本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸及其生产工艺。本发明所述的本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸,包括原纸层、涂布层、背胶层,所述原纸包括面层、芯层和底层,所述面层防伪本色纤维占比4‑6%,所述芯层防伪本色纤维占比1‑3%,所述底层防伪本色纤维占比6‑9%;所述涂布层涂盖于面层之上,分为预涂、中涂、面涂三层;所述背胶层涂盖于底层。本发明通过三层不同比例的本色纤维添加,在成纸平面上分布形成独特的纹理,透光看有不同层次、不同明暗的立体纤维纹理,成纸表面面层防伪纤维≥50根/每55*22mm,底层防伪纤维≥140根/每55*22mm,使得制得的涂布烟卡纸可以有效的与普通白卡纸区分,具有防伪功能。

目前市场上的防伪包装纸大多防伪效果差,生产过程污染较严重。专利CN103790069A公开了一种防伪烟用卡纸,采用本色浆与漂白化学木浆混合浆,由于本色浆具有其独特的颜色,本色浆与漂白化学木浆混合后可以改变颜色,从而使卡纸底层具有一定的颜色,通过调节本色浆和漂白化学木浆的重量百分比,可以得到多种颜色,从而可以得到不同颜色的卡纸,达到防伪的效果,通过颜色防伪较容易被仿制,且调节本色浆和漂白化学木浆的重量百分比产生的颜色差异不大,不使用色卡的前提下很难肉眼及时地分辨真伪。专利CN1734016A公开了一种黑卡纸及其生产方法,纸张原纸以及背面涂布层均经过大量黑色染料染色而成,此产品虽然利用颜色区别做到了初步防伪,但这种产品在生产过程中,由于染色会产生非常难处理的废水,不利于环保要求,同时纸张本身也残留大量的偶氮类染料等化学物质,极易导致挥发物(VOCS)及重金属超标。专利CN103321096A公开了一种涂布白卡纸及其生产工艺(),其产品原纸仅有底层分布有本色纤维,防伪效果较低,同时经过印刷成盒后,防伪底层在盒内,不利于及时准确地分辨真伪,因此提供一种防伪性更高,更易于直接区分的原纸材料,是目前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸,其防伪性较高,且具有光泽度,表面平整。
本发明还提供本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸的生产工艺,简单易行,适合大规模生产。
本发明所述的本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸,包括原纸层、涂布层、背胶层,所述原纸包括面层、芯层和底层,所述面层防伪本色纤维占比4%-6%,所述芯层防伪本色纤维占比1%-3%,所述底层防伪本色纤维占比6%-9%;所述涂布层涂盖于面层之上,由内向外分为预涂、中涂、面涂三层;所述背胶层涂盖于底层。
所述面层的浆料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆 77%-83%;
漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆 11%-19%;
本色纤维 4%-6%。
所述芯层的浆料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
所述底层的浆料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆 60%-70%;
漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆 21%-27%;
本色纤维 6%-9%。
所述预涂、中涂与面涂的涂布量分别为8.5-10.5g/m2、8.5-10.5g/m2、8-10g/m2。所述预涂、中涂的涂料,包括以下质量份数的组分:
所述面涂的涂料,包括以下质量份数的组分:
所述背胶层的涂胶量为0.5-1.5g/m2
所述背胶层为木薯淀粉蒸煮酶解后,稀释至固含量11-14%。
本发明所述的本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆、漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆、本色纤维按照原料比例搭配上料,经过碎浆机碎解、磨浆机磨浆、在混合浆池按照工艺比例进行配浆,进入纸机浆池,同时添加干强剂5-15kg/t,再经锥形除渣器进行净化出去重杂质,由冲浆泵泵送到机前压力筛进一步筛选出轻渣,在冲浆泵前添加硫酸铝溶液0-50kg/t、阳离子松香胶0-15kg/t、滑石粉填料50-80kg/t,之后上三层叠网纸机成型,面、芯、底三层分别分布一定比例的本色纤维,成型同时面芯、芯底间使用喷淋淀粉(浓度4.5-6.0%),再经过复合、压榨得到具有40-45%干度的湿纸幅,该湿纸幅经前干燥(干燥温度92-102℃)、表面施胶(正面施胶量2.0±0.5g/m2、背面施胶量1.5±0.5g/m2)、后干燥(干燥温度92-102℃)后得到原纸,再经过硬压光(压光压力35-55kN/m,压光温度180±20℃)、预涂、中涂、面涂、背胶、软压光(压光压力35-55kN/m,压光温度180±20℃)后进入卷取部,卷取、复卷切割打包成品。其技术指标为:定量220±3g/m2,厚度295±7μm,正面PPS粗糙度≤1.1μm,正面平滑度≥800S,水分6.5±0.5%,正面IGT≥1.1m/s,正面光泽度50.0±5.0%。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过三层不同比例的本色纤维添加,不但在成纸平面上分布形成独特的纹理,同时透光看更有不同层次、不同明暗的立体纤维纹理,成纸表面面层防伪纤维≥50根/每55*22mm,底层防伪纤维≥140根/每55*22mm,使得本发明所得的涂布烟卡纸可以有效的与普通白卡纸区分,具有独特的防伪功能。
(2)背面涂布背胶层,进一步提高了背面的平整度,同时通过背胶对纸面的拉伸,更有利于后段印刷、模切切断纸张翘曲的调节。
(3)三层中的本色纤维不需化学处理,避免了漂白工段化学制剂对环境的影响,既具有环保性又降低了成本。
(4)涂布涂料中配用了一定比例的瓷土,改善了涂料的流变性,提高了涂层的光泽度和表面性能,同时三层涂布有效地降低了表面粗糙度,提高了纸张的适印性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不仅限于此。
实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
所述的本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、制备:
(1)制备喷淋淀粉
将350kg木薯原淀粉通过上料漏斗输送至溶解罐,同时向溶解罐添加2850kg水,充分稀释搅拌,制备成浓度11%的喷淋淀粉溶液,再通过二次稀释水进行稀释,制备浓度4.5%的溶液,备用。
(2)制备滑石粉填料
将1200kg滑石粉通过上料漏斗输送至溶解罐,同时向溶解罐添加4500kg水,充分稀释搅拌,制备成浓度21%的滑石粉溶液,再通过二次稀释水进行稀释,制备浓度10%的溶液,备用。
(3)制备硫酸铝溶液
将硫酸铝原液(博山瑞吉特食品级硫酸铝Al2O3含量≥7.5%)用清水稀释3倍,备用。
(4)制备阳离子松香胶溶液
将食品级阳离子松香胶原液(上海SOLENIS Hi-phase 1178型号)进行用清水稀释15倍,备用。
(5)制备施胶淀粉及背胶层淀粉
将250kg木薯原淀粉通过上料漏斗输送至溶解罐,同时向溶解罐添加550kg水,充分稀释搅拌,制备成浓度31%的淀粉溶液,淀粉溶液添加淀粉酶,再通过蒸汽加热温度80℃,进行高温酶转化,酶转化之后再通过蒸汽加热温度130℃,进行高温灭活,最后再通过温水二次稀释,制备浓度13%的溶液,备用。
(6)制备预涂、中涂的涂料:
按涂料组分比例将100份碳酸钙,14份丁苯胶乳,0.4份羧甲基纤维素(采购湖北达雅CMC),0.12份NaOH,0.15份分散剂(采购自常熟聚合ZH-250型号),0.01份杀菌剂(采购自埃马森AmiCide BX 9058型号),0.08份消泡剂(采购自埃马森AmiDefoam 5873型号),0.5份抗水剂(采购可思克KSK 386-503型号),0.25份润滑剂(采购九州生物NCC MS-268型号)分批加入分散罐,同时添加清水稀释,制得固含量68.5%的预涂、中涂涂料,备用。
(7)制备面涂的涂料:
按涂料组分比例将75份碳酸钙,14.5份丁苯胶乳,25份瓷土,0.3份羧甲基纤维素,0.12份NaOH,0.15份分散剂(采购自常熟聚合ZH-250型号),0.01份杀菌剂(采购自埃马森AmiCide BX 9058型号),0.08份消泡剂(采购自埃马森AmiDefoam 5873型号),0.5份抗水剂(采购自可思克KSK 386-503型号),0.25份润滑剂(采购自九州生物NCC MS-268型号)分批加入分散罐,同时添加清水稀释,制得固含量65%的面涂涂料,备用。
2、制浆:
(1)1#浆线制备:
将漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆(100%银星NBKP)、漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆(100%桉木LBKP)以及本色纤维(100%白金浆,白金浆使用未漂白Kraft Pulp Grade 670型号,该原料使用原产于太平洋西北部的道格拉斯冷杉木生产,其纤维长,纤维壁厚,适用于产生高强度纸张)按照8:1:3的比例投放到上料链板上,同时为混合均匀按照1包漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆+2包本色纤维+4包漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆+1包本色纤维+4包漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆的顺序分布,经过碎浆机分散、除渣器除杂、磨浆机磨浆后,制得浓度3.5%,游离度320cfs,配比为8%LBKP+25%白金浆+67%NBKP的1#浆线浆料。
(2)2#浆线制备:
将100%漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆(100%桉木LBKP)投放到上料链板上,经过碎浆机分散、除渣器除杂、磨浆机磨浆后,制得浓度4.3%,游离度360cfs,配比为100%LBKP的2#浆线浆料。
(3)3#浆线制备:
3#浆线使用过氧化氢法漂白制得的化学机械浆,经过磨浆机磨浆后,制得浓度4.0%,游离度440cfs,配比为100%APMP的3#浆线浆料。
3、混合、成纸:
通过自动配料系统,浆1#、2#、3#浆线的浆料按照如下比例混合,制得面、芯、底三层浆料:
面层:25%1#浆线+75%2#浆线混合,最终配比:漂白阔叶木硫酸盐79%+漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆17%+本色纤维4%;
芯层:10%1#浆线+5%2#浆线+60%3#浆线+25%损纸,最终配比:漂白阔叶木硫酸盐7%+漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆6%+本色纤维2%+65%漂白化学机械浆+20%损纸;
底层:35%1#浆线+65%2#浆线混合,最终配比:漂白阔叶木硫酸盐70%+漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆24%+本色纤维6%;
将混合后的浆料通过浆泵抽至纸机池,混合均匀,在芯层、底层纸机浆池各添加5kg/t、10kg/t干强剂,干强剂为奥赛金元KWT-201A型号阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,浓度20%,纸机浆池接着依次转入除砂器除砂、冲浆泵稀释,面层、芯层冲浆泵添加硫酸铝溶液、阳离子松香胶,底层冲浆泵添加硫酸铝溶液、阳离子松香胶、滑石粉填料,上述制备的硫酸铝溶液加入量面层0kg/t、芯层50kg/t、底层6kg/t,上述制备的阳离子松香胶溶液,加入量面层0kg/t、芯层3kg/t、底层8kg/t,滑石粉填料底层加入量80kg/t,冲浆泵后的浆料经过压力筛净化,在压力筛净化前(压力筛进口处)加入助留助滤剂(采购Axchem AXFLOC AF 904PG型号),其浓度为0.20%、加入量面层300ppm、芯层300ppm、底层350ppm,然后再经过压力筛净化,之后将净化后的浆料输送到流浆箱,进行纸浆抄造,同时控制上网浓度面底层均0.4%,芯层为1.1%,最后进行上网成型,在上网成型阶段,在纸张层与层之间,进行喷淋淀粉的喷洒,以促进纸张结合,喷淋淀粉浓度4.5%,吨纸用量1.5kg,之后经过压榨脱水,得到43%干度的湿纸幅。
湿纸幅经过前烘六组烘缸蒸汽干燥,干燥温度由64-95℃逐步升温,得到干度86%的纸幅,该纸幅通过施胶机进行表面施胶,施胶浓度13%,正面施胶量2.3g/m2、背面施胶量1.4g/m2,之后在经过三组后干燥烘缸,再经过硬压光机,压光压力35kN/m,压光温度180℃,之后分别经过正面预涂、正面中涂、背面背胶、正面面涂,四道涂布头,对原纸表面进行修饰,正面预涂9.5g/m2、正面中涂8.5g/m2、正面面涂9.5g/m2,背胶量0.67g/m2,涂布后经过软压光机,压光压力49kN/m,压光温度190℃,之后进行卷取、复卷分切得到所述本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸。
对比例1
与实施例1相同,区别点在于去掉了正面面涂,并且不添加本色纤维。
对比例2
与实施例1相同,区别点在于去掉了背面背胶,并且不添加本色纤维。

1.一种本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸,其特征在于,包括原纸层、涂布层、背胶层,所述原纸包括面层、芯层和底层,所述面层防伪本色纤维占比4%-6%,所述芯层防伪本色纤维占比1%-3%,所述底层防伪本色纤维占比6%-9%;所述涂布层涂盖于面层之上,由内向外分为预涂、中涂、面涂三层;所述背胶层涂盖于底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的本纤防伪涂布烟卡纸,其特征在于,所述面层的浆料,包括以下质量分数的组分:
漂白阔叶木硫酸盐浆 77%-83%;
漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆 11%-19%;
