Abstract
炭素原子の3個の結合手にチオール基を含む原子団を結合配置し、他の一つにオリゴヌクレオチオド結合性基を含む原子団を結合配置した三脚型機能性界面分子を基板上に配向させて核酸を前記のオリゴヌクレオチオド結合性基に結合固定化し、効率的にハイブリダイゼーションを行うことを可能とし、遺伝子検出デバイスでは、チャネル部近傍に形成された金属電極側面に一本鎖核酸プローブを固定化し、該金属電極表面でハイブリダイゼーションを行わせて二本鎖DNAを形成し、さらに横方向伸長反応など分子生物学的工程を行い、半導体表面のキャリア密度変化に伴う電気的信号を検出する。高感度・高精度に遺伝子測定が可能で、かつ低価格システムを実現できる核酸固定化用の技術手段とこれを用いた遺伝子検出デバイスとする。
