請求項 1 2第 6行の 「二酸化チタンの吸収波長を有する光」 を、 明細書第 2 1 頁下から第 3行〜第 2行、第 2 2頁第 6行〜第 1 1行、図 1 4の記載に基づいて、 「二酸化チタンの吸収波長を有する、 3 6 0 n mにピークを示す光」に限定した。 請求項 1 2— 1 8に記載された二酸化チタン粒子において、 上記の限定された 構成を備えることは、 いずれの引用文献にも示されていない。
