 PETフィルム (東洋紡績 (株)製、コスモシャイン A4300、膜厚 125 m、以 下単に易接着 PETという)に、得られた組成物を、溶剤乾燥後の膜厚が約 15 mと なるようにアプリケーターで塗工した後、 70°Cで 3分間乾燥させて粘接着塗膜 (粘接 着層)を有する光硬化型粘接着シート得た。次いで、この粘接着塗膜の表面に、離 型フィルム(シリコン処理 PETフィルム)をラミネートした。
得られた光硬化型粘接着シートに対し、以下の方法に従い、貼り付け固定性、離型 フィルム汚れ及び対ガラス剥離性の評価を行った。それらの結果を、表 4に示す。

得られた光硬化型粘接着シートを、使用直前に離型フィルムカゝら剥離してガラスに 貼り付けた。
この際、滑ることなく固定されたものを〇とした。
逆に、液状であったり、又は液体が表面にブリードアウトしたりして、滑って固定する ことができな力つたものを Xと評価した。

離型フィルムを剥離した際に、離型フィルム側に液体が付着する等の汚れが無かつ たものを〇、このような汚れがあったものを Xとして評価した。

離型フィルムを剥離した光硬化型粘接着シートをガラスに一旦貼り付け、それを剥 離した際、粘着塗膜が破れることなくガラス力もきれいに剥離できたものを〇、一部破 れてガラスに残ったものを Xと評価した。
[0080] 〇積層体の製造 (易接着 PETとガラスの接着性評価)
得られた光硬化型粘接着シートを lcm X 4cmの短冊状に切り取り、離型フィルム( 離型材)を剥離し、この粘接着塗膜面を、接着部分が lcm X lcmになるように、スラ イドグラスに貼り付けた。
その後、アイグラフィックス社製の平行光コールドミラー付き 60WZcm高圧水銀ラ ンプ(ランプ高さ 30cm、フュージョン(株)製の照度計「UV POWER ?11じ1^」の1; V— A領域の照度 lOOmWZcm2)により、ガラス側より 30秒間紫外線照射(照射ェ ネルギ一は 3, OOOiuJ/cm2)して硬化させることで接着させ、積層体を製造した。 得られた積層体に対し、以下の方法に従い、せん断接着力、並びに耐熱及び耐湿 熱環境下での接着保持力の評価を行った。それらの結果を、表 4に示す。
[0081] 參せん断接着力 得られた積層体のせん断接着力を、インストロン (株)製のインストロン 5560を使用 し、引張速度 lOmmZ分で測定した。
[0082] 參耐熱及び耐湿熱環境下での接着保持力
得られた積層体に錘を吊り下げて保持させるために、積層体の両端に 2. 5cm幅の 易接着 PETを接着剤で貼り付け、この易接着 PETに穴を開けた。次いで、フックによ り、恒温恒湿槽中にセットした落下時間測定装置に吊り下げた。その後、耐熱試験の 場合は 85°C、耐湿熱試験の場合は 60°C90%R. H.とし、この環境で 30分間保持 した後、 1kgの錘を吊り下げ、落下時間を測定した。

易接着 PETを lcm X 4cmの短冊状に切り出し、積水化学工業 (株)製の一般用両 面テープ (アクリル系粘着剤、品番 W621P03)により、接着部分が lcm X lcmにな るように剥離フィルムを貼り付け、実施例 1と同様の方法で粘着塗膜としての評価 (貼 り付け固定性、離型フィルム汚れ及び対ガラス剥離性)を行った。
又、同様にして易接着 PETに上記両面テープを貼り付けたものをスライドグラスに 貼り付け、実施例 1と同様の方法で接着性の評価を行った。
得られた結果を、表 4に示す。

次いで、水溶液である実施例 16の組成物を、得られた光硬化型粘接着シートの一 端に垂らし、これを端から伸ばすようにして上からローラーで圧力をかけながら離型フ イルムをラミネートした(図 3の 3— lb及び 3— 2aを同時に実施することに相当する。 )
、 、で、アイグラフィックス社製の平行光コールドミラー付き 60WZcm高圧水銀ラ ンプ(ランプ高さ 30cm)により、離型フィルム(約 40 μ m厚のシリコン処理 PET)越し に紫外線を 1分間照射して硬化させ、接着シートを得た。この接着シートは、水を含 んでいるため、粘着性のある塗膜状態であった。
得られた接着シートについて、実施例 1と同様の方法に従い、粘着塗膜としての評 価 (貼り付け固定性、離型フィルム汚れ及び対ガラス剥離性)を行った。
[0094] 〇積層体の製造
得られた接着シートから離型フィルムを剥離し、スライドグラスへの貼り付けを行った 後、 60°Cで 15時間乾燥して、積層体を製造した。得られた積層体について、実施例 1と同様の方法で接着性の評価を行つた。
得られた結果を、表 4に示す。
[0095] <実施例 18 > 実施例 17の接着シートの製造工程において、離型フィルムをラミネートする際に界 面に介在させる水溶液を、実施例 16の組成物からポリアクリル酸水溶液 (重量平均 分子量 6, 000、固形分 40重量%)に変更した以外は、実施例 17と同様の方法で接 着シートを製造し、実施例 17と同様の方法で評価した。

この光硬化型粘接着シートを、ウォーターバスで沸騰させた水力 の湯気に 1分間 曝した後(図 3の 3— lbに相当)、離型フィルムをラミネートした(図 3の 3— 2aに相当 する。)。
その後、実施例 17と同様の方法で接着シートを製造し、実施例 17と同様の方法で 評価した。
得られた接着シートを使用して実施例 17と同様の方法で積層体を製造し、実施例 1と同様の方法で評価した。

〇光硬化型粘接着シートの製造
実施例 3の組成物を、溶剤乾燥後の膜厚が約 15 mとなるようにアプリケーターで OPP (延伸ポリプロピレン)フィルムの表面未処理面に塗工した後、 70°Cで 3分間乾 燥させ、表面に離型フィルム(シリコン処理 PETフィルム)をラミネートして光硬化型粘 接着シートを得た。
〇積層体の製造
この光硬化型粘接着シートを lcm四方に切り取り、離型フィルムを剥離してスライド グラスに貼り付けた後 OPPフィルムを剥離し、この面に別のスライドグラスを貼り付け た。 23°C65%R. H.の環境下で 1晚放置した後、アイグラフィックス社製の平行光コ 一ルドミラ一付き 60WZcm高圧水銀ランプ (ランプ高さ 30cm)で紫外線を 30秒間 照射して硬化させ接着し、積層体を製造した。
この積層体のせん断接着力を、インストロン 5560により引張速度 lOmmZ分で測 定したところ、 930NZcm2 (95kgf/cm2)であった。

実施例 1〜19の結果から、本発明の組成物から得られた光硬化型粘接着シート又 は接着シートは、貼り付け性に優れ、光硬化又は水を乾燥させ得られた積層体は、 せん断接着力、耐熱保持力、耐湿熱保持力に優れた接着性を示すものであった。 これに対して、(B)成分を含まない組成物 (比較例 1)や、本願発明の (A)成分とは 異なる K値が 20に満たな 、ポリビニルピロリドンを使用した組成物(比較例 2)力も得 られた光硬化型粘接着シート又は接着シートは、粘接着塗膜の各種性能が不十分 なうえ、接着性評価の耐湿熱保持力も不十分なものであった。又、市販の粘着剤 (比 較例 3〜4)は、粘着塗膜の性能には優れるものの、接着性評価の全ての接着力が 不十分なものであった。又、光力チオン重合性粘接着剤組成物(比較例 5〜6)は、 粘接着塗膜の対ガラス剥離性が不十分なうえ、接着性評価の全ての接着力が不十 分なものであった。
又、実施例 5〜実施例 7の結果から、(B)成分として水酸基含有多官能 (メタ)アタリ レートを含む組成物(実施例 5、 6)が、耐湿熱保持力に優れる点で好ましぐさらに、 水酸基含有単官能 (メタ)アタリレートを含む組成物(実施例 6)がより好ましいもので めつに。
さらに、実施例 8及び実施例 9から、(A)成分の K値が大きい組成物(実施例 8)ほ ど、粘接着塗膜が破れ難ぐ接着後の耐湿熱保持力にも優れていた。
実施例 17〜実施例 19は、乾燥後の塗膜に水を含ませて光硬化させ製造した接着 シートであり、これらも粘接着剤として優れた性能を有していた。
これらの実施例のうち、 (A)成分をゲルイ匕させるポリアクリル酸水溶液を含ませた実 施例 18が、耐湿熱保持力に特に優れていた。又、水蒸気 (湯気)から水を吸収させ た実施例 19では、工程上簡便であり、又水のはみ出しによる作業場の汚れも発生し ないという長所があった。
最後に、実施例で得られた積層体及び接着シートは、いずれも、無色透明性に優 れた外観を有していた。
[0100] <実施例 21〜33、比較例 7>
〇組成物の調製
表 5及び表 6に示す成分を使用し、前記実施例と同様の方法で組成物を調製した。 得られた組成物を使用して、後記する方法に従い接着シートを製造し、ガラス板へ の水による貼り付け性及び屋外暴露耐久性と除去性の評価を行った。
[0101] 〇接着シートの製造 50 μ m厚の易接着処理 PETフィルム(東洋紡 (株)製、コスモシャイン A4300)に、 得られた組成物を、乾燥後の膜厚が約 15 mになるようアプリケータで塗工し、 70 °Cの乾燥機に 5分間入れて乾燥させた後、室温に冷却した。
その後、 80WZcm高圧水銀ランプ (平行光コールドミラー付き)、ランプ高さ 30cm 、コンベア速度 3mZ分、 3パスの条件で紫外線照射して硬化させ、接着シートを作 成した。
尚、上記の接着シートは、室温では粘着性を有さないものであった。

[0104] 參ガラス板への水による貼り付け性の評価
実施例 21〜33及び比較例 7の接着シートを 5cm X 10cmに切り出し試験体とした 。ガラス板に霧吹きで水を掛けた後、これに試験体を貼り付けた(図 3の 3— 4cに相 当する。)。
このときの貼り付け性について、以下の方法に従い、接着面接触時の剥離性及び 接着スライド性の評価を行った。それらの結果を表7に示す。
その後、内部の余分な水を、フィルム上面をティッシュペーパーで擦りながら、フィ ルムの端部より追い出した。次いで、室内に 2週間放置して乾燥させ、接着を完了さ せた。
[0105] ·接着面接触時の剥離性
接着シートの接着面同士が触れても、接着面に外観変化を全く与えることなく軽く 剥離可能なものを〇、接着面同士が貼りついて剥離時に外観変化を生じるものを X と評価した。
'接着スライド性
ガラスと接着面の間に水が存在する状態で、スライドさせながら貼り付け位置を微 調整できるものを〇、できないものを Xとした。
[0106] 參屋外暴露耐久性と除去性の評価
下記のように評価して結果を表 7に示す。
[0107] ·外観透明性
上述した接着物を、 2ヶ月間、名古屋巿内の建物の屋上に、フィルム側を上面とし て 45度の角度に保ちながら屋外暴露した。尚、試験初期の 2週間のうち 9日間は降 雨があった。その後は、降雨のあった日は合計で 7日間であった。この屋外暴露試験 において、降雨時も透明性を維持していたものを〇、白化したものを Xと評価した。 ,接着耐久性
屋外暴露 2ヶ月後の端部の剥離が最大 lcm以内であり、剥離部分の面積が全体の 5%以下であったものを〇、 5〜10%剥離したものを△、 10%以上剥離したものを X と評価した。
•水浸漬による除去性の評価
屋外暴露 2力月後の接着物を一晩水に浸潰し、殆ど力を要することなく簡単に剥離 し、剥離後の被着体力 Sきれいであったものを〇、多少力を必要としたが剥離後の被 着体がきれ!/ヽであったものを〇△、剥離可能であつたが被着体が汚れて ヽたものを △、剥離不能であったものを Xと評価した。
[0108] 參接着力の評価 下記のように評価して結果を表 7に記載した。
実施例 21〜33及び比較例 7の接着シートを 1インチ幅の短冊状に切り出し、上述 したように水を使用してガラスに貼り付け、室内で 2週間乾燥させた。その後、 180° 剥離試験を実施した。
このとき、接着力が強すぎて PETが端から材料破壊し、剥離不能であったものを〇 a、一応剥離可能で最大 ION以上の接着力が得られたものの途中で PETが破れた ものを〇b、材料破壊することなく剥離したが剥離強度が 5N以上であったものを〇c 、剥離強度が 1〜5Nであったものを△、剥離強度が 0. 2〜1Nであったものを X、剥 離強度が 0. 2未満であったものを X Xと評価した。

[0110] 表 7に示すように、本発明の接着シートは、貼り付ける際に接着面同士が触れた場 合、接着面を汚すことなく剥離させることが可能であり、又貼り付けた状態でスライドさ せて位置合わせすることも可能である。又、水が乾燥した後の接着力は非常に強力 であり、梅雨時力 屋外に 2ヶ月間暴露しても殆ど剥離を生じない耐久性を有してい る。しかし、水に一晚浸漬すると、容易に剥離することが可能であり、その上被着体に 接着層が全く残らな 、と 、う特長も有して 、る。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明の組成物は、光硬化型粘接着シート及び接着シートの製造に使用すること ができる。又、本発明の光硬化型粘接着シートは、積層体及び接着シートの製造に 使用することができる。さらに、本発明の接着シートは、積層体の製造に使用すること ができる。
本発明の光硬化型粘接着シート及び接着シートは、より具体的には、前記した種々 の用途に使用することができる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] (A)ビュルピロリドンを必須構成単量体単位とし、 K値が 20以上である重合体、
(B) (メタ)アタリロイル基及び親水性基を有する化合物、並びに、
(C)光ラジカル重合開始剤を含有し、
(A)成分及び (B)成分の重量比( (A) / (B) )が 90ZlO〜25Z75であることを特 徴とする
粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[2] (Α)成分が、ビュルピロリドンの単独重合体又はビュルピロリドンと酢酸ビュルの共 重合体である請求項 1に記載の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[3] (Β)成分における親水性基が、水酸基及び Ζ又はカルボキシル基である請求項 1 又は請求項 2に記載の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[4] (Β)成分が、水酸基を有する (メタ)アタリレートを含む請求項 3に記載の粘接着剤 用光硬化型組成物。
[5] (Β)成分が、グリセリンモノ (メタ)アタリレート又はポリアルキレングリコールモノ (メタ
)アタリレートを含む請求項 4に記載の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[6] (Β)成分が 1分子中に 2個以上の (メタ)アタリロイル基及び 1個以上の水酸基を有 する化合物を含み、その含有量が (Α)成分及び (Β)成分の総重量 100重量部に対 して、 1重量部以上 50重量部以下である請求項 4に記載の粘接着剤用光硬化型組 成物。
[7] 前記 1分子中に 2個以上の (メタ)アタリロイル基と 1個以上の水酸基を有する化合 物力 ジグリシジルエーテルの(メタ)アクリル酸 2モル付加物である請求項 6に記載の 粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[8] (Β)成分が、カルボキシル基を有する (メタ)アタリレートを含む請求項 3に記載の粘 接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[9] (Β)成分が、(メタ)アクリル酸多量体、(メタ)アクリル酸の力プロラタトン開環物及び ヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレートの酸無水物付加物よりなる群力 選ばれる少なく とも 1つを含む請求項 8に記載の粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[10] さらに有機溶剤及び Ζ又は水を含む請求項 1〜請求項 9のいずれか 1つに記載の 粘接着剤用光硬化型組成物。
[11] 請求項 1〜: LOのいずれか 1つに記載の組成物を基材に塗布し、必要に応じて乾燥 させて粘接着層を形成させてなることを特徴とする光硬化型粘接着シート。
[12] 基材及び Z又は被着体を透明性材料とし、請求項 11記載の光硬化型粘接着シー トと被着体を貼り合せ、透明性材料側力ゝら光を照射して硬化させて得られることを特 徴とする積層体。
[13] 光硬化型粘接着シートと被着体を貼り合せる際に、光硬化型粘接着シート及び Z 又は被着体を水で濡らす請求項 12記載の積層体。
[14] 請求項 11記載の光硬化型粘接着シートと離型材から製造されるシートであって、 粘接着層を水で濡らした後、離型材と密着させ光照射して硬化膜を形成してなる接 着シート。
[15] 請求項 11記載の光硬化型粘接着シートの粘接着層に光照射して硬化膜を形成し てなることを特徴とする接着シート。
[16] 請求項 11記載の光硬化型粘接着シートの粘接着層に光照射して硬化膜を形成し た後、該硬化膜層を水で濡らしてなることを特徴とする接着シート。
