微处理器将每次连续加热的温度变化率和温度加速变化率进行存 储; 如图 1所示, 控制电.路接通加热电源, 当连续加热时间大于或等 于预设最长加热时间时, 则切断加热电源并发出报警讯响; 若连续加 热时间小于预设最长加热时间, 温度传感器检测加热温度, 加热温度 大于预设最高加热温度时, 则切断加热电源并发出报警讯响; 若加热 温度小于预设最高加热温度, 微处理器计算温度变化率, 并将温度变 化率与预先设定值进行比较, 当温度变化率大于预先设定值时, 则切 断加热电源并发出报警讯响; 温度变化率小于预先设定值时, 微处理 器计算温度变化率随时间变化的温度加速变化率, 温度加速变化率大 于预先设定值时, 则切断加热电源并发出报警讯响; 温度加速变化率 小于预先设定值时, 微处理器提取当前的温度变化率, 重新与预先设 定值进行比较供下一周期计算温度加速变化率使用。 可用实验的方法 获得不同容积, 不同加热功率的电热水壶的预设最长加热时间、 最高 加热温度、 温度变化率值和温度加速变化率值, 并以常数存储在微处 理器中。
