Abstract

La invención describe un mueble antirrobo para máquinas recreativas y de azar, destinado a resguardar de acciones vandálicas y de robo el cajón recoge-monedas de las citadas máquinas. El mueble antirrobo consiste en su parte inferior, en un cuerpo envolvente en forma de U cerrado frontalmente por una puerta abatible, y en su parte superior esta provisto de unos brazos abatibles, que presentan abatibilidad en ambos planos horizontal y vertical, gracias a una bisagra intercalada entre las ramas de cada brazo y a un eje de vinculación de cada brazo a la estructura de la máquina. La puerta abatible y los brazos están provistos de mecanismos de bloqueo, constituidos a partir de una leva de doble efecto accionada por un bombillo, mediante la que se transmite movimiento a dos cerrojos, siendo estos mecanismos accionables por medio de la misma llave de la puerta del cajón recoge-monedas o la puerta principal.

MUEBLE ANTIRROBO PARA MAQUINAS RECREATIVAS Y DE
AZAR
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, según se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a un mueble antirrobo de máquinas recreativas y de azar, el cual ha sido concedido y realizado para obtener numerosas y notables ventajas anti-vandalismo y antirrobo.
El mueble está previsto para salvaguardar diferentes partes de las máquinas recreativas y de azar: laterales, parte trasera, y en especial, para resguardar de acciones vandálicas el cajón recoge-monedas y la puerta frontal mediante cerraduras de bombillo con cerrojos accionados por leva de doble efecto, de manera que no se puedan realizar esfuerzos de palanca, ya sea sobre el mueble o sobre dichas máquinas. Los bombillos previstos son idénticos a los usados por las máquinas recreativas y de azar, de manera que las personas relacionadas con el uso industrial de la máquina (dueño, técnico mantenimiento, etc) con una única llave puedan abrir las cerraduras tanto del mueble antirrobo como de las máquinas.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente no se conocen otros dispositivos semej antes a la presente invención aplicados a este tipo de máquinas .
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención trata de un mueble en forma de U con una puerta frontal hasta media altura aproximadamente, destinada a resguardar el cajón de monedas recogidas en el interior de este tipo de máquinas. Además, en el mismo frontal, presenta dos brazos que abrazan el frontal superior de la máquina y que mediante una doble articulación posibilita el apartar dichos brazos del frontal, que junto con la puerta abatible antes mencionada, también abatida, dejan libre el espacio frontal para meter y sacar la máquina. Una vez se encuentra dicha máquina en el interior del mueble, se vuelven a colocar en su posición cerrada tanto los brazos superiores como la puerta inferior.
El mecanismo destinado a realizar el bloqueo de los brazos y la puerta consiste en un bombillo que mediante una leva de doble efecto consigue desplazar unos cerrojos mediante un alambre de acero, este alambre transmite el esfuerzo de palanca producido en la leva situada en el eje del bombillo a los cerrojos desplazables que bloquean la puerta y los brazos. Dichos cerrojos quedan metidos dentro de unas guias que en el caso de la puerta son unos tubos y en el caso de los brazos unas muescas realizadas en las pletinas de dichos brazos.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA FORMA DE REALIZACIÓN PREFERIDA
En las figuras 1 y 2 se puede observar como el mueble está compuesto por una chapa envolvente (1) de acero de 3mm de espesor, en forma de U, con una geometria que se adecúa a las dimensiones exteriores de este tipo de máquinas. A esta chapa envolvente se soldán dos bisagras soldables (6) que permiten la articulación de la puerta inferior (2) en la que se ensambla una cerradura con bombillo (14) de palanca con leva de doble efecto (10) para realizar el bloqueo de dicha puerta que es la que resguarda, de acciones de palanca y de robo, la puerta del cajón recoge-monedas de las máquinas recreativas y de azar. El bloqueo de la puerta se realiza (FIG.4) mediante la transmisión de un movimiento lineal, a través de un alambre de acero (11) de 2.7 mm de diámetro cuyos extremos tienen forma de gancho, producido por un giro a 90° de una leva de doble efecto (10) accionada por un bombillo (14) que se utiliza normalmente en este tipo de máquinas. Pues bien, esta leva de doble efecto (10) , al girar sobre su
HOJADE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA26) eje, desplaza los dos alambres (11) en sentido contrario cada uno, desplazando unos cerrojos (12) a través de unas guias (13) , hasta quedarse alojadas en el interior de otras guias, soldadas estas últimas a la envolvente del mueble, quedando la puerta bloqueada superior e inferiormente con un simple giro de la llave sobre el bombillo a 90°.
Además, en la parte frontal superior del mueble se han previsto 2 brazos, el superior (4) con una profundidad menor al brazo inferior (3) , lo cual es debido a las dimensiones exteriores de este tipo de máquinas. Estos dos brazos están unidos al mueble en el lateral izquierdo con un bulón (8) soldado al mueble, pero no al brazo, realizando la función de eje de articulación de cada uno de los brazos, consiguiendo de esta manera un movimiento giratorio vertical del brazo con respecto al mueble. Cada brazo tiene soldada una bisagra a la pletina izquierda del brazo y, a la pletina frontal en el caso del brazo inferior (3) , y a la varilla redonda en el caso del brazo superior (4) . Con esta bisagra se consigue un movimiento giratorio horizontal a 180° de manera que los dos brazos se puedan dejar fuera del frontal del mueble, abatidos hacia la izquierda (movimiento permitido por la bisagra) y apoyados hacia abajo (movimiento permitido por el bulón soldado al mueble que hace la función de eje de articulación para el brazo) .
Para conseguir el bloqueo de los dos brazos simultáneamente se ha previsto un mecanismo idéntico al de la puerta, pero sustituyendo las guias donde se quedan alojadas los cerrojos para bloquear la puerta, por unas muescas realizadas en las pletinas de la parte derecha de los brazos (FIG.3) .

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Mueble antirrobo para máquinas recreativas y de azar, destinada a resguardar de acciones vandálicas y de robo el cajón recoge-monedas de las máquinas recreativas y de azar, provisto de un alojamiento inferior y de brazos abatibles en la parte superior, caracterizado porque el alojamiento inferior consiste en un cuerpo envolvente (1) a modo de "U", cerrado frontalmente por una puerta abatible (2); porque los mencionados brazos abatibles (3, 4) de la parte frontal superior presentan abatibilidad en ambos planos horizontal y vertical merced a la provisión de una bisagra intercalada entre las ramas de cada brazo, y de un eje de vinculación de cada brazo a la estructura de la máquina; y porque comprende también mecanismos de bloqueo para los brazos (3, 4) y la puerta inferior (2) en la condición de cerrados, estando cada uno de estos mecanismos constituido a partir de una leva de doble efecto (10) accionada por un bombillo (14) , mediante la que se transmite movimiento a dos cerrojos (12) que están guiados por un casquillo (13) respectivo, a través de unos alambres
(11) con forma de gancho en sus extremos que desplazan a dichos cerrojos cada uno en sentido contrario respecto al otro, siendo todos estos mecanismos accionables por medio de la misma llave utilizada para la apertura o el cierre de la puerta del cajón recoge-monedas o la puerta principal de la máquina recreativa y de azar.
