本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种防伪涂布白卡纸, 其特征在于: 在涂布白卡纸中有以喷淋的方式 形成的图案层, 所述图案层为无色或彩色的或荧光的。
所述图案层在涂布白卡纸层间。
所述图案层在面纸层、 芯纸层之间或在芯纸层、 底纸层之间, 图案层 为一层或多层。
所述图案为直线、 曲线、 公司标志、 客户的 LOGO等各种规则的、 不规 则的图形。
所述图案层为均匀分布, 在面纸层与底纸层之间至少有一层芯纸层, 面纸层与芯纸层、 底纸层与芯纸层之间均有一层图案层。
所述图案为均勾分布, 在面纸层与底纸层之间至少有二层芯纸层, 面 纸层与芯纸层、 芯纸层与芯纸层、 底纸层与芯纸层均有一层图案。 或者, 间之一有一层图案层。 所述防伪图案所用涂料为: 任意可以溶解的无机的颗粒状、 粉状的物 质或有机的染料类物质。

一种防伪涂布白卡纸的生产方法, 其特征在于: ①制浆; ②送到纸机 面纸层、 芯纸层(至少一层)与底紙层浆一起进行抄造; ③在纸机网部的芯 网及底网以喷淋的方式喷至少一层图案。 图案可以在面、 芯层之间, 可以 在芯、 底层之间, 也可以直接喷在芯层并且采用有特殊的喷淋设备及控制 手段实现力案的稳定再现。
防伪涂布白卡紙的生产方法, 其特征在于: 纸页成形后在纸的背面喷 淋至少一层图案层。
由于本发明是采用一种特殊的喷淋设备及控制手段, 把预先设置的图 案喷淋在多层复合结构纸的层间或成型后的纸页背面。 图案可以在面、 芯 层之间, 可以在芯、 底层之间, 可以是一层, 也可以是多层; 图案可以是 直线、 曲线(例如 S型的线)、 公司标志、 客户的 LOGO等各种规则的、 不规 则的图形。
本发明具有以下优点:
1. 本发明生产的防伪纸最大的特点是: 图案层可在纸的层间, 在纸的 背面可隐约看到, 把纸页撕开可清楚看到图案, 与印刷出的图案有明显区 另1 j , 增加了仿造难度。
2. 图案的选择多样, 可满足不同客户的个性发展。
3. 通过本发明生产出的图案防伪纸, 图案分布均匀, 更具个性化, 不 影响后续加工。 附图说明

以下结合附图说明本案的实施方式: 如图 1所示, 本发明所述的防伪 涂布白卡纸由面纸层、 图案层复合而成, 包括面纸层 1、 底纸层 2、 一个芯 纸层 3、 二个图案层 4、 一个涂料层 5、 一个淀粉层 6 (也可以是涂料层), 面纸层 1与芯纸层 3之间、底纸层 2与芯纸层 3都有一个图案层 4;作为本 发明的防伪涂布白卡纸, 其芯纸层 3可以有二、 三个等, 图案层 4可以有 三、 四个等。
实施例 1
1. 制浆
①面纸层: 面纸层的浆板经过水力碎浆机碎解后进行打浆(如为自制浆 则直接进行打浆), 然后进行配料, 制成的浆料送纸机进行抄造。
②底纸层:底纸层的浆板经过水力碎浆机碎解后进行打浆 (如为自制浆 则直接进行打浆), 然后进行配料, 制成的浆料送纸机进行抄造。
2. 图案的添加
具个性化的防伪图案在纸机网部经其独特的流送系统以喷淋的方式喷 在面、 底层之间。
3. 抄纸
①抄纸制成的面纸层浆、 底纸层浆分别送到纸机的面网和底网进行抄 造, 然后经过压榨、 干燥和涂布, 以及最后的压光整饰而成。
