平台式集装箱在集装箱中又可简称为平台箱。本发明提供了一种用于运输 5 大型圓柱状货物的平台式集装箱 1 , 如图 1所示, 包括两才艮相互平行排列的底
' 侧梁 16、装设在两根底侧梁 16内侧面上部之间的多根上层底横梁 14、装设在 两根底侧梁 16内侧面下部之间的多根下层底横梁 15以及装设在底侧梁 16端
'' 部的两根端体梁 17, 所述的底侧梁 16、 上层底横梁 14、 下层底横梁 15和端 体梁 17构成承载货物的平台结构; 平台结构上还装设有作为货物定位用的可
30 折叠的侧柱 11和端墙 12, 以及作为箱体从拖车上装卸辅助使用的可折叠的支 撑腿 13; 上层底横梁 14的顶端面高于底侧梁 16的顶端面。
如图 2所示,是本发明的平台箱处于装有货物的工作状态,原木 2放于上 层底横梁 14上, 侧柱 11和端墙 12往上张开, 形成一个容器, 两对支撑腿 13 张开托起整个箱体。原木 2放在上层底横梁 14上,上层底横梁 14的顶端面比 底侧梁 16的顶端面高, 使得叉车或绳索能轻易穿过原木 2的底部, 方便原木 2的装卸及固定捆绑。 待箱体 1内装满原木 2, 拖车的底盘车 (图中未示出) 伸进箱体下部, 然后支撑腿 13收缩并折叠起来, 整个箱体 1和原木 2就放到 拖车的底盘车上。 当货物运到达 ϋ的地后, 支撑腿 13打开并伸长托起箱体 1 , 使箱体 1底部脱离拖车底盘车, 拖车即可卸下整个箱体 1和原木 2。
当原木 2从平台箱 1上卸下后, 通过折叠收起侧柱 11、 端墙 12和支撑腿 13 , 整个平台箱就处于堆叠状态, 如图 3所示。
上层底横梁 14的顶端面高于底侧梁 16的顶端面, 下层底横梁 15与上层 底横梁 14在箱长方向错开排列,这样当两个相同的平台式集装箱连挂堆叠时, 下层平台箱上的上层底横梁 14高出底侧梁 16的部分正好可以藏于上层平台箱 的底部, 并不影响平台箱的堆叠。
图 4为本发明的侧视平面图, 从图中可看出上层底横梁 14的顶 ¾面明显' 高于底侧梁 16的顶端面。
如图 5所示, 下层底横梁 15底端面与底侧梁 16底端面基本平齐,这样整 个平台箱可具有一个牢固的结构, 并可通过下层底横梁 15将平台箱上的载荷 分散到地面或拖车底盘车上; 下层底横梁 15与底侧梁 16连接处,在下层底横 梁 15上设有缺口 151 , 其尺寸至少为 150mmX100mm (长 X高), 以适应平台 箱从一个拖车或火车,通过滚道被拖上另一个拖车时, 箱体底部与滚道间的导 向。
图 6和图 7分别为侧柱 11在工作状态和堆叠状态时的示意图, 清楚显示 了侧柱 11的详细结构。
侧柱 11由侧柱体 111、 连接铰链和固定插销构成, 侧柱体 11为空心截面 的柱体结构; 连接铰链由铰链销 113和铰链座 112构成, 侧柱体 111 ¾过铰链 销 113连接到铰链座 112上, 铰链座 112与底侧梁 16焊接成一体; 固定插销 由插销座 114、 插销体 116和插销孔 117构成, 插销座 114通过连接螺钉 115 固定在侧柱体 111上, 插销体 116安装在插销座 114里, 底侧梁 16上设有与 固定插销体 116相对应的插销孔 117。 '
在工作状态时, 如图 6所示, 侧柱体 111 向上张开, 通过把固定插销体 116插入插销孔 117中, 使侧柱体 111固定保持竖直。
当要把侧柱 11收起来的时候, 如图 Ί所示, 把插销体 116从插销孔 117 里抽出, 然后把侧柱体 111旋转到与上层底横梁 14基本平行的位置, 即箱体 1处于堆叠状态。
图 8和图 9分别为支撑腿 13在工作状态和堆叠状态时的示意图 ,· 清楚显 示了支撑腿 13的详细结构。 '
支撑腿 13由横向支撑腿 131、 竖向支撑腿 132和斜撑杆 135构成; 横向 支撑腿 131和竖向支撑腿 132固定连接成 "L" 形, 底侧梁 16上对应于横向 支撑腿 131位置设有支撑腿孔 137,横向支撑腿 131插装在支撑孔 137中并可 在支撑腿孔 137中伸缩及可在孔内旋转,也就是说, 支撑腿可沿箱体宽度方向 伸缩;竖向支撑腿 132中还套装有一内竖向支撑腿 133并可在其中伸缩以调节 支撑腿 13的高度, 使箱体底部距地面高度在一定范围可调; 斜撑杆 135—端 与底侧梁 16铰接, 另一端设有铰接孔 136并可通过连接销 138与设^竖向支 撑腿 132上的铰链座 134连接; ·
平台箱装上货物尚未装在拖车上时, 如.图 1、 2、 4、 8所示, 横向支撑腿 131套装在支撑孔 137中, 竖向支撑腿 132位于竖直方向, 斜撑杆 135—端与 底侧梁 16铰接,另一端通过连接销 138与设在竖向支撑腿 132上的铰链座 134 连接, 从而, 通过多个支撑腿 13将平台箱的平台结构托起; 支撑腿 13和底侧 梁 16夹角大于 90° 使得斜撑杆 135在工作状态时始终受拉引力;
如果箱体要进行堆叠,如图 3及 9所示, 只要松开支撑腿铰链座 134与斜 撑杆铰接孔 136间的连接销 138 ,横向支撑腿 131可向支撑腿孔 137中收缩并 旋转, 将竖向支撑腿 132收起放置在底侧梁 16的型材空腔中, 斜撑杆 135也 收藏在底侧梁 16的型材空腔中, 内竖向支撑腿 133则收入竖向支撑腿 132内 的空腔中,折叠后箱体任何位置的横向宽度均不超过两端的最大宽度,便于多 台平台箱堆叠。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的 实施方案来实现。 因此, 上述公开的实施方案, 就各方面而言, 都只是举例说 明, 并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均 被本发明包含。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 至少包括两根相互平 行排列的底侧梁、装设在所述底侧梁之间的多根底横梁以及装设在所述底侧梁 端部的两根端体梁, 所述底侧梁、底横梁和端体梁构成一个货物承载的平台结 构; 其特征在于: 所述的底横梁与底侧梁的连接点下表面设有一个缺口。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征在于所述的底横梁包括多根固接在两根底侧梁内侧面上部的上层底横梁 以及多根固接在两根底侧梁内侧面下部的下层底横梁,所述上层底横梁的顶端 面高于所述底侧梁的顶端面,所述下层底横梁的底端面与所述底侧梁的底端平 齐。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征在于所述的上层底横梁和下层底横梁相互错开分布。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征在于所述的上层底横梁高出所述的底侧梁的部分,其长度略小于所述的两 个底侧梁下表面之间的距离。

6、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征在于所述的侧柱包括空心截面的侧柱体、连接铰链和固定插销; 所述侧柱 体的一端通过所述连接铰链装设在所述的底侧梁上; 所述固定插销包括插销 座、 插销体和插销孔,'所述插销座装设在所述侧柱体上, 所述插销体安装在所 述插销座中, 所述底侧梁上设有与所述插销体相对应的插销孔; 所述侧柱体向 上向外打开时,所述插销体插入所述插销孔中,所述侧柱体将固定在底侧梁上, 并保持设定的位置; 所述侧柱体向里向下折叠时, 所述插销体从所述插销孔中 抽出,所述侧柱体向箱内旋转折叠到与所述的顶横梁基本平行的位置并位于底 架空间内。 ·
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于运输大型圓柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征是所述的多根侧柱相互错开排列, 同时与底横梁错开。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征是所述的平台式集装箱还包括装设在所述的平台结构上的多个可折叠的 支撑腿。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征是所述的支撑腿包括横向支撑腿、竖向支撑腿和斜撑杆; 所述横向支撑腿 和所述竖向支撑腿固定连接成 "L" 形, 所述的底侧梁上对应于所述横向支撑 腿位置设有支撑腿孔 ,所述横向支撑腿插装在所述支撑腿孔中并可在所述支撑 腿孔中伸缩及旋转; 所述斜撑杆一端与所述底侧梁铰接, 另一端设有铰链孔并 可通过铰链销与设在所述竖向支撑腿上的铰链座活动连接。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其 特征在于所述的竖向支撑腿为管状截面,所述竖向支撑腿内腔中装有一内竖向 支撑腿, 所述内竖向支撑腿可在所述竖向支撑腿内伸缩。
11、根据权利要求 1所述的用于运输大型圆柱状货物的平台式 ¾装箱, 其 特征在于所述的平台式集装箱还包括装设在所述平台结构端部的可向内折叠 的端墙。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的用于运输大型圓柱状货物的平台式集装箱, 其特征在于所述的端墙的宽度略小于所述的两根底侧梁下表面之间的距离。
