Abstract

　　【課題】 　従来、この種の製粉機のストックフィードロール手段、粉砕ロール手段は固定されており、掃除、分解、組付に多大の工数を要し苦慮しており、更に、粉砕ロールの交換が必要となったとき、取り外すのに特別の道具と重量物扱具と複数人の要員を必要とすると共に、生産作業の長時間の停止を余儀なくされていた。 　　【解決手段】 　本発明は、製粉機本体１の上方に配設したストックホッパー１ａと、ストックフィードロール手段２と、粉砕ロール手段３とを備えた製粉機において、粉砕ロール手段は固定側粉砕ロール３１と移動側粉砕ロール３２とを並設させ、夫々の粉砕ロールを支持する軸受台３ｃを側壁１ｂに配設させると共に、軸受台を製粉機本体の両側の側壁に形成した摺動基体１ｃに摺動可能に乗載させ、摺動基体１ｃと軸受台３ｃとの間に圧縮空気噴射手段４の圧縮空気噴射口４ａを配設した。
