  • Machine 1 also comprises, for each percolating cup 17, a further piercing device 74, in turn comprising a plate 75 ( Figures 6 and 7) located at the bottom of respective percolating cup 17 and having a number of needles 76, which extend parallel to axis 3 and, in use, pierce the end wall 67 of container 2, deformed outwards by the pressurized hot water fed into container 2, so that the percolated coffee flows out of container 2 and, via a number of known through holes formed through needles 76 and plate 75, into discharge conduit 23 of respective percolating cup 17.

At this point, pressurized hot water is fed along conduit 9, thus expanding chamber 65 and pushing piston 60, and therefore sprinkler 11, against percolating cup 17, so that annular flange 68 is gripped between sprinkler 11 and the free edge of percolating cup 17 to define percolating chamber 25.
  • percolating member 16 rotates percolating member 16 ninety degrees about axis 24, in the same direction as for the forward movement, so that the percolating cup 17 formerly in the X horizontal position facing sprinkler 11 is set to the unloading position, and the used container 2 drops out.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine (1) destinée à préparer une boisson par percolation à partir d'une matière pulvérulente dans un récipient (2), ladite machine étant équipée d'un pulvérisateur (11) placé le long d'un premier axe horizontal (3) ; et un élément percolateur (16) équipé de deux godets de percolation (17) opposés logeant des récipients correspondants (2) et monté de façon à tourner autour d'un second axe horizontal (24) croisant le premier axe (3) et se déplaçant le long de celui-ci, de façon à positionner sélectivement chacun des godets de percolation (17) dans une première position de chargement, le godet de percolation (17) regardant verticalement vers le haut, dans une deuxième position coaxiale et regardant le pulvérisateur (11), et dans une troisième position de déchargement, le godet de percolation (17) regardant alors vers le bas.
