L’invention a pour objet un système de couverture de plaie comportant une partie protectrice conçue pour recouvrir la périphérie d’une plaie causée par une incision des tissus superficiels de l’organisme. Ladite protection comprend une partie adhésive à coller à la surface des tissus superficiels et conçue pour être intégrée à la partie protectrice, ainsi qu’une partie chauffante de la périphérie de la plaie à une température supérieure à celle de l’air ambiant, formée elle aussi dans la partie protectrice.
