Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnbürste mit einem Stiel (1) und einem daran angeordneten Kopfteil (6) mit Bürsten (3), wobei an dem Kopfteil (6) eine durch eine Deckschicht (4) überdeckte Information (5) angeordnet ist. Die Deckschicht (4) besteht aus einem Material, das sich beim Gebrauch der Zahnbürste (1) allmählich auflöst, um die Information (5) freizugeben.

Zahnbürste mit Informationsträger
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zahnbürste mit einem Informationsträger nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches
1.
Zahnbürsten sind in den unterschiedlichsten Formen bekannt und bestehen üblicherweise aus einem Stiel und einem daran angebrachten Bürstenkopf mit Borsten. Bei elektrischen Zahnbürsten wird der Stiel am elektrischen Antrieb der Zahnbürste befestigt. Aus der DE 101 53 863 AI geht eine sogenannte Fun- Zahnbürste hervor, mit der der Anreiz zum Reinigen der Zähne dadurch gesteigert werden soll, dass über das Vorsehen von elektronischen Displays und Interaktionselementen an der Zahnbürste sowie an dem zugeordneten elektrischen Ladegerät die Möglichkeit zur Interaktion mit Programmen, Menschen und Multi-Media-Geräten geschaffen wird. Dabei beziehen sich die Fun-Merkmale auf Zählvorgänge der Putzzyklen jedes Familienmitgliedes, die Abgabe von akustischen und/oder optischen Erfolgssignalen, das Aussenden von Lobreden, das Spielen einer Schlagermelodie, etc. Es ist erkennbar, dass der Aufbau einer derartigen Fun-Zahnbürste relativ kompliziert ist und dass daher hohe Herstellungskosten anfallen, so dass Fun- Zahnbürsten dieser Art auf dem Markt keine hohe Akzeptanz finden dürften.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht daher darin, eine an sich bekannte Zahnbürste so auszugestalten, dass ihre Akzeptanz sowohl bei Kindern, wie auch Erwachsenen wesentlich erhöht wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Zahnbürste mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst. • Der wesentliche Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Akzeptanz der vorliegenden Zahnbürste sowohl bei Kindern, wie auch bei Erwachsenen wesentlich erhöht wird, weil sie einen verborgenen Informationsträger aufweist, der erst bei der Benutzung der Zahnbürste allmählich sichtbar bzw. zugänglich wird. Dabei ist es von großer Bedeutung, dass die vorliegende Zahnbürste, bei der es sich um eine manuell zu benutzende Zahnbürste oder auch um den Aufsatz für eine elektrische Zahnbürste handeln kann, im Wesentlichen den jeweils entsprechenden handelsüblichen Zahnbürsten entspricht, wobei lediglich im Bereich des im Mund zu führenden Kopfteiles der Zahnbürste ein Informationsträger derart vorgesehen ist, dass sich eine ihn abdeckende Schicht beim Gebrauch der Zahnbürste allmählich auflöst, wenn sie mit dem Speichel in Berührung tritt. Dadurch wird die unter der Deckschicht vorgesehene Information allmählich erkennbar. Das Interesse am Zähneputzen wird daher geweckt, was aus gesundheitlichen Gründen äußerst wichtig ist.
Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil besteht darin, dass die erfindungsgemäße Zahnbürste relativ preiswert und einfach herstellbar ist.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
Im Folgenden werden die Erfindung und deren Ausgestaltungen im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Zahnbürste, wobei die verborgene Information nicht sichtbar ist; Figur 2 die Zahnbürste der Figur 1, wobei die verborgene Information jedoch teilweise sichtbar ist; und
Figur 3 die Zahnbürste der Figuren 1 und 2, wobei die verborgene Information jedoch vollständig sichtbar ist .
Gemäß Figur 1 besteht die vorliegende Zahnbürste 1 im Wesentlichen aus einem Stiel 2 und einem daran angeordneten Kopfteil 6, das die Borsten 3 oder sonstige Putzelemente trägt. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich bei der vorliegenden Zahnbürste 1 sowohl um eine manuell zu gebr uchende Zahnbürste, wie dies dargestellt ist, als auch um eine elektrisch betätigbare Zahnbürste handeln kann. In diesem Fall ist der Stiel 2 so ausgestaltet, dass er in an sich bekannter Weise auf dem Antriebsteil einer elektrischen Zahnbürste aufsetzbar ist. Die Erfindung kann auch Anwendung bei Zahnbürsten zur Reinigung der Zahnzwischenräume finden.
Das Wesentliche der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass zur Erhöhung des Anreizes zum Zähneputzen an dem beim Gebrauch der Zahnbürste 1 im Mund eines Benutzers befindlichen Bereich, d.h. also an dem Kopfteil β bzw. dem entsprechenden Ende des Stiels, vorzugsweise an der den Borsten 3 gegenüberliegenden Seite, eine verborgene Information 5 vorgesehen ist. Im unbenutzten Zustand der Zahnbürste 1, welcher in der Figur 1 dargestellt ist, ist die Information 5 durch eine Deckschicht 4 überdeckt, so dass sie nicht sichtbar ist.
Gemäß Figur 2 wird die Deckschicht 4 bei der Benutzung der Zahnbürste 1, insbesondere durch die Einwirkung des Speichels, beim Zähneputzen allmählich aufgelöst. Dies bedeutet, dass die Information 5 beim Auflösen der Deckschicht 4 allmählich sichtbar wird. Die Figur 3 zeigt den Gebrauchszustand der Zahnbürste 1, bei dem die Information 5 vollständig sichtbar ist, da sich die Deckschicht 4 bereits völlig aufgelöst hat.
Bei dem sich allmählich auflösenden Material der Deckschicht 4 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine geschmacksneutrale o- der mit einem passenden frischen Geschmack behaftete Schicht, beispielsweise um eine Lebensmittel-Farbschicht, die sich beim Gebrauch der Zahnbürste allmählich auflöst. Bei der zunächst verborgenen Information 5 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine Glücksnummer, beispielsweise gemäß Figur 3 um die Nummer „A1B2C3D4", die beispielsweise einen bestimmten Gewinn bezeichnet, der in einem Glücksspiel gewonnen werden kann. Auf diese Weise wird der Käufer der Zahnbürste automatisch Teilnehmer eines Gewinnspiels. Alternativ kann es sich jedoch auch bei der Information 5 um einen lustigen Spruch, ein Bild oder dergleichen handeln, wobei diese Information auf einen vorbestimmten Benutzerkreis (z.B. Kinder oder Erwachsene) abgestimmt sein kann.
Vorzugsweise ist die Deckschicht 4 so konzipiert, dass sie sich erst nach einer vorbestimmten Benutzungszeit vollständig auflöst. Auf diese Weise wird erreicht, dass die Zahnbürste 1, bei der es sich um einem Wegwerfartikel handelt, nach Ablauf der Benutzungszeit und Zugang zur Information 5 ausgetauscht wird. Dies ist aus medizinischer Sicht bedeutungsvoll, da auf diese Weise verhindert wird, dass das Zähnebürsten mit bereits abgenutzten Borsten 3 erfolgt.
Die Information 5 kann beispielsweise direkt auf die den Borsten 3 gegenüberliegende Fläche des Kopfteiles 6 aufgedruckt und durch die Abdeckschicht 4 abgedeckt sein. Alternativ kann die Information 5 auch auf einem Informationsträger, beispielsweise einem Papier oder einer Kunststofffolie oder dergleichen, aufgedruckt sein, der am Kopfteil 6 befestigt, vorzugsweise verklebt wird. Es ist denkbar, dass der beschriebene Informationsträger bereits mit der Deckschicht 4 überzogen ist, so dass das Aufbringen des Informationsträgers mit der Deckschicht 4 nach der Herstellung einer an sich be¬ kannten Zahnbürste 1 in einem eigenen Herstellungsschritt er¬ folgen kann. Auf diese Weise können in gleicher Weise herge¬ stellte Zahnbürsten 1 wahlweise mit der Information versehen werden oder nicht.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Zahnbürste mit einem Stiel (1) und einem daran angeordneten Kopfteil (6) mit Putzelementen (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Kopfteil (6) eine durch eine Deckschicht (4) überdeckte Information (5) angeordnet ist, und dass die Deckschicht (4) aus einem Material besteht, das sich beim Gebrauch der Zahnbürste (1) allmählich auflöst, um die Information (5) freizugeben.
2. Zahnbürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Information (5) auf der den Putzelementen (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kopfteiles (6) angeordnet ist.
3. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Putzelemente (3) Borsten sind.
4. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine manuell zu gebrauchende Zahnbürste ist.
5. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr Stiel (2) auf einen Antrieb einer elektrischen Zahnbürste aufsetzbar ist.
6. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Information eine Zahl, ein Bild oder eine Schrift ist .
7. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Information (5) direkt auf die den Putzelementen (3) gegenüberliegende Seite des Kopfteiles (6) aufgebracht, vorzugsweise aufgedruckt ist.
8. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Information (5) auf einem Informationsträger (7) angeordnet ist, der an der den Putzelementen (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kopfteiles (6) befestigbar, vorzugsweise verklebbar ist.
9. Zahnbürste nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Kopfteil (β) zu befestigende Informationsträger (7) an seiner der Befestigungsfläche abgewandten Seite mit der Deckschicht (4) versehen ist.
10. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Deckschicht (4) geschmacksneutral ist.
11. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Deckschicht (4) eine vorbestimmte Geschmacksrichtung aufweist.
12. Zahnbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Deckschicht (4) aus Lebensmittelfarbe besteht.
