Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour analyser un haplotype, comprenant les étapes qui consistent : (a) à détecter des polymorphismes génétiques dans au moins un des gènes liés à des médicaments, qui sont listés dans le tableau 1 et obtenus à partir d'une population de sujets ; (b) sélectionner des polymorphismes communs, par traitement des données détectées ; (c) à construire un bloc haplotype au moyen desdits polymorphismes communs ; (d) à spécifier les polymorphismes communs se trouvant dans le bloc haplotype, et ; (e) à spécifier un polymorphisme étiquette à partir des polymorphismes communs se trouvant dans ledit bloc haplotype.
