技术领域 本发明涉及一种餐饮设备, 特别是一种锅具清洗机。 背景技术 餐饮业向社会提供各种餐饮服务, 是劳动密集性行业。 随着社会的 进步和人们生活条件的改善, 人们越来越多地选择在餐馆就餐, 餐饮业得 到了很大的发展。 为了提高^:服务的效率, 减轻厨师及相关服务人员的 劳动强度, 餐饮业中越来越多地出现了机械化加工和清洗设备, 例如各种 快餐设备、 烤炉、 洗碗机、 咖啡机、 榨汁机等。 最常用的餐具清洗设备是洗碗机, 其通过旋转搁架上的碗、 碟等, 同时提供喷射水流以达到清洗这些餐具的目的。 而对于各种锅具, 特別是 中式餐饮中最常用的炒餐锅来说,厨师每次更换炒菜种类都需要清洗锅具 内的残留物, 以免影响下道炒菜的品质, 如色、 香、 味等。 由于在进行烹、 煮、 炖、 炒、 煎等各种食物加工中都要经过加热过程, 因而锅具内的残留 物会较难清除, 不能象碗、 碟等餐具那样仅仅通过冲洗就能清除干净。 以 前厨师在繁忙时只能用手工清洗, 劳动强度大, 且可能达不到卫生标准。 意大利曾经出现了一种清洗锅具的洗锅机, 采用类似于洗碗机的原 理, 通过喷射水流的方式来清洗锅具, 同时锅具随搁架旋转。 由于前面提 到的原因, 这种洗锅机在多数情况下都不能有效地清除锅具内的残留物, 因而这种洗锅机只适用某些种类的简单餐饮加工锅具。 为了减轻厨师的劳动强度, 提高饭店食物加工效率, 缩短客人等候 时间,业界迫切需要一种能够有效清洗锅具、特别是炒餐锅的锅具清洗机。 发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术存在的不足, 提供一种 能够有效清洗锅具的锅具清洗机。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 包括: 清洗系统, 向所述锅具内提供清洗液流; 图 28和 29所示分别为图 16中所示的支架的仰视图和主 图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图描述本发明的具体实施方式。 图 1和图 2分别示出了根据本发明的锅具清洗机的主视和俯视结构 示意图。 参见图 1和图 2, 该锅具清洗机包括机身 1 , 机身 1包括机架 12 和外壳 11和顶盖 13。 图 3示出了图 1和图 2中的 4 具清洗机的主 L局部剖面结构示意图。 参见图 3 , 该锅具清洗机还包括清洗系统 2、 扫刷系统 4和驱动系统 3。 清洗系统 2用于向锅具 (未示出) 内提供清洗液流, 例如水、 含有 清洗剂的清洗液等, 对锅具内部的残留物浸润、 去除油迹和 /或冲刷。 扫 刷系统 4上则设置扫刷 47, 通过使扫刷 47与锅 -内部表面接触, 对锅具 的内部表面进行扫刷, 以保证将锅具内的残留物与锅具表面分离。 而驱动 系统 3则连接到扫刷系统 4, 用来驱动扫刷系统, 使扫刷 47与锅具内部 表面相^"运动, 实3见扫刷。 该锅具清洗机还包括清洗槽 51 ,设置在机壳 11内, 并布置在扫刷系 统 4的下方, 用于收集清洗废液。 清洗槽 51的底部中心部位具有通孔, 其中以液体密封方式沿纵向固定穿设一个立管 54 , 用作支撑结构。 该立 管 54可以是通过焊接方式与清洗槽连接。 另外, 该锅具清洗机中还设有电路, 电路中具有控制器, 用来对锅 具清洗机及其各个工作部件进行控制。 虽然只要提供有清洗液体, 并通过清洗件对锅具内部进 4亍扫刷就可 以实现本发明的目的 , 但为了取得更好的效果, 在本实施例中, 锅具清洗 机的清洗系统 2提供的清洗液流为喷射液流, 可以对锅具内部进行冲洗。 特别是, 本发明的锅具清洗机在使用时, 锅具底部朝上倒置在扫刷系统 4 上, 并由扫刷系统 4的清洗件, 例如扫刷 47支撑。 这样, 不再需要人工 倒掉锅具内的清洗废液, 并可使锅具底部不被液体浸湿, 因而不但进一步 减轻了操作人员 (厨师)的劳动强度, 而且能够进一步提高锅具的清洁程 度。 如图 3所示, 清洗系统 2包括第一供水部 251和第二供水部 252 , 分别连接到切换阀 25 ,并通过切换阀 25经连接软管 22连通到进水管 21。 其中, 第一供水部 251供应水, 例如可以接到自来水系统上, 以直接提 4共 具有一定压力的喷射水流。 第二供水部 252供应含有清洗剂的清洗液, 该 清洗液可以是在自来水中添加洗涤剂而制备的。 当然, 第一供水部 251和 第二供水部 252都可以通过与泵 (参见图 15 ) 连接, 从而提供具有一定 压力的喷射液流, 也可以仅有第二供水部 252与泵连接。 切换阀 24可以 是电磁阀, 其可以具有不同的工作状态, 分别使第一供水部 251或第二供 水部 252与连接软管 22连通。 进水管 21穿过清洗槽 51中间的立管 54向上延伸进入清洗槽的内部 空间。 进水管 21的上端安装有喷头 23 , 用于将液流均匀地分散喷 十到锅 具的内表面上。 喷头 23包括罩壳部 231和底座部 232和 13 , 罩壳部 231 上具有多个小孔, 用于喷出液流, 底座部 232 用于将喷头安装到进水管 21的顶部。 驱动系统 3包括电动机 31、 连接机构和驱动轴 33。 电动机 31布置在所述清洗槽的下方, 并具有输出轴 311。 连接机构用于将所述电动机的输出轴 311 与所述驱动轴 33 连接起 来。 该连接机构可以是任何可以实现动力传递的机构连接机构, 如链传动 机构、 带传动机构或齿轮传动机构等。 在本实施例中, 该连接机构为齿轮 传动机构, 包括分别安装在电动机 31的输出轴 311与驱动轴 33的下端的 锥齿轮 32和 34, 通过锥齿轮 32和 34之间的啮合, 将电动机 31的动力 传递到驱动轴 33。 优选地, 电动机 31为变速电路机。 驱动轴 33沿立管 54的中心轴线穿过该立管 54中的通孔向上延伸, 进入清洗槽 51的内部,并通过位于立管 54两端的轴承可旋转地安装在立 管 54中。 驱动轴的上端通过连接件 35与扫刷系统 4连接。 驱动轴 33中具有贯穿的通孔, 清洗系统 2的进水管 21穿过驱动轴 33上的该通 而延伸到清洗槽 33中。 为了防止在锅具清洗过程中飞溅的液流从驱动轴 33 的顶端通过通 孑 流出, 可以在马区动轴 33的顶端设置一个防水件。 在本实;^例中, 喷头 23 的底座部的周缘形成有向下延伸的环形裙部, 该裙部的下端低于驱动 轴 33的上端, 防止液体从驱动轴 33的上端经其通孔流出。 图 4和图 5分别示出了连接件 35的主视图和俯视图。 连接件 35呈 伞状, 固定安装在驱动轴 33的上端, 并罩在立管 54的上方, 可以防止飞 溅的液流进入立管 54的上端。 连接件 35周边具有多个枢接部 352 , 每个 枢接部 352上形成枢孔, 用于通过销轴与扫刷系统 4连接, 并且枢接部 352的中部具有沿径向向外的凹部 353。 扫刷系统 4包括多个扫刷組件,每个扫刷组件都通过连接件 35连接 到驱动系统 3的驱动轴 33的上端。 其中, 每个扫刷組件都包括支架 41、 支撑套 42、 支撑轴 43、 滚轮 44、 弧形垫圈 46、 弹簧 45、 和扫刷 47。 图 6到图 8分别示出了支架 41 的主视图、 俯视图和右视图。 支架 41可枢转地连接到连接件 35上, 从而可在沿驱动轴 33的纵向平面内上 下摆动。 该支架 41 由顶壁 415、 两个相对的侧壁 412 以及一个端壁 11 围成。 顶壁 415上具有相 ^"马区动轴 33的中心轴线沿径向延伸并向内敞开 的调节槽 415a, 用于安装支撑套 42。 端壁 411位于支架 41的相对中心轴 线的外侧, 其上设有孔 411a, 用于安装调节螺钉 413 , 该调节螺钉 413抵 顶在支撑套 42的侧壁上, 以调节支撑套 42相对中心轴线沿径向的位置。 通过调节各扫刷组件的支撑套 42的该位置,可以调节扫刷 47的扫刷范围。 支架 41的顶壁 415沿径向向内延伸形成枢接部 414, 用于与连接架 35的 枢接部 352连接, 并且枢接部 414的两侧边 416用于与连接件 35的凹部 353配合定位, 并且该两侧边 416之间的宽度小于顶壁 415的宽度。 该支 架 41可以由金属板通过折弯制成, 侧壁 412用来加强支架 41的强度。 参见图 9, 所示为支撑套 42的结构示意图。 该支撑套 42的外表面 上具有凹槽 421, 用于嵌入支架 41的调节槽 415a两侧的边缘, 从而将该 支撑套 42安装在支架 41上。 凹槽 421可以是平行对置的两条直槽, 也可 以是一个环绕支撑套 42外表面的环形槽。支撑套 42的内表面的上下两端 分别具有安装轴承的止口 422, 并且在下端止口 422的内表面上还具有环 形槽, 以安装定位挡环 423。 图 10到图 12分别示出了支撑轴 43的右见图、 主视图和俯视图。 该 支撑轴 43通过轴承可旋转地安装在支撑套 42内, 进而通过支撑套 42安 装到支架 41上, 并贯穿支架 41。 支撑轴 43的下端为枢转部 431 , 上部为 导向部 432。 导向部 432为矩形截面。 在本实施例中, 导向部是通过 4歡压 工艺 ^圆柱形棒料进行锻打或压延而制成的, 因而矩形截面的两端为弧 形。当然该导向部的长形截面可以加工成不具有两端弧形结构。可选择地, 导向部的截面也可以是其它任何适于实现周向定位的形状。 从图 11 中还 可以看到, 支撑轴 43 的顶部具有孔 433, 用于安装开口销等以防止安装 在支撑轴 43的导向部 432上的扫刷 47从上端滑动离开支撑轴 43。 滚轮 44固定安装在支撑轴 43的下端,在支架 41向下摆动时可以接 触立管 54上的接合部 541。 立管 54上的该接合部 541可以通过摩擦或啮 合的方式, 使得当驱动轴 33相对立管 54转动时, 扫刷系统的滚轮 44可 以沿接合部 541滚动, 从而带动支撑轴 43旋转, 使扫刷 47相对锅具内部 表面旋转运动, 充分扫刷其上的残留物。 在本实施例中, ^^部 541为纵 向齿紋, 优选地, 滚轮 44的表面上也可以设置相应的齿紋, 以与接合部 摩擦和 /或啮合, 保证滚轮沿接合部 541滚动。 滚轮 44还可以由弹性体制 成, 从而进一步增加与接合部 541的接合效果。 或者, 滚轮 44也可以是 齿轮, 与固定套设在立管 54上的另一齿轮啮合。 优选地, 本发明中的滚 轮 44还具有凸圆弧形的纵向截面轮廓, 从而确保在各种情况下, 例如在 通过调节螺 4丁 413对支撑套 42的位置进行调整、使扫刷 47相对中心轴线 径向移动后, 滚轮 44仍能可靠地与立管 54上的接合部 541接合。 图 13和 14分别示出了扫刷 47的主 ¾L图和仰 图。 扫刷 47安装到 支撑轴 43的上端, 包括刷座 471和刷毛 472。 刷座 471上具有与支撑轴 43的导向部 432相配合的导向孔 473,使扫刷 47可以沿支撑轴 43的导向 部 432可上下滑动, 并可以随支撑轴 43同步转动。 优选地, 刷座 471 由 可变形的挠性材料, 如橡胶制成, 以使刷毛更好地适应锅具内表面的轮廓 曲线。. 支撑轴 43上还套设有弹簧 45, 并且在弹簧 45的两端还具有弧形垫 圈 46, 从而, 通过弹簧 45弹性地支撑扫刷 47, 使得扫刷 47具有对各种 锅具的适应' 1·生, 并且在扫刷时能确保扫刷 47的刷毛 472与锅具的内部表 面之间具有一定的接触压力。 锅具清洗时产生的废液由清洗槽 51收集。 如图 2和图 3所示, 清洗 槽 51还具有卸流孔 511, 其下连接排放管 53, 将清洗废液排到锅具清洗 机外部。 为了防止清洗掉的残留物堵塞排放管 53及其后的排污管道, 卸 流孔 511中还可设置一个过滤件 52, 该过滤件 52通过其周边的凸缘、搁置 在卸流孔 511的边缘上, 并可直接取下。 所述清洗槽 51、 过滤件 52、 排 放管 53共同构成一个排放系统 5。 再参见图 3 , 清洗槽 51 由机身 1支撑, 并安装在外壳 11 内, 顶盖 13铰接在机身 1上, 并且在工作状态下可以盖在清洗槽上。 优选地, 顶 盖 13上可以设置一施压装置 (未示出), 在顶盖 13盖合状态下对锅具底 部施压, 增加锅具内部表面与扫刷 47的刷毛 472之间的接触压力, 提高 刷洗效果。 在该实施例中, 机身 1的上部周缘上还设有定位槽 115, 当清 洗带有 4巴手 (柄部) 的锅具时, 可以将锅具的柄部放置在定位槽 115内, 防止由于锅具柄部太长而无法将锅具放入清洗槽中的危险, 同时还避免了 锅具随扫刷旋转的可能性。 定位槽 113的形状、 位置和数量可以随不同的 锅具而具有相应的不同设计。 图 16 所示为根据本发明的锅具清洗机的扫刷系统的另一种实施方 式的结构示意图。 为简洁起见, 其中某些与扫刷系统无关的部件未示出。 图 17-29所示分别为该图 16 中所示的扫刷系统的部件的结构示意图。 与 前述实 例不同的是, 本实施例中的扫刷系统提供了一种浮动式扫刷单 元, 其中的扫刷具有多个首尾相互连接的扫刷部, 各个扫刷部之间活动连 接, 从而可以更好地适应锅具内表面轮廓, 以获得更好的锅具清洗效果。 参见图 16 , 该扫刷系统包括两个可以自转的第一扫刷组件 (图中左 侧的扫刷组件),和四个不可自转的第二扫刷组件(图中右侧的扫刷组件)。
I I 各扫刷组件均通过连接件 36连接到设置在立管 54内的驱动轴 33的上端。 结合参见图 17和 18 ,所示分别为连接件 36的主视剖视图和俯视图。 该连接件 36大致呈盘状, 其中间具有安装孔, 固定安装到驱动轴 33的上 端, 其外缘分别: 相对中心轴线对置的两个第一安装部 361 , 用于安装第 一扫刷组件; 以及相对中心轴线对置的四个第二安装部 362 , 用于安装第 二扫刷組件。 第一安装部上具有凹部冲压形成的凹部 3611 , 其中装设有轴7" (参 见图 16 ), 以安装第一扫刷組件的支撑轴 73。 该凹部 3611的底部具有通 孔, 以供支撑轴 73穿过。 第二安装部 362上具有两个 4区接部 3621和一个延伸支撑部 3623。 两个枢接部分别位于两侧, 向下延伸, 并且其上分别具有枢孔 3622。 延 伸支撑部 3623位于中间并沿径向向外和向下延伸,其中带有导向孔 36240 所述第二扫刷组件的支架 71可枢转地安装在该第二安装部 362上 (后面 有详细描述)。 第一扫刷组件和第二扫刷组件安装在所述安装件上后, 当所述驱动 轴 33旋转时, 连接件 36随之旋转, 带动第一和第二扫刷组件旋转, 进行 锅具清洗工作。 参见图 16 , 第一扫刷組件包括: 支撑轴 73 , 可旋转地安装在连接件 36的第一安装部 361上, 并贯穿连接件 36; 浮动式扫刷单元 77, 铰接在 支撑轴 73的上端, 可相对支撑轴 73在中心轴线 (立管 54和驱动轴 33 的公共轴线) 所在的纵向平面内摆动; 以及齿轮 75, 固定设置在支撑轴 73的下端, 与固定套设在所述立管 54上的另一齿轮 55啮合。 可选择地, 也可以将齿轮 75替换为前述实施例中的滚轮 44 , 而在立管 54的外表面 上设置带纵向齿纹的接合部 541。 浮动式扫刷单元 77包括: 扫刷单元底座 771 ; 第一和第二浮动扫刷 部 772、 773 , 位于同一平面内, 该第一和第二浮动扫刷部 772、 773之间 活动连接, 并分别铰接在所述扫刷单元底座 771上。 虽然在本实施例中浮 动式扫刷单元包括两个浮动扫刷部, 但是, 其并不限于两个, 根据需要, 也可以具有更多的浮动扫刷 ^p。 结合参见图 19-21 , 扫刷单元底座 711整体带有弧状弯曲, 其上表面 具有两个大致三角形的支座部 7711 , 支座部 7711上具有枢孔 7712, 分别 支撑和连接第一和第二浮动扫刷部 772、 773。 扫刷单元底座的底部具有 槽 7713 , 用于与支撑轴 73的上端扁平部 732配合并活动连接。 参见图 22-23 , 第一浮动扫刷部 772的下端具有铰接部 7722, 其上 具有; H孔 7723 ,该 接部 7722和 *孔 7723分别用于与扫刷单元底座 711 上的支座部 7711和枢孔 7712配合。第一浮动扫刷部 772的右端具有第一 连接部 7721 , 该第一连接部 7721中具有沿垂直方向的垂直连接槽 7721a 和沿水平方向的水平连接槽 7721b。 相应地, 第二浮动扫刷部 773的左端 具有第二连接部 7731, 所述第二连接部 7731 的两侧分别设有水平销轴 7732。 其中, 第二连接部 7731沿垂直方向与第一浮动扫刷部 772的垂直 连接槽 7721a活动连接,水平销轴 7732沿水平方向与第一浮动扫刷部 772 的水平连接槽 7721b活动连接。 在清洗不同的锅具时, 第一浮动扫刷部 772和第二浮动扫刷部 773 , 由于分别活动铰接在扫刷单元底座 771上, 因此, 它们之间的相对位置关 系会才艮据锅具内表面的轮廓而发生适应性变化, 从而实现更好的清洗效 果。 参见图 26-27, 支撑轴 73的上端具有扁平部 732 , 扁平部 732上具 y^^Ml 733 , 其与扫刷单元底座 771上的;区孔 7723—起, 通过销轴实现 浮动扫刷单元 77与支撑轴 73的活动铰接。 参见图 16, 第二扫刷组件包括: 支架 71 , —端可枢转地连接到所述 连接件 36的第二安装部 361上, 从而可在纵向平面内摆动; 以及浮动式 扫刷单元 77, 安装在支架 71的另一端, 可随支架 71—起在中心轴线所 在的纵向平面内摆动。 该浮动式扫刷单元 77与第一扫刷组件中的浮动式 扫刷单元 77相同。 结合参见图 28和 29 , 第二扫刷组件的支架 71包括位于两侧的立板 711、 连接在所述立板 711之间的中间板 713 , 以及在中间板 713前端设 有突出的铰接部 714, 铰接部 714上具有; 孔 715。 支架 71的立板 711上 具有枢孔 716 , 藉此可以在中间板 713下面枢设一滑杆 72。 立板 711与连 接件 36枢接的部件具有枢孔 712。 参见图 16 , 滑杆 72上套设有弹簧 74, 并且滑杆 72的下端穿设在连 接件 36的导向孔 3624中,弹簧 74的下端支撑在连接件 36的延伸支撑部 3623上。 连接件 36的第二安装部 362的枢接部 3621与所述第二扫刷组 件的支架 71的立板 711的内侧配合,并通过在才区孔 3622和枢孔 712中穿 设一销轴, 将第二扫刷组件与连接件 36可枢转地连接。 利用上述结构,当驱动轴旋转时,第二扫刷组件随连接件 36而旋转, 但其自身并不旋转。 弹簧 74向支架 71提供支撑, 使支架 71上的浮动扫 刷单元 77能更好地与锅具内表面轮廓接触。 这样, 利用如上所述的扫刷系统, 通过可自转的第一扫刷组件和不 可自转的第二扫刷组件相配合,加之各扫刷组件上均具有可适应锅具内表 面轮廓的浮动式扫刷单元, 因此, 可使得根据本发明的锅具清洗机具有更 好的清洗效果。 图 15示出了本实施例的锅具清洗机的一种电路原理图。 参见图 15 , 电源 61通过电源线 611 (参见图 2 ) 为锅具清洗要提供电能 (电流)。 电 流经电源开关 62、 电路保护装置 63和起动开关 64而连接到控制器 66。 电路保护装置 63可以是熔断器。 起动开关 64也可以设置在清洗槽底部, 并通过一个延伸的开关控杆来操纵该开关。 该控制器 65分别与电兹切换 阀 24、 泵 26、 指示灯 66和电动机 31连接, 控制这些功能部件的工作, 从而完成对整个锅具清洗机的工作控制。 举例来说, 该控制器 65可以是 可编程控制器、 £机等, 利用本领戈技术人员公知的控制技术来控制锅具 清洗机在不同的工作模式下工作, 或者可进一步增设检测装置, 以提供给 控制器 65不同的工作条件 , 从而可以才 4居这些工作条件对锅具清洗机的 各功能部件的工作参数进行控制,以更好地实行锅具清洗。在该实施例中, 控制器 65为电磁(定时)继电器, 用于控制所述锅具清洗机的工作时间。 当进行锅具清洗操作时, 打开顶盖 13, 将锅具底部朝上反盖在三个 扫刷 47上, 并^ ί吏锅具的柄部放置在定位槽 115中, 然后盖上顶盖 13。 锅 具内表面的压力会使扫刷 47的刷毛 472向周边弯曲而可以充分接触到锅 具的边缘部分。 打开起动开关 64, 定时继电器定时运于, 从而在定时继 电器的控制下, 泵工作, 提供压力液流, 电磁切换阀通电并切换到喷水状 态, 变速电动机 31工作, 使驱动装置 3带动扫刷系统运转, 开启指示灯, 指示工作状态。在清洗系统 2向锅具内部提^^清洗液流的同时,锅具不动, 因而连接件 35带动各扫刷组件绕驱动轴 54的中心轴线旋转,同时由于滚 轮 44在立管 54的接合部 541上滚动, 所以每个扫刷组件的支撑轴 43及 安装在其上的扫刷 47还绕支撑轴 43的自身轴线自转,使刷毛 472与锅具 内部表面充分接触和相对运动, 进行清洗过程。 定时运行完毕时, 定时继 电器控制各个相关功能部件停止工作, 清洗完成。 尽管为了描述的目的, 公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术 人员将理解本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之 内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

1. 一种锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 包括:
清洗系统, 向所述锅具内提供清洗液流;
扫刷系统, 具有清洗件, 所述清洗件与所述锅 内部表面接 触, 对所述锅具内部表面进行扫刷; 以及
驱动系统, 连接并驱动所述扫刷系统。

6. 根据权利要求 5所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述清洗槽上的 通孔中固定设置有纵向的立管, 所述驱动轴安装在所述立管中。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述清洗系统包 括第一供水部和第二供水部, 分别通过切换阀连通到进水管, 所述 第一供水部供应水, 第二供水部供应含有清洗剂的清洗液。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述第一供水部 和所述第二供水部中的至少一个与泵连接。
9. 根据权利要求 5所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述驱动系统包 括:
所述驱动轴; 电动机, 布置在所述清洗槽的下方, 具有输出轴; 连接机构, 连接所述驱动轴与所述电动机的输出轴。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述连接机构为 齿轮传动机构, 所述电动机为变速电动机, 所述电动机的输出轴与 所述驱动轴的下端分别安装有锥齿轮, 通过所述锥齿轮之间的啮合 将所述电动机的动力传递到所述驱动轴。
11. 根据权利要求 5所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述驱动轴具有 贯穿的通孔, 所述清洗系统包括进水管, 所述进水管贯穿所述驱动 轴上的通孔而延伸到清洗槽中。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述进水管的 上端安装有喷头, 将液流分散喷射。
13. #居权利要求 12 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述进水管上 端设置有防水件 , 所述防水件的周缘形成有向下延伸的环形裙部, 防止液体从所述驱动轴的上端经其通孔流出。

19. 根据权利要求 18 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述支撑套的 外表面上具有凹槽, 所述调节槽沿径向向内开口, 并且所述调节槽 两侧的边缘与所述凹槽配合。 ·
20. 根据权利要求 16 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述接合部与 所述滚轮中至少之一具有纵向齿纹。
21. 根据权利要求 16 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述滚轮由弹 性体制成。
22. 根据权利要求 16 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述滚轮具有 凸圓孤形的 人向截面轮廓。
23. 根据权利要求 16 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述支撑轴的 上部为导向部,所述扫刷包括刷座和刷毛,所述刷座上具有导向孔, 所述导向孔与所述支撑轴的导向部可上、 下滑动地配合, 并使所述 扫刷与所述支撑轴可同步转动。
24. 根据权利要求 23 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述支撑轴上 套设有弹簧, 所述扫刷由所述弹簧弹性支撑。

26. 根据权利要求 25 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于,.所述机身支撑 所述清洗槽 , 所述顶盖盖在所述清洗槽上。
27. 根据权利要求 26 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述顶盖上设 有施压装置, 在所述顶盖盖合状态下对所述锅具底部施压。
28. 根据权利要求 25 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述机身上部 周缘设有定位槽, 所述锅具的柄部放置在所述定位槽内。
29. 根据权利要求 25所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 还包括控制器, 控制所述锅具清洗机的工作。
30. 根据权利要求 29 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述控制器为 电磁继电器, 所述电磁继电器控制所述锅具清洗才儿的工作时间。
31. 根据权利要求 16 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述刷座为挠 性材料制成。
32. 根据权利要求 15 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述扫刷组件 具有浮动式扫刷单元, 所述浮动式扫刷单元包括:
扫刷单元底座;
至少两个浮动扫刷部, 位于同一平面内, 所述浮动扫刷部之 间活动连接, 并分别後接在所述扫刷单元底座上。
33. 根据权利要求 32 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述扫刷单元 底座整体带有弧状弯曲。
34. 才 据权利要求 32 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述扫刷单元 底座具有至少两个支座部, 分別支撑所述至少两个浮动扫刷部。
35. 根据权利要求 34 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 其中一个浮动 扫刷部一端具有第一连接部, 所述第一连接部中- Λ-有沿垂直方向的 垂直连接槽和沿水平方向的水平连接槽; 另一个浮动扫刷部中朝向 所述第一连接部的一端具有第二连接部, 所述第二连接部的两侧分 别伸出有水平销轴; 其中, 所述第二连接部沿垂直方向与所述垂直 连接槽活动连接, 所述水平销轴沿水平方向与所述水平连接槽活动 连接。
36. 根据权利要求 32 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述扫刷系统 包括至少一个可自转的第一扫刷组件和至少一个不可自转的第二 扫刷组件。
37. 根据权利要求 36 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述第一扫刷 组件包括:
支撑轴, 可旋转地安装在所述连接件上, 并贯穿所述连接件; 所述浮动式扫刷单元, 铰接在所述支撑 7的上端, 可相 ^"所 述支撑轴在纵向平面内摆动;
齿轮, 固定设置在所述支撑轴的下端, 与固定套设在所述立 管上的另一齿轮啮合。
38. 根据权利要求 37所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述连接件上 具有用于安装第一扫刷组件的第一安装部, 所述第一安装部上具有 凹部, 其中装设轴;^以安装所述支撑轴。
39. 根据权利要求 36 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述第二扫刷 组件包括:
支架, 一端可枢转地连接到所述连接件上, 从而可在纵向平 面内摆动;
所述浮动式扫刷单元, 安装在所述支架的另一端, 可随所述 支架一起在纵向平面内摆动。
40. 根据权利要求 39 所述的锅具清洗机, 其特征在于, 所述连接件上 具有用于安装所述第二扫刷組件的第二安装部, 所述第二安装部上 具有带^ i孔的枢接部和带导向孔的延伸支撑部; 所述第二扫刷组件 的支架上枢接有滑杆, 所述滑杆上套设有弹簧; 其中, 所述枢接部 与所述第二扫刷组件的支架枢接, 所述滑杆穿设在所述导向孔中, 所述弹簧支撑在所述延伸支撑部上。
