このノズル巻線方法は、 高速かつ簡便に卷線できるが、 スロット 1 5の内部のノズル通過領域 1 6には卷線を施すことができず、 巻 線のコイル占積率を一定以上には向上できないものである。 このノズル通過領域 1 6に巻線を施す従来の方法として、 直に巻 線する方法ではないがノズル巻線にィンサ一夕卷線を組み合わせた 方法が知られている (例えば、 特開 2 0 0 2 _ 1 4 2 4 1 6号公報 参照) 。 これによれば、 2つの方法を使用して 2つのコイルを形成 し組み合わせることで、 全ての有効スロッ ト面積を活用した卷線を 目指している。
また、 スロッ ト内にノズルを通過させないで巻線する方法も知ら れている (例えば、 特開 2 0 0 0— 2 7 0 5 2 4号公報または特開 2 0 0 1 - 1 0 3 7 1 6号公報を参照) 。 これによれば、 ノズル 4 1がスロッ ト 1 5内部に入ることなく巻線を行うことができ、 ノズ ル巻線におけるノズル通過領域 1 6にまで巻線を施すことができる と共に、 ノズルの大きさの制限が緩和され、 一度に複数本の導線を 供給する多本持ち巻線が可能となる。 発明の開示
有効スロッ ト面積の全てを活用した巻線方法が開発されて'来ては いるが、実際の量産方法、商品としての有効性を追求していくと種々 の課題が残されている。
例えば、 特開 2 0 0 2— 1 4 2 4 1 6号公報のようにノズル巻線 にインサ一夕巻線を組み合わせた方法では、 コイル相互の接続ボイ ントが多くなり、 極数が多くなるほどコイル数が増え、 品質、 工数 の面で好ましくない。 また、 インサ一夕巻線はノズル巻線と違いコ ィルが直に巻装されていないため、 コイルの固定手段を別に追加す る必要があり、 同じく品質、 工数の面で好ましくない。
スロッ ト内にノズルを通過させない特開 2 0 0 0— 2 7 0 5 2 4 号公報または特開 2 0 0 1 - 1 0 3 7 1 6号公報に記載の巻線方法 では、ノズルがコイルをフックに引っ掛けながら巻線を行うために、 巻線回転数を高速化できず、そのため巻線に要する時間が長くなり、 巻数が多いほどこの課題は大きくなる。 また、 コイルを卷装する位 置制御が非常に困難で、 特に巻線されるコイルの下層部ほどフック からの距離が長いため位置制御不能の状態となり、 スロッ ト内にノ ズルを通過させなくてスロッ ト全体を利用できても、 ノズルを通過 させる通常のノズル巻線以上にコイル占積率を高めることが困難で ある。 また、 ノズルが内径側に存在するため、 コイルが直にスロッ トオープンを通過してスロッ 卜に供給されるため、 コイルキズ等に 対するコイル品質の確保に課題がある。
本発明は上記課題を解決するものであり、 コイル占積率を向上さ せることができるとともに、 コイルの品質が高品質である電動機の 固定子巻線方法を提供することを目的とする。 . 上記課題を解決するために本発明の固定子卷線方法は、 固定子鉄 心に放射状に配置された磁極に固定子巻線を巻装するに際し、 固定 子鉄心の隣接する磁極および磁極突'出部により形成されるスロッ ト 内に挿入されたノズルを、 前記磁極に対して相対的に周回運動させ るノズル巻線方法によって、 巻装された導線に前記ノズルが干渉す るまでを限度として各相の対応する各磁極に第 1のコイルを卷装す る第一の卷線工程と、 スロッ ト内に挿入された前記ノズルを第 1の コイルとの干渉領域から退避移動させるノズル移動工程と、 前記ノ ズルを前記ノズル移動工程における退避移動位置で磁極に対して相 対的に周回運動させながら、 前記ノズルから供給される導線を固定 子鉄心のコイルェンド上に設けたフックによって規定の位置に移載 させるフック巻線方法によって、 前記第 1のコイルの上に第 2のコ ィルを直列に卷装する第二の巻線工程とを有するので、 ノズルの通 過スペースにまで巻線を施すことができ、 従来のノズル巻線方法と フック巻線方法の特徴を十分に活かしてコイル占積率を向上させる とともに、 品質を確保した巻線が可能となる。 またそれぞれ渡り線 により連続したコイルを形成することで、 コイル相互の接続ボイン ト数を少なく した巻線を実現できる。
また、 本発明の固定子巻線方法は、 固定子鉄心に放射状に配置さ れた磁極に固定子巻線を巻装するに際し、' 固定子鉄心の隣接する磁 極および磁極突出部により形成されるスロッ ト内に挿入されたノズ ルを、 前記磁極に対して相対的に周回運動させるノズル巻線方法に よって、 巻装された導線に前記ノズルが干渉するまでを限度として 各相の対応する各磁極に第 1のコイルを巻装する第一の巻線工程と、 前記第 1のコイルの最終の巻終り線を所定の位置に預けた状態で切 断するとともに、 前記所定の位置に第 2のコイルの最初の巻始め線 を預ける工程と、 前記ノズルおよび前記第 1のコイルとの干渉領域 から退避した位置で前記ノズルとは別のノズルを磁極に対して相対 的に周回運動させながら、 前記ノズルから供給される導線を固定子 鉄心のコィ〕レエンド上に設けたフックによって規定の位置に移載さ せるフック卷線方法によって、 前記第一の巻線工程において卷装さ れた第 1のコイルの上に第 2のコイルを直列に巻装する第二の巻線 工程とを有することを特徴とし、 通常のノズル巻線方法である第一 の巻線工程に加え、 ノズルを前記スロッ ト内のコイルと干渉しない 領域において、 第一の巻線工程において巻装された第一のコイルの 上に、 前記ノズルと固定子鉄心とを相対移動させながら第 2のコィ ルをフック巻線方法によって直列に巻装するため、 高占積率でしか もコイル品質を確保しかつ少ない卷線工数で可能となる。
また、 前記第一の巻線工程におけるノズルの磁極に対する相対的 な周回運動を、 前記ノズルの周回運動とすることを特徴とする。 また、 前記第二の卷線工程において第 1のコイルと直列に巻装さ れる第 2のコイルの一つの磁極への卷装を、 コイルェンド上に設け た 2つのフックによって、 前記磁極に隣接する両側のスロッ 卜の中 心線に沿って略放射方向に導線を移載することを特徴とする。
また、 前記ノズルから供給される導線を固定子鉄心のコイルェン ド上に設けたフックによって規定の位置に移載して、 巻装する側の コイルエンドのフックに把持された導線を開放すると共に、 他方の コイルエンドで導線を把持しているフックにより余剰線を解消しな がら巻装することを特徴とし、 両側のコイルエンドでフックを介す ることで必ず発生する余剰線を、 一方のコイルェンドの導線巻装時 に他方のコイルェンドの導線を把持したフックが余剰分を吸収する ことで、 ノズルに再度戻すことなく絶えず張力が加えられた状態で 巻装され、 巻線によるコイルダメージの少ない高品質で高占積率の コイルを巻線できる。
また、 前記第一の巻線工程または第二の巻線工程は、 渡り線によ り連続して順次巻装することを特徴とし、 渡り線により連続して巻 線を行うことで、 全ての有効スロッ ト面積を活用した高占積率のコ ィルを巻線することが、 少ない巻線工数で、 かつ接続不良の少ない 直列スター結線の固定子の製造が可能となる。
また、 前記各相の第 1のコイル、 第 2のコイルおよび前記第 1 と 第 2のコイルを渡り線により連続して順次巻装することを特徴とし、 渡り線により連続して巻線を行うことで、 全ての有効スロッ ト面積 を活用した高占積率のコイルを巻線することが、少ない巻線工数で、 かつ接続不良の少ない直列スター結線の固定子の製造が可能となる。 図面の簡単な説明

以下、 本発明の各実施の形態を図 1〜図 4に基づいて説明する。
(実施の形態 1)
図 1〜図 3は (実施の形態 1) を示す。
図 1は本発明の電動機固定子で 3相 4極 6スロット、 1磁極 2コ ィルの構成における巻線状態を示す断面図である。
固定子鉄心 1 1は、 巻線が施されている磁極 1 2と、 磁極 1 2の 先端に通常幅広に配置された磁極突出部 1 3と、 各磁極 1 2の基端 を連結する略環状のヨーク部 14とから構成されている。
固定子鉄心 1 1に集中巻線を施してなる電動機の固定子 1 0は、 絶縁物からなるィンシユレ一夕 3 0を介して磁極 1 2へ直接に巻装 された第 1のコイル 20 1, 2 0 2, 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 24 1 , 2 42と、 第 1のコイル 2 0 1 , 2 0 2 , 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 24 1 , 242の上に巻装された第 2のコイル 2 6 1 , 2 6 2, 2 8 1 , 2 82 , 2 9 1 , 2 9 2とを有している。
第 1のコイル 2 0 1 , 2 0 2, 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 24 1 , 242 は、 第一の巻線工程において従来のノズル巻線方法によって巻装さ れ、 第 2のコイル 2 6 1 , 2 6 2, 2 8 1 , 2 8 2, 2 9 1 , 2 9 2は、 第一の卷線工程の後に実施された第二の巻線工程で前記ノズ ル巻線方法とは別の方法で巻装されている。
前記一つの磁極 1 2に巻装する全コイルの内、 第 1のコイルと第 2のコイルの比率については、 ノズル卷線方法で巻装中の第 1のコ ィルに前記ノズルが干渉するまでを限度として第 1のコイルの量を 決めることで、 巻線速度の速い従来のノズル卷線方法の特徴を最大 限活用した卷線が可能となる。 また、 スロッ ト内ノズル揺動式巻線 を行うことで、 コイル位置制御性の高い巻線が最大限活用されたコ ィル占積率の高い卷線を得ることが出来る。
図 2は図 1に示した 3相 4極 6スロッ トで、 一つの磁極 1 2に第 1 , 第 2のコイルを卷装して直列ス夕一結線した結線形態を示して いる。
第 1のコイル 2 0 1, 2 0 2 , 2 2 1 , 2 2 2 , 2 4 1 , 2 4 2 を巻線する第一の巻線工程では、 従来のノズル巻線方法によって 3 つのノズルで各相同時に巻線を行う。
具体的には、 固定子鉄心 1 1に設けられた複数の磁極 1 2に集中 巻線される 2のコイルの内、 まず、 第 1のコイル 2 1, 2 2 1 , 2 4 1を 3ノズルで同時にス口ッ ト内でノズルを磁極 1 2に対して 相対的に周回運動をさせながら密度高く卷装した後、 渡り線 2 4で 連続的に接続して、 第 1のコイル 2 0 2 , 2 2 2 , 2 4 2を同じく 3つのノズルによって同時にノズル巻線方法を実行する。
なお、 ノズルを磁極 1 2に対して相対的に周回運動させる方法と しては、 ノズルを磁極 1 2の周囲を周回運動させる方法と、 ノズル の上下移動に同期させ固定子鉄心を回転移動する方法とがあるが、 両者を比較すれば、 前者による方がより巻線速度の速い巻線が可能 となる。
次に、 導線を繋げたままで前記ノズル位置を、 再度、 第 1のコィ ル 2 0 1 , 2 2 1 , 24 1が巻装された磁極 1 2に移動させ、 ノズ ル位置をスロット内のコイルと干渉しない領域に位置させて、 第二 の卷線工程に入る。
この第二の巻線工程は図 3 (a) 〜 (d) に示す工程で実施され る。
図 3 (a) において、 第二の巻線工程におけるノズル 4 1は、 こ れから卷線されるコイルと干渉しない領域に位置する。具体的には、 隣接する磁極突出部 1 3の間であるスロットオープン 1 8にノズル 4 1が位置した状態を示す。 この位置にて、 前記ノズル 4 1は磁極 1 2に導線を供給するために、 固定子鉄心 1 1のスロッ トオープン 1 8において、 固定子鉄心 1 1の軸心方向の移動および卷線途中の コイルエンド上の水平移動して、 巻線を施す磁極 1 2を中心に定位 置での周回を行う。
そして図 3 (b) に示すように、 第二の巻線工程では巻線途中の 各磁極のコイルエンドの上方には、 先端のフック部が開閉自在なフ ック 42 1 , 42 2が設けられており、 ノズル 4 1が前記周回によ つてコイルエンド上に移動しながら、 ノズル 4 1から送り出された 導線 2 0をフック 42 1, 42 2が受け取る。
次に、 ノズル 4 1は、 卷装されたコイルと干渉しないスロットォ ープン 1 8で前記軸心方向に移動する。 このスロッ トオープン 1 8 での軸心方向へのノズル 4 1の移動時には、 図 3 ( c ) に示すよう に、 前記フック 42 1 , 42 2が仮想線位置から実線位置に向かつ て固定子鉄心 1 1の外周側に移動して前記導線 2 0が規定のコイル 巻装位置に着く。 なお、 前記フック 42 1 , 42 2の位置および移 動方向は、 前記磁極 1 2に隣接する両側のスロットの中心線に沿つ た方向であり、 追加によって巻装される導線 2 0の規定の位置への 移動が確実である。 この時、 前記フック 42 1 , 4 2 2が先端フッ ク部を開放することでコィルが先端フック部から放されて規定の位 置に巻装されることになる。
ここで、 磁極 1 2に隣接する両側のスロッ 卜の中心線に沿って略 放射方向に前記フック 4 2 1 , 4 2 2が外側に移動することにより、 フック 4 2 1, 4 2 2の前記移動方向がスロッ ト内に残された巻線 空間に沿った方向となり、 この方法によると、 巻装される導線のコ ィルェンドの中央になるべき位置にフックを引っ掛けて巻線位置に 移動させる方法に比べて、 より正確に導線を規定の位置に移載する ことができた。 これは、 巻線に際し、 前記空間がスロット内に最後 まで存在する空間であって、 この方向に移載することで、 既に卷装 されたコイルが障害となることがなくなるためである。
図 3 ( c ) に実線で示したノズル 4 1は、 ス口ッ 卜オープン 1 8 を下方に向かってスロットを抜けて図 3 ( d ) に示したコイルェン ド側に移動する。 このコイルエンド側にも、 図 3 ( d ) に示すよう に前記フック 4 2 1 , 4 2 2と同様のフック 4 2 3, 4 2 4が位置 しており、コイルェンド上を移動するノズル 4 1からフック 4 2 3, 4' 2 4が導線 2 0を受け取る。
次に、 ノズル 4 1は、 スロッ トオープン 1 8で前記軸心方向に図
3 ( a ) で示す位置まで上昇する。 このスロットオープン 1 8での 軸心方向へのノズル 4 1の移動時には、 前記フック 4 2 3 , 4 2 4 が固定子鉄心 1 1の外周側に移動して前記導線 2 0が規定のコイル 巻装位置に着く。 なお、 このときの前記フック 4 2 3, 4 2 4の位 置および移動方向は、 前記磁極 1 2に隣接する両側のスロットの中 心線に沿って略放射方向に前記フック 4 2 3 , 4 2 4が外側に移動 する方向であり、 追加によって巻装されるコイルがフック 4 2 3,
4 2 4により規定の位置への移動が容易である。 この時、 前記フッ ク 4 2 3, 4 2 4が先端フック部を開放することでコィルが先端フ ック部から放されて規定の位置に巻装されることになる。
上記のとおり、 フック 42 3, 424の前記移動方向もフック 4 2 1, 42 2の移動方向と同じであって、 スロット内に残された卷 線空間に沿った方向となるため、 卷装される導線 2 0のコイルェン ドの中央になるべき位置にフックを引っ掛けて巻線位置に移動させ る方法に比べて、 より正確に導線を規定の位置に移載することがで さた。
以降は、 図 3 (a) 〜 (d) の動作を繰り返して卷線を行うが、 このときのフック 42 1 , 42 2およびフック 42 3, フック 42 4のそれぞれの位置関係が巻装されるコイルの占積率に大きく影響 するため、 コイル保持、 移動、 開放の動作は同期をとり、 コイルェ ンドの最適位置へ制御された巻装を行う。
第二の巻線工程でのコィル巻線位置の制御性については、 特開 2 0 0 0 - 2.7 0 5 24号公報に示された従来のフック巻線方法の弱 点とされるコイル下層部ではなく、フック 42 1, 42 2, 42 3 , 424に近いコイル上層部を対象としてフック巻線方法で巻装して いるため、 コイル巻線位置の制御性が良好であって、 コイル占積率 の良い卷線を得ることが出来る。
このように、 第一の巻線工程では、 巻線回転数の高速化ならびに コイル巻線位置の制御性の高いノズル揺動式巻線方法によって第 1 のコイル 2 0 1 , 2 0 2, 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 24 1 , 242を卷線 し、 第二の巻線工程では、 第一の巻線工程でのノズル通過部に巻線 が可能なフック式卷線方法によって、第 1のコイル 2 0 1 , 2 0 2 , 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 24 1 , 242の上に第 2のコイル 2 6 1, 2 6 2, 2 8 1 , 2 8 2, 2 9 1 , 2 9 2を卷装するので、 スロット全 域を有効に活用したコイル占積率の高い巻線が可能となる。
なお、 フック 42 1 , 4 2 2, 42 3, 424に引っ掛けてスロ ッ ト内に配分する第二の巻線工程での複数の磁極 1 2へのコイルの 巻装は、 3つのノズルで同時に施した後、 渡り線 2 4で連続的に接 続して、 2 0 2 , 2 2 2 , 2 4 2の巻装を施した磁極に対して、 第 2のコイル 2 6 2 , 2 8 2 , 2 9 2の卷装を同様に施す。
上記巻線工程の後、 第 1のコイルの巻線始め線 2 1 1, 2 1 3 , 2 1 5を各相の電源線としてそれぞれ接続し、 巻線終り線 2 1 2, 2 1 4 , 2 1 6を中性点として連結ことで、 3相 4極 6スロッ ト、 直列ス夕一結線の電動機固定子として完成する。
なお、 上記の実施の形態では、 ノズル 4 1はスロッ トオープン 1 8の位置を通過したが、 コイルと千渉しない領域であれば、 スロッ トオープン 1 8の位置でなくても、 固定子鉄心 1 1のコア内径の空 間 1 7に前記ノズル 4 1を配置して巻線を施す磁極 1 2を中心に定 位置での周回を行うようにすることも可能である。 しかし、 この場 合には、 フック 4 2 1, 4 2 2 , 4 2 3 , 4 2 4に引っ掛けてス口 ッ ト内に配分する際に、 前記スロッ トオープン 1 8を構成している 磁極突出部 1 3に導線 2 0が接触してコイルに傷を付けることがあ るが、 前記ノズル 4 1がスロッ トオープン 1 8に位置して周回を行 う場合には、 ノズル 4 1からスロッ 卜内にコイルが直接に供給され るため導線を損傷することが無く、コイル品質の確保が容易となる。
また、 上記の各実施の形態では、 第二の巻線工程において固定子 鉄心 1 1の磁極 1 2に対してノズル 4 1を周回させたが、 前記ノズ ルと固定子鉄心とを相対移動させながら第 2のコイルをフック巻線 方法によって直列に巻装することもできる。 具体的には、 上記の第 一の巻線工程と同様であり、 ノズル 4 1がコイルエンド上を移動し ていた工程を、 ノズル 4 1が固定子鉄心 1 1の軸心方向に上下動す るだけで、 固定子鉄心 1 1の方が回転移動させることによつても実 現できる。 (実施の形態 2 )
図 4は (実施の形態 2 ) を示す。
(実施の形態 1 ) では第一の巻線工程の第 1のコイルと第二の卷 線工程の第 2のコイルは途中で切断せずに連続した導線で巻装を実 行したが、 第 1のコイルを巻装後コイルの切断、 仮預け等の端末処 理を行うことで別工程に分離することも可能で、 次工程で第 2のコ ィルを卷装した後に第 1のコイルと第 2のコイルを電気接続して構 成することもできる。
なお、 かかる場合、 前記第 1のコイルの最終の巻終り線を所定の 位置に預けた状態で切断するとともに、 前記所定の位置に第 2のコ ィルの最初の卷始め線を預けた後に、 前記ノズルおよび前記第 1の コイルとの干渉領域から退避した位置で前記ノズルとは別のノズル を磁極に対して相対的に周回運動させながら、 第 2のコイルを巻装 する。
具体的な方法について、 2つのコイル間に接続部を設けた結線形 態を図 4に基づいて説明する。 図 4には一相分のコイルのみ示す。 第一の巻線工程での巻装を終えて、 巻線さ たコイルの最終の巻 線終り線 2 1 7を、 固定子鉄心 1 1に装着されるインシユレ一夕 3 0などに設けた端子台 3 1に預けた状態で切断する。
次に第 1のコイルを巻装した固定子を、 前記ノズルおよび前記第 1のコイルとの干渉領域から退避した位置に移載され行われる第二 位の巻線工程においては、 第一の卷線工程におけるノズルとは別の ノズルにより巻線される第 2のコイルの最初の巻線始め線 2 1 8を 前記端子台 3 1に預けた後に卷線を始める。 これら、 端子台 3 1に 預けた導線を端子などにより接続させることで、 それぞれのコイル を直列に接続することができる。
そして、 上記巻線方法によれば、 各巻線工程において別々のノズ ルで巻線を行うため、 製造ラインにおいても第一の卷線と第二の巻 線の工程を容易に分割可能で、 かつ各卷線工程に最適な線径を選択 しながら抵抗を自在に調整することができる。
したがって、 この場合、 ノズル巻線の高速卷線性を阻害すること なく、 最適な巻線ラインを構築できる。 また、 例えば、 電動機の設 計を行う上で一磁極におけるコイル巻数がより必要であれば、 第二 の巻線工程における導線の線径を第一の卷線工程の導線よりも細線 を使用することで、 前記巻数を多くすることができる。
(実施の形態 3 )
フック式卷線はコイル巻線位置制御性が課題であるが、 その主要 因としてフックから開放されたコィルが卷装されるまでのコイルの 弛みの発生がある。 これはノズルが固定子磁極に対し直接卷装する のではなく、 フックに一時預けた後開放して巻装することにより必 然的に発生するものである。 当然フックが巻装される対象物に近い ほどその影響は小さくなるが、 現実と'して絶縁体などの固定子構成 体が存在することで、 対象物周辺でのフック動作範囲は著しく制限 されてしまう。 一
このコイルの弛みを吸収するため、 ノズル 4 1に揷通している導 線を引き戻す方法が採用することが考えられるが、 ノズル 4 1に揷 通している導線を引き戻すことによってノズル 4 1の内部通路で発 生する導線の擦れは、 コイルダメージを発生させ易く、 コイル品質 上大きな課題となるため、 ノズルから供給されたコイルは、 ノズル に戻されることなく制御されるのが望ましい。
(実施の形態 1 ) の図 3 ( d ) において、 コイルエンド上に移動 しているフック 4 2 3, 4 2 4がノズル 4 1から導線 2 0を受け取 つた後、 ノズル 4 1が固定子鉄心 1 1の軸心方向へ移動時に、 前記 フック 4 2 3, 4 2 4は固定子鉄心 1 1の外周側に放射方向へ移動 して規定のコイル巻装位置に到着する。 この時、 図 3 (c) のフッ ク 42 1, 42 2が先端フック部を開放することで導線を放し、 規 定の位置に巻装される。
しかし、 前記フック 42 1, 42 2の先端フック部の開放場所と コイルが巻装される場所の間には距離があり、 開放されたコイルは ノズル 4 1が移動して卷装されるまで余剰線となり、 張力が掛から ない状態で放置されることになる。
そこで、 フック 42 1, 42 2の先端フック部の開放時には、 フ ック 42 3 , 424を前記軸心方向にコイルェンドから離れる方向 に移動させることで、 余剰線となる量の導線を瞬時に吸収すること が出来て、開放されたコイルが瞬時に張力が加えられて卷装される。
このように、 コイルエンド上のフック 42 1, 42 2とフック 4 2 3, 424が相互にこの動作を繰り返すことで、 よりコイル巻線 位置の制御性を向上させた状態でのフック巻線方法を実施すること ができ、 スロット全域を有効に活用したコイル占積率のより高い巻 線が可能となる。
なお、 上記の各実施の形態では、 第 1のコイル 2 0 1, 2 0 2, 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 24 1 , 242のすベてを各磁極 1 2に巻装して から、 次に第 1のコイルの上に第 2のコイル 2 6 1 , 2 6 2 , 2 8 1 , 2 8 2, 2 9 1 , 2 9 2を巻装したが、 固定子鉄心 1 1の磁極 1 2の数と同数のノズル 4 1によって、 各磁極 1 2に前記ノズル巻 線方法によって第 1のコイル 2 0 1 , 20 2, 2 2 1 , 2 2 2, 2 4 1 , 242を一度に卷装し、 この各第 1のコイルの上に、 固定子 鉄心 1 1の磁極 1 2の数と同数のノズル 4 1によって、 前記フック 巻線方法で第 2のコイル 2 6 1 , 2 6 2, 2 8 1 , 2 8 2, 2 9 1 , 2 9 2を巻装するようにして製造することもで'きる。 以上のように本発明によると、 ノズル巻線方法で巻線可能な領域 に加え、 フック巻線方法によって追加のコイル巻装を行うので、 そ れぞれの巻線方法の利点を最大限に活用できることで、 従来の単一 方法では解決困難な種々の課題が発生する領域にも高占積率で巻線 することができ、 従来の方法ではできない高効率の電動機を容易に 実現できる。
また、 磁極に巻線された 2つ以上のコイルを元来、 同一コイルを 分割したもので 1コイルの構成物と見るのではなく、 別々のコイル と見なして、 それぞれの巻線方法ごとに直結されたコイル集団とし て別々に形成して後で直結させることで、 従来のコイル構成と同一 の直列スター結線で、 高占積率のコイルを直に巻線でき、 かつ接続 不良のない固定子が容易な製造方法で可能となる。
また、 本発明の電動機の固定子巻線方法によると、 スロットの全 有効全面積を活用した高占積率のコイルを直に巻線することが、 少 ない巻線工数で、 かつスロットオープンを介さず可能となり、 接続 不良の少ない、 コイル品質の高い高効率で低コストの電動機の製造 を実現できる。
また、 本発明の製造方法によると、 従来のノズル巻線後のスロッ トに残された空間へのコイル巻装の位置制御をコイルの弛みなく行 い占積率の高い卷線が可能となり、 高効率の電動機の製造を提供で きる。
また、 本発明の製造方法によると、 第 2のコイルの磁極への巻装 を、 コイルエンド上に設けた 2つのフックを介して行い、 かつ前記 磁極に隣接する両側のスロットの中心線に沿つて略放射方向に導線 を移載するので、 巻装される導線のコイルエンドの中央になるべき 位置にフックを引っ掛けて巻線位置に移動させる方法に比べて、 よ り正確に導線を規定の位置に移載してより正確な位置に巻装できる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 .
固定子鉄心に放射状に配置された磁極に固定子卷線を巻装するに 際し、
固定子鉄心の隣接する磁極および磁極突出部により形成されるス 口ッ ト内に挿入されたノズルを、 前記磁極に対して相対的に周回運 動させるノズル卷線方法によって、 卷装された導線に前記ノズルが 千渉するまでを限度として各相の対応する各磁極に第 1のコイルを 巻装する第一の巻線工程と、
スロッ ト内に挿入された前記ノズルを第 1のコイルとの干渉領域 から退避移動させるノズル移動工程と、
前記ノズルを前記ノズル移動工程における退避移動位置で磁極に 対して相対的に周回運動させながら、 前記ノズルから供給される導 線を固定子鉄心のコイルエンド上に設けたフックによって規定の位 置に移載させるフック巻線方法によって、 前記第 1のコイルの上に 第 2のコイルを直列に巻装する第二の巻線工程と
を有する電動機の固定子巻線方法。

固定子鉄心に放射状に配置された磁極に固定子巻線を巻装するに 際し、
固定子鉄心の隣接する磁極および磁極突出部により形成されるス ロッ ト内に挿入されたノズルを、 前記磁極に対して相対的に周回運 動させるノズル巻線方法によって、 卷装された導線に前記ノズルが 干渉するまでを限度として各相の対応する各磁極に第 1のコイルを 巻装する第一の巻線工程と、
前記第 1のコイルの最終の卷終り線を所定の位置に預けた状態で 切断するとともに、 前記所定の位置に第 2のコイルの最初の巻始め 線を預ける工程と、
前記ノズルおよび前記第 1のコイルとの干渉領域から退避した位 置で前記ノズルとは別のノズルを磁極に対して相対的に周回運動さ せながら、 前記ノズルから供給される導線を固定子鉄心のコィルェ ンド上に設けたフックによって規定の位置に移載させるフック巻線 方法によって、 前記第一の巻線工程において巻装された第 1のコィ ルの上に第 2のコイルを直列に巻装する第二の卷線工程と
を有する電動機の固定子卷線方法。

第一の巻線工程におけるノズルの磁極に対する相対的な周回運動を、 前記ノズルの周回運動とする „
請求項 1または請求項 2に記載の電動機の固定子巻線方法。

第二の卷線工程において第 1のコイルと直列に卷装される第 2の コイルの一つの磁極への巻装を、 コイルェンド上に設けた 2つのフ ックによって、 前記磁極に隣接する両側のスロッ トの中心線に沿つ て略放射方向に導線を移載する
請求項 1または請求項 2に記載の電動機の固定子巻線方法。
5 ノズルから供給される導線を固定子鉄心のコイルエンド上に設け たフックによって規定の位置に移載して、 巻装する側のコイルェン ドのフックに把持された導線を開放すると共に、 他方のコイルェン ドで導線を把持しているフックにより余剰線を解消しながら巻装す る
請求項 1または請求項 2に記載の電動機の製造方法。

第一の卷線工程または第二の巻線工程は、 渡り線により連続して 順次巻装する
