Abstract

L'invention concerne un longeron, notamment pour voiture particulière, en particulier un longeron arrière, comprenant des profilés porteurs (1, 3, 4) interconnectés en un support creux et formant une surface extérieure fermée, ainsi qu'un profilé de renforcement intérieur (2) situé à l'intérieur de la cavité support et relié aux profilés porteurs (1, 3, 4). L'invention vise à ce que ce longeron, se compose, en tant que pièce à haute résistance et à bon comportement à la collision, d'éléments profilés aisés à produire et exempt de tolérances. A cet effet, un longeron de ce type se caractérise en ce que le profilé de renforcement intérieur (2, 2') se présente sous forme de profilé composé d'au moins deux profilés individuels (6, 7).
