Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de recherche de données d'information telles que le titre, le compositeur, les paroles, la plage, le temps de lecture et le genre d'une chanson de fichiers musicaux, et de transmission de celles-ci à des fichiers musicaux de formes d'ondes ne possédant pas les données d'informations musicales correctes dans un fichier audio et tous les fichiers audio comprimés, tels que MP3, ogg et aac, qui sont des formes comprimées des fichiers musicaux, et d'association des données d'information aux fichiers musicaux sous forme de marqueur ID3v2. La présente invention concerne, de plus, un système et un procédé permettant de filtrer des fichiers MP3 contenant des données d'information de fichiers et auxquels sont rattachés des marqueurs en fonction des données d'information de fichier selon une structure hiérarchique ou une structure de répertoire, puis d'archiver lesdits fichiers. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de créer des gènes audio à partir de la lecture de musique, et de calculer un tarif d'utilisation des données musicales à l'aide des gènes audio, empêchant ainsi toute utilisation illégale des données musicales.
