Consiste en un mueble (1) que contiene un ordenador, un monitor de vídeo táctil (2), una videocámara (3), un equipo de audio y una grabadora de DVD, además de un alimentador automático de discos, formando un sistema compacto de karaoke jukebox con grabador de DVD controlado todo por un software específico.La imagen del cantante captada por la videocámara es tratada digitalmente con algún efecto especial y es mostradaen el monitor de video junto con la letra de la canción.La máquina, que funciona con monedas (4), tiene la capacidad de grabar la actuación en un soporte de disco compacto, compatible con VCD,DVD y CD de Audio, que será depositado automáticamente en el receptaculo (5) alfinalizar la grabación.La maquina dispone además de una conexión USB y otra para internet.

DESCRIPCIÓN
TITULO: KARAOKE JUKEBOX CON GRABADOR DE DND
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un innovador karaoke compuesto por un completo equipo de audio, un sistema de vídeo grabación con cámara y procesador de efectos digitales de vídeo incluidos, gobernado todo por un ordenador.
La máquina está diseñada para ser utilizada en lugares públicos como pubs, locales recreativos y de ocio, estudios de grabación, etc., y puede funcionar con monedas.
Se pone así al alcance de cualquiera el poder disponer de todo un sistema de karaoke profesional con grabación de vídeo para poder crear en unos instantes un compact disk con una actuación personal (vídeo y sonido) de forma fácil, cómoda y muy económica.
El disco grabado podrá ser reproducido posteriormente en cualquier ordenador con CDROM, reproductores de CD AUDIO NCD y DND.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN.
Los primeros aparatos de karaoke fue el laser-disk de karaoke (ya obsoletos) que funcionaban con discos láser similar al compact disk pero con vídeo y de duración y tamaño mayor.
Los aparatos de karaoke más recientes son reproductores de DVD domésticos con la función de cambio de tono añadida aunque cualquier reproductor de DVD o VídeoCD es válido por que los discos comerciales de karaoke actuales están hechos para funcionar en estos aparatos.
A estos reproductores hay que añadirles un equipo de sonido y uno o más monitores de vídeo donde se puede visualizar la letra de la canción sincronizada con el transcurso de la música y una imágenes de vídeo que suelen guardar relación con la letra.
También existe software de karaoke para ordenador personal en lo que suena es un archivo MIDI con la letra sincronizada en la reproducción, que puede ser

Por último, existen los karaoke jukebox que funcionan con monedas y consisten en un equipo de karaoke que reproduce archivos musicales y muestra la letra de la canción en una pantalla de vídeo con algún videoclip. Estos aparatos disponen del equipo de sonido completo incorporado. Y también los hay que incorporan una cámara de vídeo y grabador de videocasete para grabar la actuación del cantante, siendo la alimentación de la cinta de forma manual.
La presente invención consiste en un karaoke jukebox con importantes novedades.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
El karaoke jukebox con grabador de DVD consiste en un mueble (1) que lleva un ordenador en su interior con las canciones grabadas en el disco duro, unos periféricos y un programa. El hecho de que las canciones estén grabadas en el disco duro del ordenador hace que su acceso sea inmediato.
El programa está diseñado para realizar las funciones de karaoke y controlar los periféricos tales como un grabador de DVD, el alimentador automático de discos, el sistema de vídeo y sonido, la pantalla sensible al tacto, etc. En el interior del mueble hay un potente amplificador de audio que envia el sonido de la música y la voz mezcladas a unos altavoces abatibles (7) y (8) que reproducirán las frecuencias de medios y agudos, y a un altavoz (6) para las frecuencias de graves.
Por la parte central del mueble, hay una bandeja (9) en la que se colocan un par de micrófonos (11) que podrá retirar el usuario cuando vaya a cantar.
En la bandeja puede haber una información impresa (10) sobre las instrucciones de uso, además de unos botones de control (12) para seleccionar la canción, ejecutar la reproducción y grabación, seleccionar efectos digitales de imagen, etc.
La pantalla de vídeo (2) va apuntando la letra de la canción, sincronizada con la música que esté sonando, junto con las imágenes captadas por la videocámara (3) que pueden ser procesadas digitalmente y conseguir efectos impactantes.
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) Uno de estos efectos puede ser la sustitución del fondo por una imagen de vídeo sintetizada por el ordenador. Para ello, detrás del sujeto habrá que colocar un fondo azul. De ésta manera, el cantante aparecerá en la pantalla con un fondo de un paisaje, escenario, etc. Este efecto es conocido también como CROMA-KEY. La característica de táctil para la pantalla de vídeo, hace que la máquina sea más fácil de manejar pudiendo prescindir de los controles (12) opcionales.
Un mecanismo de captación de monedas (4) activa el funcionamiento de la máquina para ser utilizado de forma automática por el usuario sin necesidad de estar presente ningún técnico o empleado en caso de ser instalado en locales públicos de ocio y entretenimiento .
El equipo está dotado de un sistema de grabación que permite transferir la actuación (imágenes captadas por la videocámara junto con la música mezclada con la voz del usuario) para la creación de un disco compatible con reproductores de Compact Disk de Audio, Compact Disk de Vídeo y DVD. El receptáculo (5) suministra el compact disk grabado en caso de que el usuario hay escogido la opción de grabación.
La máquina dispone de salida de audio y vídeo (17) para poder conectar unos altavoces y monitores de vídeo exteriores.
La máquina está provista de un conector USB (15) y una conexión telefónica para internet (20). De esta manera se consiguen importantes operaciones de forma remota como: Poder actualizar las canciones, realizar diagnostico de la máquina, obtención de estadísticas de las canciones más solicitadas, transmisión del show a otro lugar y todas las posibilidades que internet puede ofrecer.
Además la conexión USB permite comunicar el karaoke con dispositivos multimedia, por ejemplo una segunda videocámara.
El software permitirá que la máquina pueda ser utilizada también como máquina de reproducción musical (Jukebox de audio), reproductor de videoclips, además de canciones de vídeo karaoke comercial (con imágenes de videoclip).
Unas ruedas (18) y un asa (13) facilitan el transporte de la máquina. La parte trasesa (19) se puede retirar fácilmente para tener un acceso al interior de la máquina.
La energía eléctrica se suministra mediante un cable al conjunto conector, interruptor y fusible (16).
La rejilla (14) facilita la ventilación y evita sobrecalentamientos en los sistemas eléctricos.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Máquina karaoke jukebox basada en ordenador con la música en disco duro , que incorpora una videocámara y se caracteriza por grabar la actuación, de los cantantes, en soporte de disco compacto CDROM y DVD.
2. Máquina karaoke jukebox, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por mostrar las imágenes captadas por la cámara junto con la letra de la canción en un monitor de vídeo.
3. Máquina karaoke jukebox, según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracte- rizada por tener un sistema de procesamiento digital de vídeo para la realización de efectos especiales de imagen.
4. Máquina karaoke jukebox, según las reivindicación 1 tiene la característica de actualizar los temas musicales en play-back a través de internet.
5. Máquina karaoke jukebox, según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada por tener un depósito de discos vírgenes y un sistema de alimentación automática de discos para el grabador DVD y posterior entrega al usuario en un receptáculo.
6. Máquina karaoke jukebox, según la reivindicación 2 caracterizada por ser el monitor del tipo sensible al tacto.
