Abstract

Silla inflable para bebés adaptable a la parte posterior del asiento delantero adyacente al del conductor de un automóvil; caracterizada porque está constituida por un soporte que se monta en el respaldo del asiento a través de unos medios de fijación que son abrazaderas colocadas en el respaldo del asiento, en cuyo soporte se acopla de manera desmontable una estructura de caja por medio de un anclaje de fijación al soporte, cuya caja presenta una parte girable a través de bisagras, que define una tapa que se apoya sobre una zona del asiento trasero del vehículo, de forma que cuando la silla está cerrada, Ia cara vista de esta se encuentra a haces con la superficie trasera del respaldo del asiento, presentando la caja en su interior una superficie de lona integrada en el sentido perimetral de la caja y tapa, la que presenta un cinturón de fijación y de seguridad para el propio bebé, de modo que define un alojamiento en comunicación con un conducto por el que llega aire para el inflado de la lona que da forma a la silla, procedente de un compresor accionado y conectado al sistema eléctrico del vehículo gobernado por un interruptor de maniobra de encendido y/o apagado.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Silla ¡nflable para bebés adaptable a Ia parte posterior del asiento delantero adyacente al del conductor de un automóvil. Objeto de Ia invención
El presente Modelo de Utilidad se refiere a una silla inflable para bebés adaptable a Ia parte posterior del asiento delantero adyacente al del conductor de un automóvil. Antecedentes de Ia invención
Ya se conocen sillas utilizadas para Ia misma finalidad las cuales presentan problemas no sólo por el espacio que ocupan en el asiento trasero, sino también en el aspecto operativo que por Io general deben montarse y desmontarse para el caso de no uso guardar Ia silla en el maletero del vehículo que a veces crea un problema adicional importante. En el uso estas sillas presentan problemas de enclavamiento y sujeción, Io que conlleva a que en muchos casos Ia silla va dispuesta sobre el asiento trasero sin amarrar Io que implica un serio peligro para el bebé en el caso de accidente. Todos estos inconvenientes citados se subsanan con Ia disposición y uso de Ia silla de Ia invención por medio de Ia cual se transporta al bebé de una manera más cómoda y práctica que las sillas convencionales, ya que estas son pesadas, voluminosas e incómodas de instalar y guardar en el caso de prescindir de su uso. Por Io tanto las ventajas que presenta Ia silla de Ia invención son entre otras las siguientes:
- con sólo pulsar un botón, Ia silla se despliega, en un corto período de tiempo, quedando totalmente preparada para su uso, sin necesidad de usar ningún tipo de enganche o sistema de adaptación. De igual modo a Ia hora de recoger Ia silla pulsando el botón, quedará perfectamente plegada proporcionando el espacio habitual en el asiento trasero del vehículo.
- Ia silla va colocada en sentido contrario a Ia marcha del vehículo, dándole más seguridad al bebé en el caso de colisión frontal. - Ia silla es totalmente desenfundable para efectuar un lavado más fácil y cómodo de Ia misma.
- Ia dureza de Ia silla puede ser adaptada para proporcionar Ia mayor comodidad al bebé, ya que dispone de un sistema que Ie permitirá subir o bajar Ia presión del asiento a su gusto, en función del peso y tamaño del bebé.
- el cinturón de seguridad de Ia silla se adapta al tamaño del bebé debido a tres posiciones distintas que presenta el cinturón.
- Ia silla cumple en cuanto a diseño las normas de seguridad según Ia ley. Descripción de Ia invención
La silla pertenece a una estructura de soporte que se fija a Ia superficie trasera del asiento citado.
Sobre este soporte plano se monta y fija desmontablemente una estructura de caja abisagrada en forma de libro. La caja lleva un cierre de seguridad para realizar su apertura y cierre.
La caja lleva interiormente una superficie de lona cerrada sobre el perímetro interior de Ia caja definiendo un alojamiento que se infla con tan sólo pulsar un botón, que acciona un pequeño compresor conectado eléctricamente al encendedor del vehículo o a cualquier otro punto del sistema eléctrico del mismo.
El aire procedente del compresor es conducido al interior del alojamiento que hace que en un tiempo mínimo, por ejemplo, no más de 15 segundos se abra la caja y se infle Ia silla hasta alcanzar Ia presión necesaria. La estructura soporte que se monta en el respaldo del asiento citado, se fija a unas abrazaderas adaptables que abrazan los extremos del respaldo del asiento. En este soporte se fija desmontablemente Ia caja por medio de un anclaje de seguridad cuya constitución y forma será Ia apropiada para el uso.
La bisagra de Ia caja será de una constitución y resistencia que permite soportar perfectamente el peso de un bebé.
La invención contempla que Ia silla esté integrada en el respaldo del asiento citado y por Io tanto se fabrique en serie con el propio asiento del vehículo, quedando Ia silla completamente empotrada en el asiento y ocultando el compresor donde el fabricante vea más conveniente. La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva de Ia silla cerrada de Ia invención dispuesta en el respaldo del asiento delantero adyacente al conductor.
La figura 2 muestra una vista similar a Ia de Ia figura 1 con Ia silla desmontada y cerrada.
La figura 3 muestra una vista en perspectiva de Ia parte delantera del asiento en el que se posiciona Ia silla mediante los anclajes correspondientes.
La figura 4 muestra una vista en perspectiva de Ia instalación y posicionamiento de Ia silla abierta.
La figura 5 muestra una vista similar a Ia figura 1 en el que se representa el sistema integral en serie de Ia silla sobre el respaldo del asiento.

La silla 1 de Ia invención está determinada por una estructura 2 en forma de caja 3 considerablemente estrecha. La caja 3 está definida por un cuerpo de caja 4 y una tapa 5 ambos seleccionados mediante bisagras 6.
El cierre y Ia apertura de Ia caja se realiza mediante un dispositivo seguro-cierre 7. La tapa 5 en su apertura queda formando un ángulo recto con el cuerpo de Ia caja 4.
En el respaldo 8 del asiento delantero 9, adyacente al del conductor, no representado, se fija en su parte trasera 10 un soporte 1 1 solidario a unas abrazaderas 12 adaptables al respaldo 8. Este soporte está dotado de un anclaje de seguridad 13 en el que se fija desmontablemente Ia caja 3.
La caja 3 en su interior presenta una superficie de lona 14 integrada en el contomo perimetral interior de Ia caja de manera que cuando se actúa el interruptor correspondiente 15 de una instalación eléctrica 16 que se conecte, por ejemplo, al adaptador del mechero 17 del vehículo se pone en marcha o se para un compresor 18 que introduce el aire a través de un conducto 19 que atraviesa Ia tapa 5 de Ia caja.
En Ia figura 4 se observa cómo Ia silla abierta asienta por su parte extrema horizontal sobre el asiento 20 trasero del vehículo y además, Ia silla va dotada de un cinturón de seguridad 21 con una serie de posiciones para adaptarse al tamaño del bebé.
En Ia figura 5 se representa en Ia parte posterior 10 del respaldo 8 del asiento delantero 9 el sistema integral en serie de Ia silla cerrada 22 y abierta mostrada en Ia figura 6. Descrita suficientemente Ia naturaleza de Ia invención, así como Ia manera de realizarse en Ia práctica, debe hacerse constar que las disposiciones anteriormente indicadas y representadas en los dibujos adjuntos son susceptibles de modificaciones de detalle en cuanto no alteren el principio fundamental.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Silla inflable para bebés adaptable a Ia parte posterior del asiento delantero adyacente al del conductor de un automóvil; caracterizada porque está constituida por un soporte que se monta en el respaldo del asiento a través de unos medios de fijación, en cuyo soporte se acopla de manera desmontable una estructura de caja por medio de un anclaje de fijación al soporte, cuya caja presenta una parte girable a través de bisagras, que define una tapa, presentando Ia caja en su interior una superficie de lona integrada en el sentido perimetral de Ia caja y tapa, de modo que define un alojamiento en comunicación con un conducto por el que llega aire para el inflado de Ia lona que da forma a Ia silla, procedente de un compresor accionado y conectado al sistema eléctrico del vehículo.
2. Silla según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque los medios de fijación del soporte son abrazaderas colocadas en el respaldo del asiento.
3. Silla según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque Ia parte de Ia lona que define Ia superficie de apoyo del bebé presenta un cinturón de fijación y de seguridad para el propio bebé.
4. Silla según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque Ia tapa de Ia caja que forma parte de Ia silla en su posición abierta, apoya sobre una zona del asiento trasero del vehículo.
5. Silla según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque el sistema eléctrico de Ia silla se conecta al adaptador del encendedor del vehículo gobernado por un interruptor de maniobra de encendido y/o apagado.
6. Silla según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque está integrada en el respaldo del asiento de forma que cuando Ia silla está cerrada, Ia cara vista de esta se encuentra a haces con Ia superficie trasera del respaldo del asiento en Ia que se encuentra dispuesta Ia silla.
