Abstract

L'invention porte sur un élément de recouvrement plat d'un balai à laver utilisé pour le nettoyage de surfaces, cet élément de recouvrement comprenant au moins deux couches actives (2, 3), ayant, de préférence, des propriétés différentes, et formant des surfaces de nettoyage correspondantes (2', Y), et un dispositif de fixation (5) pour fixer l'élément de recouvrement plat (1) sur un support (6) du balai à laver. L'amélioration apportée à ce balai à laver consiste en qu'au moins deux des couches actives (2, 3) sont séparées hydrauliquement par une section de séparation imperméable au liquide ou ne laissant pas passer le liquide (8, 8'). De préférence, les deux couches actives (2, 3) sont positionnées latéralement adjacents l'une à l'autre et la section de séparation (8) est une bande placée entre les couches. Toutefois, de même que ces deux couches actives (2, 3) sont positionnées l'une sur l'autre sur chacune des deux surfaces de nettoyage opposées, pouvant être utilisées alternativement, (2', 3'), et de préférence, à peu près de la même taille, la section de séparation (8) est une couche de séparation imperméable au liquide entre les deux couches actives (2, 3).
