Abstract
L'invention concerne un multidécortiqueur centrifuge permettant de distribuer des noix et d'éviter les blocages. Ce multidécortiqueur permet de résoudre le problème des machines à décortiquer de l'état de la technique, à savoir que leur vitesse de décorticage est faible et que les noyaux sont souvent abîmés. L'invention comprend un compartiment, et un certain nombre de dispositifs de décorticage centrifuges sont montés dans le compartiment. Un espace de distribution est situé sur la partie supérieure du compartiment. Un dispositif de distribution mis en rotation par un dispositif d'alimentation se trouve dans l'espace de distribution, de sorte que les noix peuvent être distribuées à chaque dispositif de décorticage centrifuge. L'espace de distribution et le dispositif de distribution sont conçus pour distribuer des noix dans chaque partie de cassage de noix centrifuge, de sorte à réduire la quantité d'alimentation dans chaque dispositif de décorticage centrifuge et à assurer que les noix rentrent en collision séquentiellement avec la paroi du cylindre. Le fait qu'un grand nombre de dispositifs de décorticage fonctionnent simultanément permet non seulement d'assurer une production élevée, mais également d'accroître la vitesse de décorticage jusqu'à 70 %, et de ne pas endommager les noyaux.
