The inventive soy-containing PVP has the following component ratio: 41,5-51.5 mass % of protein in which the content of accessible indispensable acids is equal to or higher than 17 % mass % thereof, 42,5-49,5 mass % of a biochemical complex, the rest being water. Said soy PVP is embodied in the form of full-fat soy plates and exhibits high consumer and specific therapeutic and preventive properties whose action is preserved during 25-30 days.
