UMWANDELBARER SCHUH
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh, der ein Schuhoberteil und eine mit dem Schuhoberteil fest verbundene Sohle aufweist, wobei am Schuhoberteil ein Schaftteil lösbar angeordnet werden kann.
Schuhe dieser Art sind im Stand der Technik bekannt. Die US 4,958,447 offenbart einen als Halbschuh ausgebildeten Sportschuh, an den ein Schaftteil angesetzt werden kann. Das Schaftteil umschließt dabei die Öffnung, in die der Fuß des Trägers in den Schuh eintritt, wobei Klettverschlüsse für die Fixierung des Schaftteils vorgesehen sind. Um einen besseren Halt des ansetzbaren Schaftteils sicherzustellen, weist das Schaftteil zwei Löcher auf, durch die der Schnürsenkel des Schuhs hindurchgefädelt wird. Somit wird das Schaftteil sicher am Schuh befestigt.
Auch aus der US 5,109,614 ist ein Schuh der eingangs genannten Gattung bekannt. Der als Halbschuh ausgebildete Schuh weist hier im Bereich der Fußeintrittsöffnung des Schuhs einen faltbaren Saum auf, der mittels Klettverschluss in der gefalteten Stellung gehalten werden kann. Soll das Schaftteil an den Schuh angesetzt werden, wird der Saum aufgefaltet, wodurch eine Anzahl Löcher freigegeben werden. Diese Löcher dienen dazu, das anzusetzende Schaftteil mittels eines Schnürelements zu fixieren.
Ein ähnlicher Schuh wird in der US 5,848,484 offenbart. Analog wie bei der US 5,109,614 wird auch hier das ansetzbare Schaftteil mittels eines riemenartig ausgebildeten Befestigungselements mit dem Schuhoberteil des Schuhs verbunden, wofür sowohl am Schaftteil als auch am Schuhoberteil eine Anzahl Ausnehmungen für den Durchtritt des Befestigungselements vorhanden sind.
Bei den Schuhen der vorbekannten Art ist es zwar möglich, ein lösbar anordenbares Schaftteil sicher am Schuhoberteil zu befestigen, allerdings ist es bei diesen Lösungen nachteilig, dass das Festlegen des Schaftteils relativ aufwendig ist. Es dauert zumeist einige Minuten, bis das Schaftteil mit dem Schuhoberteil verbunden ist. Ferner ist ein Anbringen des Schaftteils am Schuh praktisch nicht möglich, wenn der Schuh am Fuß des Trägers verbleibt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die A u f g a b e zugrunde, einen Schuh der eingangs genannten Art so fortzubilden, dass die genannten Nachteile vermieden werden. Die Anbringung des Schaftteils am Schuh soll also in wesentlich einfacherer Weise möglich sein, wobei bei der Anbringung des Schaftteils der Schuh auch am Fuß des Trägers verbleiben kann. Des weiteren soll trotzdem sichergestellt sein, dass das Schaftteil sicher am Schuh festgelegt ist, so dass es unverlierbar mit dem Schuh verbunden bleibt.
Die L ö s u n g dieser Aufgabe durch die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaftteil ein Halteband aufweist, das im Zustand, in dem das Schaftteil am Schuhoberteil angeordnet ist, die Sohle umgreift.
Dabei ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, dass das obere Ende des Schaftteils im am Schuhoberteil angeordneten Zustand die Öffnung des Schuhs für den Eintritt des Fußes überragt, vorzugsweise um mindestens 3 cm. Dadurch erfüllt der
die Fußeintrittsöffnung überragende Abschnitt des Schaftteils besonders gut seine Aufgabe, nämlich eine Stütze bzw. ein Schutz des Fußes in dem Bereich zu sein, der über der Fußeintrittsöffhung liegt.
Zu leichteren Anbringung des Schaftteils am Schuh und zum verbesserten Halt dieses Teils hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, dass das Halteband mindestens einen elastischen Abschnitt, insbesondere ein Gummiband, aufweist. Dabei weist das Halteband bevorzugt nur einen elastischen Abschnitt auf, der im Zustand, in dem das Schaftteil am Schuhoberteil angeordnet ist, unterhalb der Sohle zu liegen kommt. Besonders bevorzugt ist dabei vorgesehen, dass das Halteband die Sohle im Zustand, in dem das Schaftteil am Schuhoberteil angeordnet ist, im Bereich des Fußgelenks umgreift.
Eine einfache Anbringung des Schaftteils am Schuh wird dadurch erleichtert, wenn vorgesehen wird, dass das Schaftteil mindestens einen lösbaren Verschluss aufweist, mit dem es am Schuhoberteil festgelegt werden kann. Hierbei weist das Schaftteil mit Vorteil zwei lappenartig ausgebildete Abschnitte auf, wobei am Ende eines jeden Abschnitts je ein Teil eines zusammenwirkenden Verschlusses angeordnet ist; dieser Verschluss ist bevorzugt als Klettverschluss ausgebildet. Ferner kann vorgesehen werden, dass ein Verschluss als am Schaftteil angeordneter streifenartig ausgebildeter Abschnitt ausgebildet ist, der in eine am Schuhoberteil angeordnete Schlaufe eingreifen kann; hierbei weist bevorzugt eine Seite des streifenartig ausgebildeten Abschnitts einen Teil eines Klettverschlusses auf. Dabei ist besonders bevorzugt vorgesehen, dass das Schaftteil an seiner Innenseite einen Teil eines Klettverschlusses aufweist, mit dem das am streifenartig ausgebildeten Abschnitt angeordnete Teil des Klettverschlusses zusammenwirken kann.
Der Schuh kann als schnürloser Schuh ausgebildet sein. In diesem Falle kann er im Ristbereich mindestens ein Spannband aufweisen. Dabei kann der Schuh insbesondere nach Art eines schnürlosen Slippers ausgebildet sein.
Schließlich kann gemäß einer Weiterbildung vorgesehen werden, dass der mit dem Schaftteil versehene Schuh nach Art einer Stiefelette ausgebildet ist; hierbei hat es sich besonders bewährt, dass die Stiefelette durch Abnahme des Schaftteils in einen Slipper umwandelbar ist.
Mit der vorgeschlagenen Ausgestaltung ergibt sich ein Schuh mit einem wahlweise anordenbaren oder lösbaren bzw. entfernbaren Schaftteil, das in sehr einfacher Weise anbringbar und auch wieder lösbar ist. Durch das vorgesehene Halteband ist eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Schuh und Schaftteil gegeben, so dass das Schaftteil auch unter extremen Bedingungen sich nicht vom Schuh lösen kann. Durch den einfachen Aufbau von Schuh und Schaftteil können die Teile nicht nur kostengünstig hergestellt werden, es ist auch möglich, die Anbringung des Schaftteils sehr schnell und einfach vornehmen zu können, wozu es nicht nötig ist, den Schuh vom Fuß abzunehmen, d. h auszuziehen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist ein Schuh 1 zu sehen, der als Halbschuh ausgebildet ist. Der Schuh 1 weist in üblicher Weise ein Schuhoberteil 2 sowie eine Sohle 3 auf, die mit dem Schuhoberteil 2 fest verbunden ist.
Zum verbesserten Umfassen des Fußes des Trägers im Bereich der Öffnung, durch die der Fuß in den Schuh eintritt, ist am Schuh 1 ein lösbares Schaftteil 4 angeordnet. Dieses Schaftteil 4 kann wahlweise am Schuh angebracht oder von diesem entfernt werden, was von den aktuellen Wünschen des Trägers des Schuhs 1 abhängt.
Das Schaftteil 4 überragt dabei - wenn es am Schuh 1 festgelegt ist - mit seinem oberen Ende 17 die Öffnung 18 für den Eintritt des Fußes in den Schuh 1, und zwar um mindestens 3 cm.
Damit das Schaftteil 4 einerseits schnell und bequem und andererseits fest am Schuh 1 angebracht werden kann, weist es eine Halteschlaufe 5 auf, die im Zustand, in dem das Schaftteil 4 am Schuh 1 angebracht ist, die Sohle 3 des Schuhs 1 umgreift.
Details zur Ausgestaltung des Schuhs 1 samt Schaftteil 4 sind in den Figuren 2 und 3 zu sehen.
Zunächst ist in Fig. 2 zu erkennen, dass der Schuh 1 als schnürloser Schuh, also als sog. Slipper, ausgebildet ist. Es ist also kein Schnürsenkel- Spannsystem vorgesehen, um den Schuh 1 am Fuß des Trägers festzulegen. Statt dessen weist der Schuh 1 ein Spannband 16 auf, das in das Schuhoberteil 2 integriert ist, durch das der Schuh 1 elastisch am Fuß des Trägers gespannt wird.
Durch die strich-punktierte Linie ist angedeutet, wie das Schaftteil 4 am Schuh 1 angeordnet wird. Es wird mit seinem Halteband 5 so von vorne über den Vorderfuß- und Sohlenbereich des Schuhs 1 geführt, dass im angeordneten Zustand das Halteband 5 des Schaftteils 4 die Sohle 3 des Schuhs 1 von unten umgreift.
Zum vereinfachten Anordnen des Schaftteils 4 am Schuh 1 weist das Halteband 5 in seinem untersten Bereich einen integrierten elastischen Abschnitt in Form eines Gummibandes auf, wie es am besten aus Fig. 3 hervorgeht. Damit wird das Überstreifen des Schaftteils 4 über den Schuh 1 vereinfacht; im angeordneten Zustand des Schaftteils 4 wird dieses infolge der Elastizität des Gummibandes 6 sicher anliegend am Schuhoberteil 2 gehalten.
Zum sicheren Festlegen des Schaftteils 4 am Schuh 1 weisen sowohl der Schuh 1 als auch das Schaftteil 4 verschiedene Merkmale auf:
Das Schaftteil 4 hat zwei lappenartig ausgebildete Abschnitte 9 und 10, die beim Anbringen des Schaftteils 4 am Schuh 1 zunächst geöffnet sind, also im wesentlichen die Position einnehmen, wie sie in Fig. 3 skizziert ist. Am jeweiligen Ende der beiden lappenartig ausgebildeten Abschnitte 9, 10 ist jeweils ein Teil eines lösbaren Verschlusses 7 in Form eines Klettverschlusses angebracht. Nach dem Überstreifen des Schaftteils 4 über den Schuh 1 können die beiden zusammenwirkenden Teile des Klettverschlusses 7 verbunden werden, so dass das Schaftteil 4 den Fuß des Trägers vollständig umfasst.
Weiterhin ist im Ristbereich 15 des Schuhs 1 eine Schlaufe 12 angeordnet, die Teil eines weiteren lösbaren Verschlusses 8 ist. Zu diesem Verschluss 8
gehört weiterhin ein streifenartig ausgebildeter Abschnitt 11 (s. Fig. 3), der durch die Schlaufe 12 (s. Fig. 2) gefädelt werden kann. Anschließend wird der Abschnitt 11 mittels eines Klettverschlusses so festgelegt, dass der Abschnitt 11 in die Schlaufe 12 eingreift und so das Schaftteil 4 am Schuhoberteil 2 festlegt. Hierzu ist der streifenartig ausgebildete Abschnitt 11 mit einem Teil eines Klettverschlusses versehen. Der korrespondierende Teil des Klettverschlusses ist an der Innenseite 13 des Schaftteils 4 angeordnet und mit der Bezugsziffer 14 versehen.
Damit ergibt sich insgesamt also, dass der schnürlose Schuh 1, also der Slipper, in eine Stiefelette, also in einen Halbschuh mit Schaft, umgewandelt werden kann. Hierzu weist das Schaftteil 4 das Halteband 5 auf, das die Sohle 3 unterhalb des Gelenkbereichs des Schuhs 1 umgreift und so für einen sicheren Sitz des Schaftteils 4 sorgt.
Während das Schaftteil 4 durch das umgreifende Halteband 5 bereits gut gesichert ist, kann ergänzend vorgesehen werden - dies ist jedoch nicht in den Figuren dargestellt -, dass das Schaftteil 4 zusätzlich durch Druckverschluss- Knöpfe am Schuhoberteil 2 fixiert wird. Dabei kann je ein Druckverschlussknopf beiderseits des oberen Ristbereichs vorgesehen werden.
Eine weitere Fortbildung des Schuhs kann vorsehen, dass sich das Schaftteil 4 im am Schuhoberteil 2 angeordneten Zustand so weit nach oben erstreckt, dass es wesentliche Teile des Schienbeinbereichs abdeckt. Dann erfüllt der Schuh 1 auch eine Schienbeinschutzfunktion. Zu diesem Zweck kann das Schaftteil 4 im dem Bein zugewandten Bereich mit weichen bzw. dämpfenden Materialien ausgekleidet sein, wie es bei Schienbeinschützern hinlänglich bekannt ist.
Kommt die letztgenannte Weiterbildung zum Einsatz, hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, das Schaftteil 4 zusätzlich mit Haltebändern am Bein festzulegen, die mit Schallen in ihrer Wirklänge festgelegt werden. Beispielsweise können am Schaftteil 4 zwei festlegbare Haltebänder in unterschiedlichen Höhenpositionen angeordnet werden, so dass es am Bein sicher angeordnet werden kann.
