技术领域
本发明涉及一种机柜,尤其是一种便于储运和装配的机柜及其包 装方法。
背景技术
办公自动化系统、 电信系统、 交换系统、 电力系统或控制系统通 常由多个独立设备组成, 为方便组成该系统设备的集中管理, 商家推 出了既便于系统设备集中搁置、又方便各设备操作的机柜。现有的机 柜通常为竖立矩形, 由矩形框架、 柜门和设备安装板条等部件组成。 目前这类机柜通常是在工厂制造成整机或散件发运。整机包装(见图
8) 在运输或库存的过程中体积很大, 运输及库存的费用极高。 散件 运输到安装现场后, 再装配成整机, 它可以有效节约机柜运输及仓储 的成本。但是, 现有的此类散装机柜由于包装没有较好的考虑叠放受 力, 容易在储运中造成损坏, 也不能有效减少叠放空间; 另外在安装 现场装配的零部件多,装配过程繁琐复杂,导致装配人工费用又极高。 发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述机柜不利于包装叠放及拆包后装配复 杂的之缺陷, 提供一种便于储运和装配的机柜及其包装方法。这结构 的机柜能大幅压缩机柜的包装体积, 且可实现现场的快速装配。
本发明便于储运输和装配的机柜, 包括: 框架、 柜门、 背板和螺 钉, 其特征在于: a、 框架由 2个围框组件和 4.根连接梁用 8颗螺钉连接组成; b、 围框组件由围框和预装在其上的面板、 安装梁、 设备安装板 条等部件构成;
c、 围框组件的对应侧四角均设有可与连接梁端沉孔插配的嵌入 头,围框面侧四角对应于嵌入头位置分别幵设供螺钉导入及紧固的台 阶通孔;
d、 各连接梁的两端分别设有与嵌入头相配的沉孔,. 沉孔底面设 有与围框面侧四角台阶通孔相对应的螺孔。
本发明便于储运和装配的机柜之包装方法:将围框组件以嵌入头 朝上之方式放入包装箱; 将柜门、 背板、 连接梁和螺钉等部件放在围 框组件上; 将另一围框组件以嵌入头朝下之方式盖合在围框组件, 合 拢后的两围框组件的四角嵌入头相抵,形成由两围框组成的扁形盒状 体, 最后将包装箱盖合上打包即可。
本发明便于储运和装配的机柜的设计原理是:在制造工厂预先将 横杆、立柱与框架四角的连接块组成围框, 弁将需装配在围框上的门 板、 安装梁、 设备安装板条等其他零部件预装到位成围框组件; 发运 包装时将两围框组件对叠放置,再将其他部件装入到围框四角连接块 的嵌入头构成的架空空间。到安装现场后, 利用围框四角连接块的嵌 入头将两围框组件与连接梁插配组成立体框架,并利用预制的台阶通 孔和螺孔, 用 8 颗螺钉即可将两围框组件与连接梁间的插配结构固 定, 快速组装成完整的机柜框架; 再将其他门板直接插配在框架对应 孔上即可将机柜装配完成。 本发明便于储运和装配的机柜及其包装方法与现有同规格整机 包装机柜包装件相比, 包装后的体积大幅减小。这种机柜现场装配极 其简便, 用 8颗螺钉即可将两围框组件与连接梁间的插配结构固定, 快速组装成完整的机柜框架, 能满足快速装配之要求。 由于这种包装 方法形成的机柜包装件具有极佳的抗压强度,它可确保贮藏在其内的 部件不受压损伤。它还可以实现多个机柜包装的叠放, 这种包装和叠 放形式可大大减少运输占地空间或仓贮空间。.
本发明便于储运和装配的机柜的具体结构和包装方法由以下附 图详细给出。

具体实施方式
实施例: 从图 1可以清楚地看到便于储运和装配的机柜由框架 1、 柜门 2、 背板 3、 面板 6组成; 框架 1由两个围框组件 13和四根连接梁 14 及八颗螺钉 5组成 (见图 3b);所述围框组件 13由围框 4和安装在其上的 面板 6、 设备安装板条 11、 安装梁 12等零件构成, 在出厂前面板 6、 设 备安装板条 11、 安装梁 12等零件预先装配到围框 4上 (见图 2b) 组成 围框组件 13 (见图 2c ); 围框 4由两根立柱 9和两根横杆 10, 通过四个 连接块 8连接构成(见图 2a), 围框 4的对应侧四角的连接块 8的外露端 为可与连接梁 14端沉孔插配的嵌入头 16 (见图 4 ); 围框 4面侧四角对 应于嵌入头 16位置分别开设供螺钉 5导入及紧固的台阶通孔 7 (见图 4); 所述连接梁 14为管形结构, 其两端分别设有与嵌入头 16相配的沉 孔 15, 沉孔 15底面设有与围框 4面侧四角台阶通孔 7相对应的螺孔 17。 所述嵌入头 16为多边形凸头,与其相配的连接梁 14两端之沉孔 15为多 边形孔, 这种配合有利于连接的稳固性。
组成机柜的散件包括: 两只预装有面板 6、 设备安装板条 11、 安 装梁 12等零件的围框组件 13、 柜门2、 背板 3、 四根连接梁 14和八颗螺 钉 15。 两围框组件 13嵌入头 16侧相对合叠 (见图 5a), 两围框组件 13 四角端嵌入头 16—一相抵构成架空空间 S (见图 5b)。
现场装配时,将两围框 ί3对应侧四角的嵌入头 16分别与连接梁 14 两端的沉孔 15插配组成立体框架 1, 用 8颗螺钉 5分别导入围框组件 13 四角的台阶通孔 7 (见图 3a), 即可将 2个围框组件 13与四根连接梁 14 牢固连接, 构成机柜框架 1 (见图 3b ); 柜门 2、 背板 3均为无螺钉插配 安装结构, 直接插配在框架 1对应位置上即可, 机柜装配结束 (见图 3c ) o
便于储运和装配的机柜的包装方法 (见图 6a) : 将一块围框组件 13以嵌入头 16朝上之方式放入包装箱 18 , 将柜门 2、 背板 3、 连接 梁 14和螺钉 15等部件放在围框组件 13上;将另一围框组件 13以嵌 入头 16朝下之方式盖合在包装箱 18内围框组件 13上, 合拢后的两 围框组件 13 的四角嵌入头 16—一相抵, 此时合拢后的上围框组件. 13的重力通过四角的嵌入头 16垂直传递到下围框组件 13四角的嵌 入头 16, 形成一抗压强度较高的扁形盒状体, 最后将包装箱盖 19合 上打包即可 (见图 6b)。
采用本发明包装方法的机框包装,两围框组件合成的扁形盒状体 抗压强度较高, 贮藏在其内的柜门 2、 背板 3、 连接梁 14等不会受到 挤压或碰撞, 其安全性极佳。 可实现多个机柜包装后的重叠放置(见 图 7), 多个包装叠放后的重力通过围框组件四角嵌入头垂直传递到 地面, 上下机柜包装相互间不会造成挤压。这种包装和叠放形式可大 大减少运输占地空间或仓贮空间。
采用本发明包装方法包装的机柜包装件与现有同规格整机包装 机柜包装件相比, 包装后的体积大幅减小, 而且可以叠放多层, 避免 扁平框架内部零件受到损伤。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种便于储运和装配的机柜, 包括: 框架、 柜门、 背板和螺 钉, 其特征在于:
a、 框架由 2个围框组件和 4根连接梁用 8颗螺钉连接组成; b、 围框组件由围框和预装在其上的门板、 安装梁、 设备安装板 条等部件构成;
c、 围框组件的对应侧四角均设有可与连接梁端沉孔插配的嵌入 头,围框面侧四角对应于嵌入头位置分别开设供螺钉导入及紧固的台 阶通孔;
d、 各连接梁的两端分别设有与嵌入头相配的沉孔, 沉孔底面设 有与围框面侧四角台阶通孔相对应的螺孔。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的快速装配的机柜,其特征在于:围框(4) 由两根立柱 (9) 和两裉横杆 (10), 通过 4个连接块 (8) 连接构成, 围框 ( 13 ) 的对应侧四角的连接块(8)之外露端为可与连接梁(14) 端沉孔 ( 15 ) 插配的嵌入头 (16 )。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的快速装配的机柜, 其特征在于: 嵌入头 ( 16 )为多边形凸头; 与其相配的连接梁(14)两端之沉孔(15)为 多边形孔。
4、 一种权利要求 1所述便于储运和装配的机柜的包装方法: 将 围框组件 (13 ) 以嵌入头 (16) 朝上之方式放入包装箱 (18); 将柜 门 (2)、 背板 (3)、 连接梁 (14) 和螺钉 (5) 等部件放在围框组件 (13) 上; 将另一围框组件(13) 以嵌入头(16)朝下之方式盖合在 围框组件 (13) 上, 合拢后的两围框组件 (13) 的四角嵌入头 (16) 相抵, 形成由两围框组件(13)组成的扁形盒状体, 最后将包装箱盖 (19) 合上打包即可。
