- the lamp clip 20 is made of a synthetic resin, the manufacturing becomes easy and the cost S can be reduced.
- the lamp clip 20 is white, it is less likely that the lamp clip 20 itself blocks or reflects the light emitted from the cold cathode tube 17 as compared with the case where the lamp clip is black. As a result, when the cold cathode tube 17 is turned on and the liquid crystal display device 10 is displayed, the pin 24 becomes difficult to be visually recognized by the viewer (a reduction in luminance or the like is prevented), so the display performance of the liquid crystal display device 10 Will be good.
- a plurality of recesses may be provided in one arm part.
- a force indicating that the recess 34 is formed in an arc shape along the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the arm portion 27 For example, as shown in FIG. Those formed in the above are also included in the present invention. Even in this case, the stress concentration can be alleviated by rounding the corner portion of the recess 34B.
- the arm portion 27 has a substantially uniform thickness over almost the entire length.
- a form in which the minute portion is locally thin is also included in the present invention. Even in this case, the stress concentration can be alleviated if the recess 34C is formed in an arc shape along the circumferential direction.

- the lamp holding unit 23 supports the cold cathode tube 17 at three points.
- the point contact point may be set to three points or less.
- the present invention includes a lamp holding portion in surface contact with the peripheral surface of the cold cathode tube 17 in the circumferential direction.
- the force shown when the lamp clip 20 is white may be colorless and transparent, or may be translucent and milky white.
- the lamp clip 20 can easily transmit the light emitted from the cold cathode tube 17, and the situation where the light is blocked or reflected is further less likely to occur. Accordingly, when the cold cathode tube 17 is turned on to display the liquid crystal display device 10, the pin 24 becomes difficult for the viewer to visually recognize (a reduction in luminance or the like is prevented). The display performance is further improved.
- the present invention also includes the lamp clip 20 having a color other than those described above.
- the case where the polycarbonate is used with the lamp clip 20 as the synthetic resin material is shown, but other synthetic resin materials may be used. Further, the material of the lamp tip 20 is not limited to the synthetic resin material, and other types of materials can be used.
