- Alabaster is a quality stone that is used to form many types of pieces and figures, resulting in a high cost material. It happens, however, that in the preparation of the blocks destined for the formation of the pieces or figures and in the realization of these, many remains of said material are produced that are not suitable for being worked, for which they are usually discarded.
- a system for said use of the disposable remains of the alabaster, which is developed according to characteristics of very simple execution, with very advantageous results.
- the system consists of agglomerating the alabaster remains with resin, to form a compact artificial block formed by joined pieces of alabaster, so that said block can be used in the same way for the realization of pieces and figures.
- the agglomerate thus obtained is of a quality close to that of the natural alabaster blocks, since, due to the majority proportion of pieces of this material in the composition of the agglomerate, the section of the cut offers an almost continuous aspect of alabaster .
- Said artificial agglomerate that is obtained is even of greater consistency than the natural alabaster blocks, being able to make pieces and figures of greater dimensions and more resistant, so that in these aspects the artificial agglomerate of the invention exceeds even the qualities of the natural alabaster.

- a mold-like container in which the disposable alabaster pieces of any size are introduced, making said container vibrate by any conventional means, so that the alabaster pieces fit together so that the intermediate gaps are minimized.
- the container filled with the mass formed by the alabaster pieces and the compaction resin is introduced into a vacuum system, whereby the resin of the mass of the agglomerate completely occupies all the gaps and gaps between the pieces of alabaster, thus achieving an absolutely compact mass.
- an artificial agglomerate block is thus obtained with a great consistency, of which very resistant pieces or figures can be made, with an appearance similar to that of alabaster.
