Abstract

Es wird ein Bioreaktorsystem zur Druckstimulation von Zellen, Zell-Matrix­Kompositen oder anderen biologischen Proben bereitgestellt, bestehend aus einem Bioreaktor und einer Vorrichtung zur Druckstimulation, das vielseitige Anwendungsmöglichkeiten bezüglich der optimalen Versuchsparameter zur Kultivierung bzw. Züchtung von Zellen oder Zell-Matrix-Kompositen aufweist. Es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Stimulation der Zellen oder Komposite mit definiertem oder undefiniertem Druck erfolgen kann und Dauer und Fre­quenz der Druckstimulation frei programmierbar sind. Der Mediumwechsel und Probennahme erfolgen bei geschlossenem System und eine einfache Reini­gung ist möglich. Das erfindungsgemäße Bioreaktorsystem weist zu dem Heiz­- oder/und Kühlelemente und Pumpmittel, sowie Sensoren und Regeleinheiten für pH-Wert, Temperatur und Druck auf und läuft wahlweise im Perfusions­- (kontinuierlichen) oder batch-Betrieb.
