车辆防盗装置 技术领域
本发明涉及车辆防盗装置, 特别是涉及一种可使车体杆管部件被破坏而失 去正常使用功能的车辆防盗装置。 背景技术
众所周知, 车辆防盗是人们日常生活中一个至关重要的问题。 传统的车辆 防盗装置大多为锁具, 各式的锁具可设置于自行车、 摩托车等人力车的前、 后轮上来进行防盗, 但这些锁具基本上都能被盗车者撬开, 从而顺利地将完 好的车辆盗走, 即使没有充足的撬锁时间, 作案者仍可以将完好的整车一并 盗走, 而后再慢慢地撬销以供使用, 不需要再付出其它成本, 很显然, 这种 锁具的防盗性能较差; 又比如, 汽车的锁具, 很容易就会被偷盗者破坏, 触 发电路后就可以方便的将汽车盗走, 防盗性能不佳。
传统锁具之所以有这样的弊端, 就在于车锁被撬开后, 车辆是完好的, 仍 可以正常使用。 基于这样的事实, 人们已经研发出各式可使车体部件被拆离 或将车体破坏的锁具, 这类锁具可以保证车辆在被锁定时处于一种坏损的非 正常状态, 不易被驱动或偷盗, 即使被偷盗走, 仍需要偷盗者对车辆进行配 件及修理, 从而, 可大幅降低偷盗者偷车的机会, 起到了较好的防盗效果。
例如, 中国 CN2268664Y 号专利公开了一种 "自行车防盗锁", 该项技术 是将自行车车把制成可拆卸的组合结构, 包括一中央管及可插入中央管两端 的两侧车把管, 两侧车把管由活动管与前支架及中央管连接, 在自行车的中 央管两端与车把管的连接处各设一把锁具。 当车主使用自行车时, 将两侧的 车把管插入中央管并锁定, 就可以正常使用; 而当停放时, 将锁打开取出两 侧的车 4巴管并上锁, 这时, 两侧的车把管无法固定, 而处于一种由活动管活 动挂置连接的状态, 车辆无法正常使用, 可起到了良好的防盗效果。 但该防 盗装置仍没有脱离锁具的束縛, 拆卸两侧的车把管时还是需要频繁的开锁、 关锁过程, 使用操作比较麻烦、 不快捷, 也不方便。 另外, 锁具本身易坏损 的不足也可能会影响该防盗装置的正常使用, 一旦锁具坏损, 可能令车主根 本不能将车把管插入中央管, 连自己也不能使用自己的车辆了; 另一方面, 锁具坏损时, 无法将两侧车把管由中央管抽出, 如果该车辆可能又没有其它 锁具, 将导致车主根本无法锁定车辆, 给车主带来不必要的麻烦与不便。
又如中国专利第 CN2353631Y 号专利公开的 "人力车可离合车把"、 CN2333595Y号专利公开的 "机械式汽车防盗装置"、 CN2427417Y号专利公开 的 "一种自行车防盗锁,,、 CN2306927Y 号专利公开的 "防盗自行车,, 以及 CN2482530Y号专利公开的 "一种可离合防盗车把装置" 等等, 这些专利技术 基本上仍然都采用了锁具结构, 不仅锁具易坏损, 更重要的是, 车主在使用 与操作时都存在开锁、 关锁的过程, 而后才能把拆卸离部件从新安装成可使 用的正常状态, 使用比较麻烦, 不够简易方便。
又如, 中国专利笫 CN2309987Y 号专利公开了一种 "可拆卸的汽车方向盘 装置", 该技术可以使方向盘从转轴上脱开并带走, 使汽车在被偷盗时不能 被驾驶。 但我们可以试想, 车主在锁定车辆以后, 无论到哪都携带一方向盘, 很显然, 将非常不便且滑稽可笑。 另一方面, 该装置主要由与汽车转轴相固 接的基座、 与汽车方向盘相固接的联结套座以及夹套在基座与联结套座套置 后的环形空间内的控制套管所组成, 其构成比较复杂, 从而, 车主在操作使 用时, 需按照固定的步骤一步步进行操作, 相当麻烦, 十分不便。
另外一点, 如前所述的各种可使车辆部件被拆离或被破坏的防盗装置, 还 存在一个比较普便的问题是, 在需要正常使用而将拆离部件与车辆主体相组 合时, 经常出现相连接部件不能稳固牢靠的进行径向及轴向定位的问题, 组 合部件容易出现相对径向转动或轴向滑动, 导至被拆离部件与车辆主体组装 后, 不能真正达到车辆本身应当具有的稳固性与强度, 给使用者带来一定的 麻烦与不便。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种车辆防盗装置, 该装置在断裂或连接车辆杆 管部件时, 使用操作特别方便、 简易。 本发明的另一目的是提供一种车辆防盗装置, 其还可以使整车达到较好的 减震效果。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种车辆防盗装置, 在车辆正常使用时, 能 保证相连接组件之间具有较好的径向及轴向定位, 能使组装后的车辆具有真 正不影响使用的效果。
为了实现本发明使用特别方便、 筒易的目的, 采用如下技术方案: 一种 车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 包括有与车辆断开杆管相连接的两端部件以及 与该两端部件相耦合连接的中间部件, 该中间部件可以从两端部件之间插入 或取出。 这样, 在车辆停泊时, 将中间部件直接取出带走, 使得原来作为一 个整体的杆管可以方便地断开, 不需要繁杂的操作过程就可以使车辆变得不 能使用, 以达到防盗目的; 而在需要正常使用时, 只需将中间部件插入两端 部件之间就可以使断开的杆管相连接, 使车辆恢复正常的使用状态。
具体地, 本发明的耦合连接可采用多种形式:
第一种耦合连接方式为燕尾槽和燕尾块的相配合连接。
所述燕尾槽设置于两端部件上, 而所述燕尾块设置于中间部件的两端; 也 可以将燕尾槽设置于中间部件的两端, 而所述燕尾块设置于两端部件上。
所述燕尾块呈条状, 而所述燕尾槽相配合设为长槽状; 或者, 所述燕尾块 也可呈圆锥状, 而燕尾槽相配合设为锥孔状。
本发明如前所述的燕尾槽可为完全通透状; 或者, 所述燕尾槽为不完全通 透状。
本发明耦合连接的笫二种方式为 τ型槽与 T型块的相配合连接。
所述 T型槽设置于两端部件上, 而所述 T型块设置于中间部件的两端; 或 者, 也可使所述 T型槽设置于中间部件的两端, 而所述 T型块设置于两端部 件上。
所述 T型块为阶梯圆柱状, 所述 T型槽为阶梯孔状。
所述 T型槽为完全通透状; 或者, 所述 T型槽为不完全通透状。
当然, 本发明所欲提供的是一种可使中间部件插入及取出方便的耦合连 接, 也可以说是一种相互配合的连接, 决不局限于本发明提到的燕尾式及 T 型式, 其它本发明未提到的配合截面或方式皆应是本发明的等同替换; 而所 涉及的配合可以是完全的配合, 也可是不完全的配合, 即不一定要求中间部 件与两端部件的形状完全一一对应, 可以有一些不同, 只要配合面的强度能 保证车辆杆管正常使用所需达到的强度就可以。
本发明的第三种耦合连接方式为弹性连接结构, 这一种类型的连接形式还 解决了车辆在行驶过程中的减震问题, 是对本发明的进一步改进。
所述两端部件为弹簧。 所述中间部件两端设有燕尾块或 T型块, 而所述弹 簧套设于该燕尾块或 T型块上; 或者, 所述中间部件两端设有燕尾槽或 T型 槽, 而所述弹簧穿置或抵顶于所述燕尾槽或 T型槽内。
所述两端部件设有燕尾槽或 T型槽, 而所述中间部件为弹簧, 该弹簧穿置 或抵顶于所述燕尾槽或 T型槽内。
另外, 所述两端部件及 /或中间部件可由具有弹性的材料制成, 也可起到 良好的減震效果。
作为本发明燕尾式及 τ型式耦合连接的进一步改进, 所述中间部件的轴 向中心嵌置有弹簧或弹性柱。 或者, 于所述两端部件与中间部件相接触端面 设有弹性片, 如设置于燕尾槽或 τ型槽内的底面; 也可设置于燕尾块或 T型 块的端面; 或者, 于燕尾槽、 τ型块以及燕尾块、 T型块的接触端面都设置。 这种技术方案既能起到一定的减震效果; 同时, 也可在轴向方向上因弹性抵 顶, 使本发明具有较好的轴向定位, 再一方面, 因轴向方向具有弹性抵顶力, 也使中间部件与两端部件的配合面具有较大的摩擦力, 使中间部件不易从两 端部件之间脱出, 使用性能更加稳定。
本发明的第四种耦合连接方式为 u形杆与孔的孔销式连接, 这种连接方式 可以使车辆在需要正常使用时, 两端部件与中间部件不会相对扭转, 保证两 端部件与中间部件之间具有最佳的径向及轴向定位, 使用性能更加可靠。
所述两端部件上设有至少一对锁孔, 而所述中间部件为 U型杆。
所述锁孔为一对, 分别设置于两端部件上, 而所述 U型杆的两侧杆部穿置 于所述锁孔中。
作为该连接方式的进一步改进,所述销孔为两对,分别设置于两端部件上, 49 而所述中间部件为双 U型杆, 所述双 U型杆的两侧杆部穿置于所述的两对锁 孔中, 使车辆在正常使用时, 稳固性能更加可靠。
再进一步, 所述双 U型杆之间设置有固定杆。 所述固定杆设置于双 U型杆 的圆弧部之间或两侧杆部之间。 这样可以另好地解决相连接的两端部件与中 间部件可能产生的相对扭动问题, 使用更可靠。
在该孔销式连接的各技术方案中, 所述锁孔可为通孔或盲孔。 所述锁孔的 横截面与 u型杆的横截面相配合。 所述锁孔与 U型杆的横截面可为圆形或三 角形或矩形, 只要能保证两者可以相互配合, 任意形状的截面都可以使用, 基本没有局限性。
作为该连接方式的又一种改进, 所述的 u型杆开口端配合设有锁块。 所述 锁块上设有与 U型^ 截面形状及 U型杆数目相适应的副锁孔; 该锁块一方面 可以控制 ϋ型杆的张开变形, 一方面可以通过该锁块的锁合作用控制 υ型杆 是否能够插入或拔出锁孔。 更重要的, 该锁块可以配合 ϋ型杆起到很好的防 扭转特性。
另外, 对本发明第一及第二种耦合连接方式进行定位方面的改进, 所述中 间部件设有定位挡件。 所述定位挡件设置于中间部件的端部外周。 具体地, 该定位挡件可设置于中间部件的一端或两端, 这样, 当中间部件插入两端部 件之间时, 中间部件的挡件就可以束靠在两端部件及车辆杆管上, 在车辆正 常使用时, 再由杆管受到的相应作用力, 可以达到更好的径向及轴向定位。 当然, 本发明第一及第二种连接形式中, 即使不使用该挡件, 只要相配合面 具有一定的粗糙度达到一定摩擦力, 再加上燕尾型与 τ型结构本身上宽下窄 的外部形状, 是完全可以保证定位效果的, 具有良好的实用性。
本发明如前所述的各技术方案中, 车辆杆管可为汽车的方向盘转动杆; 也 可以是为自行车的杆管部件, 如可以是自行车的上管、 下管、 立管、 车把立 管、 车把手或鞍座管等杆管部件; 也可以是摩托车的杆管部件, 如摩托车的 把手或下管或前叉管。 总之, 将本发明应用于任何车辆的任意重要或关键杆 管, 只要能破坏车辆正常使用的部位, 就可以采用本发明来实现防盗目的。
本发明如前所述各技术方案中, 所述的两端部件与车辆断开的管杆可以是 固定连接。 具体地有, 两端部件与车辆杆管一体成型, 即在车辆制造时就可 以考虑预制两端部件, 再配合制造数个该中间部件以备车主使用; 或者, 将 原来完好的车辆杆管从任意适当位置割断开, 再将所述两端部件与车辆杆管 相焊接、 铆接或胶接, 这种连接方式适于未设置该防盗装置的整车成品, 而 后来再加装本防盗装置的情况。
本发明如前所述的各技术方案中, 所述的两端部件与车辆断开的管杆也可 为可拆卸连接。 具体地, 该可拆卸连接可为螺接或卡接或套接或插接。 这种 连接方式适于随时依车主需求而更换不同类型的防盗装置或进行相应的修 理。 这些连接方式均为习知技术, 不再赘述。
最后, 为了使相断开的杆管部件不被偷盗者带走、 并便于车主管理, 可以 将所述被断开的部件, 如汽车方向盘、 车把手等以链体与车辆主体相连接。
根据上述结构特征, 本发明相对现有技术具有以下显著的进步: 第一、 本发明由相互耦合的两端部件及中间部件组成, 且中间部件可以方 便地于两端部件之间插入或取出, 这样, 在车辆停泊时, 将中间部件直接取 出带走, 使得原来作为一个整体的杆管可以方便地断开, 不需要繁杂的操作 过程就可以使车辆变得不能使用, 以达到防盗目的; 而在需要正常使用时, 只需将中间部件插入两端部件之间就可以使断开的杆管相连接, 使车辆恢复 正常的使用状态, 使用操作非常简易方便, 克服了习知防盗装置无法脱离锁 具约束的不足, 也避免了锁具易坏损的缺点, 从根本上简化了操作与使用程 序。
第二、 本发明的耦合连接方式可为弹性连接结构, 两端部件或中间部件可 以是弹簧或由弹性材料制成, 这样, 车辆在行驶过程中就具有较好的减震效 果。 同时, 由于增加了弹力作用, 会使两端部件与中间部件在相互接合时具 有更好地径向及轴向定位, 使用更可靠。
第三、 本发明的 U形杆与孔的孔销式连接, 因采用了锁块及 U型杆的结 构形式, 并且双 U型杆类型还设有固定杆, 另外再配合锁块的作用, 可以使 车辆在需要正常使用时, 使相耦合部件不会相对扭转, 从而, 保证了两端部 件与中间部件之间具有最佳的径向及轴向定位, 使用性能更加可靠。 附图说明

参见图 1,本发明的防盗装置包括有与车辆断开杆管相连接的两端部件 1 以及与该两端部件 1相耦合的中间部件 2, 该中间部件 1可以从两端部件 1 之间插入或取出。 所述耦合方式为燕尾槽 3和燕尾块 4的耦合。 该实施例的 燕尾槽 3设置于两端部件 1上, 而所述燕尾块 4则设置于中间部件 2的两端; 很明显,根据简单替换原理,也可以将燕尾槽 3设置于中间部件 1的两端, 而 所述燕尾块 则设置于两端部件 1上, 如图 2所示。
该实施例可广泛应用于各式具有杆管部件的车辆, 特别是适用于中间部件 2 及两端部件 1 组装以后基本不存在相对旋转的工作场合, 如本发明所应用 的车辆杆管可以是自行车的杆管部件, 如自行车的上管、 下管、 立管、 车把 手或鞍座管等杆管部件, 在本发明中, 自行车可以是人力的或电动的或燃油 助动的等各式车型。 在车辆需要停泊时, 将中间部件 2从两端部件 1之间取 出并随身带走, 就可以使自行车原本作为一个整体的杆管处于一种不能正常 使用的断裂状态, 起到防盗效果; 而车主需使用时, 只需将中间部件 2插入 于两端部件 1 之间就能使自行车的相应断裂杆管恢复正常使用时的连接状 态, 非常方便。 本发明所应用的车辆杆管部件也可以是摩托车的杆管部件, 如摩托车的把手或下管或前叉管等。
在该实施例当中, 如图 1或 2所示, '所述燕尾块 4呈条状, 而所述燕尾槽 3相配合设为长槽状, 该技术方案特别适用于组接部件是相对旋转的工作场 合, 如汽车方向盘的转动杆等; 或者, 如图 3所示, 所述燕尾块 4也可呈圆 锥状, 而燕尾槽相配合设为锥孔状(附图省略), 该技术方案适于相对组件 没有相对旋转的工作场合。
在如前所述的各技术方案中, 燕尾槽 3是完全通透状的; 当然, 也可是不 完全通透状的, 如图 4所示, 这样, 该不通透的燕尾槽 3也可以起到一定的 定位效果, 同样能更好地适合如汽车方向盘系统及自行车车把立管等需要各 组件相对旋转的工作场合。 如该实施例应用于汽车的方向盘转动杵, 车把立 管等处, 这样, 在车辆停泊时, 车主只需将中间部件 2从两端部件 1之间取 出并随身带走即可, 使该方向盘转动杆处于一种断裂状态, 或由一较长的链 体使方向盘与转动杆或车辆主体连接。 此时, 汽车的关键部件一方向盘处于 一种不能转动的瘫痪状态, 根本无法正常驱动行驶, 起到了良好的防盗效果; 而当车主需要驾驶车辆时, 仅需将中间部件 2插入两端部件 1之间, 借助燕 尾槽 3、 燕尾块 4 的配合面所产生的摩擦力以及上宽下窄的燕尾结构, 使方 向盘能够保持正常使用时所需要的定位力, 完全可以正常驱动方向盘。 由上 可知, 本发明在使用操作时, 只需要筒单地将中间部件 2 取出及插入, 操作 十分简便, 从根本上解决了习式防盗装置使用锁体而需要繁杂操作的问题。 所述应用实施例为本领域普通技术人员所公知的常识, 省略相应附图, 以下 类似应用实施例, 均不再赘附附图。
当然, 本发明还可应用于其它类型的车辆, 如三轮车等等。 总之, 将本发 明可应用于任何车辆的任意重要或使用关键杆管, 只要能破坏车辆的正常使 用的部位, 就可以采用本发明来实现防盗目的, 使用操作都特别方便。
该实施例当中, 参见图 5 , 第二种耦合形式为 T型槽与 T型块 41的相配 合连接。 T型槽设置于两端部件上(附图省略), 而所述 T型块 41设置于中 间部件 1的两端; 或者, 也可使所述 T型槽设置于中间部件 2的两端, 而所 述 T型块 41设置于两端部件上(附图省略), 该 T型块 41为阶梯圆柱状, 所述 T型槽为阶梯孔状(附图省略)。 同样, 所述 T型槽可为完全通透状或 为不完全通透状。
当然, 本发明所欲提供的是一种可使中间部件 2插入及取出方便的耦合连 接, 也可以说是一种相互配合的连接, 决不局限于本发明提到的燕尾式及 T 型式, 其它本发明未提到的截面配合方式皆应是本发明的等同替换; 而所涉 及的配合可以是完全的配合, 也可是不完全的配合, 即不一定要求中间部件 2 与两端部件 1 的形状完全——对应, 可以有一些不同, 只要配合面的强度 能保证车辆杆管正常使用所需达到的强度就可以, 如可以是相互衔接或挂接 的结构形式, 不再赘述。
作为对该实施例两种耦合形式的进一步改进, 使其具有更好的定位效果。 进一步参见图 6、 7, 所述中间部件 2设有定位挡件 21。 图 6 中, 所述定位 挡件 21直接成型于中间部件 2的主体外周上, 该挡件 21呈一壳状, 且应使 该壳状与两端部件 1 以及车辆的断开杆管相配合, 当中间部件 2插入时, 可 使该挡件 21束靠于车辆杆管, 能起到更好的径向及轴向定位效果。 图 7中, 定位挡件 21直接设置于 T型块 41上, 同样能起到定位作用。 在该改进实施 例中, 该定位挡件 21 可设置于中间部件 2 的一端或两端, 这样, 当中间部 件 1插入两端部件 1之间时, 中间部件 2的挡件 21就可以束靠在两端部件 2 及车辆杆管上, 在车辆正常使用时, 再由杆管受到的相应作用力, 可以达到 更好的径向及轴向定位。 当然, 本发明第一及第二种连接形式中, 即使不使 用该挡件 21 , 只要相配合面具有一定的粗糙度达到一定摩擦力, 再加上燕尾 型与 T型结构本身上宽下窄的外部形状, 是完全可以保证定位效果的, 具有 良好的实用性。
本发明如前所述的各技术方案中, 所述的两端部件 1与车辆断开的管杆可 以为固定连接。 具体地, 所述两端部件 1 与车辆杆管可一体成型, 即在车辆 制造时就可以考虑预制两端部件 1 , 再配合制造中间部件 2 , 此时, 本发明 适用整车制造领域; 或者, 也可以将成品车辆的关键杆管从任意适当位置切 去一小部分, 这样, 车辆的杆管被分割为与车身保持原有连结的断裂状态, 再将本发明的两端部件 1 与该断裂的车辆杆管端部相焊接、 铆接或胶接, 这 种连接方式适用于没有该防盗装置的整车成品, 再单独加装本防盗装置的情 况, 可广泛应用于车辆的零部件制造领域。
当然, 本发明两端部件 1与车辆断开的管杆也可为可拆卸连接, 如为螺接 或卡接或套接或插接。 这种连接方式适于随时依车主更换不同类型的防盗装 置或进行相应的修理, 方便实用。 这些连接方式均为习知技术, 不再赘述。 实施例 2
该实施例的原理、 操作方法、 应用车型、 有益效果以及制造过程与前述实 施例基本相同, 不再重述。 该实施例与前述实施例的区别是该实施例的耦合 连接方式为弹性连接结构, 这一种类型的连接形式还能解决车辆在行驶过程 中的减震问题, 是本发明的另一种较佳实施方式, 该实施例特别适用于需要 减震的杆管部件, 如自行车的鞍座管等。
参见图 8 , 该实施例中的一种技术方案, 所述两端部件 1为弹簧, 该弹簧 与车辆断开的杆管相连接, 可为实施例 1 中所述的固定连接或可拆卸连接。 该弹簧可为一种螺旋弹簧, 所述弹簧连接于中间部件 2 的两端, 可以在中间 部件 2两端设置燕尾块 4或 T型块 41 (附图省略), 所述弹簧即套设在该燕 尾块 4或 T型块 41上, 这时, 该弹簧的外径应比燕尾块 4或 T型块 41的外 径大。 很显然, 居简单替换原则, 参见图 9 , 也可以在中间部件 1 的两端 设置燕尾槽 3或 T型槽(.附图省略), 而弹簧则穿置或顶压于燕尾槽 3或 T 型槽内, 此时, 该弹簧的外径应较小。 在该实施例当中, 弹簧应具有足够的 刚性, 以保证车辆在正常使用时所需达到的径向及轴向强度。
在车辆需要停泊时, 只需将中间部件 1从两端部件 1中取出并随身带走, 就可以使原来完好的整体杆管处于一种断裂状态, 不能正常使用; 而当车主 要使用车辆时, 只需将中间部件 2插入于两端部件 1之间, 就可以使断裂的 杆管恢复原来的连接状态, 使车辆能够正常使用, 锁车、 用车都十分方便, 快捷。 同时, 因两端部件 1 采用了弹簧结构, 可有效减緩车辆在行驶过程中 的震动及颠簸, 增加车辆运行时的舒适情况。
根据对称替换原理, 参见图 10, 为该实施例的又一实施形式, 所述两端 部件 1设有燕尾槽 3或 T型槽(附图省略), 而所述中间部件 1为弹簧, 该 弹簧可以制成两端小中间大的形式, 使该弹簧两端抵顶于所述燕尾槽 3 或 T 型槽内。
作为该实施例的又一技术方案, 没有直接采用弹簧结构, 而是将所述两端 部件或中间部件当中的一者或两者采用具有弹性的材料制成, 同样也可起到 良好的减震效果。
另夕卜,在该实施例中,还可以实施例 1中所述燕尾式及 T型式结构为^出, 作进一步改进, 同样可实现本实施例的减震效果; 另一方面, 也可以更进一 步加强本发明的定位效果。 具体地, 参见图 11 , 在所述的中间部件 2的轴向 中心嵌置有弹簧 22 , 在将中间部件 2插入两端部件 1之间时, 该弹簧 22— 方面可以起到减震作用, 一方面因弹簧 22 在轴向方向的弹性抵顶, 也可实 现本发明更佳的轴向定位, 也因为轴向定位具有较大的摩擦力而进一步稳定 了径向定位, 实用性更好。 参见图 12 , 也可以在中间部件 2的轴向中心嵌置 有弹性柱 23。 或者, 参见图 13, 在中间部件 2的两端面设置有弹性片 24 , 为使中间部件 2 能顺利插入或取出, 最佳地, 使弹性片 24 的弹性应力方向 对称。 又根据简单替换原理, 参见图 14, 可将该弹性片 24设置于两端部件 1上, 如设置于燕尾槽 3内的底部。 同样, 既能起到一定的减震效果; 同时, 也可在轴向方向上因弹性抵顶, 使本发明具有较好的轴向定位, 再一方面, 因轴向方向具有弹性抵顶力, 也使中间部件 2与两端部件 1的配合面具有较 大的摩擦力, 使中间部件 2不易从两端部件 1之间脱出, 使用性能更加稳定。 实施例 3
该实施例的原理、 操:作方法、 应用车型、 有益效果以及制造过程与前述实 施例基本相同, 不再重述。 该实施例与前述实施例的区别是耦合方式为 U形 杆与孔的孔销式连接, 这种连接方式可以使车辆在需要正常使用时, 两端部 件 1与中间部件 2不会相对扭转, 保证两端部件 1与中间部件 2之间具有最 佳的径向及轴向定位, 使用性能更加可靠, 该实施例特别适用于两端部件 1 及中间部件 2 组装置以后, 需要相对旋转的工作场合, 如汽车的方向盘系统 以及自行车车把立管等, 该实施例能保证最可靠及稳固的定位性能。
参见图 15 , 该实施例中, 两端部件 1上设有一对锁孔 11 , 而所述中间部 件 2为 U型杆。 该对锁孔 11于两端部件 1上各设置一个, 而所述 U型杆的 两侧杆部可则穿置于所述锁孔 11 中。 该 U型杆的强度以大为佳, 这样可以 承受较大的相对扭转力, 保证本发明最佳的径向及轴向定位。 在车辆需要停 泊时, 只要将中间部件 2 抽出并带走, 就可使车辆的杆管处于断裂的瘫痪状 态, 起到防盗作用; 而车主需正常使用时, 只要将该中间部件 2 的两侧杆部 插入于锁孔 11中, 就可以恢复车辆杆管的连接状态, 不妨碍正常使用。
进一步改进, 参见图 16 , 所述锁孔 11为两对, 分别设置于两端部件 1上, 而所述中间部件 2为双 U型杆, 所述双 U型杆的两侧杆部穿置于所述的两对 锁孔 11中, 使车辆在正常使用时, 稳固性能更加可靠。 更进一步, 所述双 u 型杆之间设置有固定杆 25。 参见图 16、 17, 所述固定杆 25可设置于双 U型 杆的圓弧部之间或两侧杆部之间, 也可以于该两处都设置, 并可设置多处。 这样可以另好地解决相连接的两端部件 1与中间部件 2可能产生的相对扭动 问题, 使用更可靠。 当然, 所述 U型杆不局限于双 U型, 三个以上 U型杆同 样可以达到该实施例的目的。
在该实施例如前所述的技术方案中, 所述销孔 11 可为通孔或盲孔。 所述 锁孔 11的横截面与 U型杆的横截面相配合, 所述锁孔 11与 U型杆的横截面 为圆形或三角形或矩形, 保证两者能相互配合就可以, 任意形状的截面都可 以使用, 基本没有局限性。
作为该连接方式的又进一步改进, 所述的 U型杆开口端配合设有锁块 5 , 所述锁块 5上设有与 U型杆截面形状以及 U型数目相适应的副锁孔 51。 该锁 块 5—方面可以控制 U型杆的张开变形, 一方面可通过该锁块 5的锁合作用 控制 U型杆是否能够插入或拔出锁孔, 更重要的是, 该锁块可以配合 U型杆 起到最佳的防扭转特性, 达到优良的径向及周向定位, 使用性能更加可靠。
以上所述仅是本发明的几个具体实施方式, 本发明不局限于上述实施方 式, 凡依本发明的创作原理所作的等同替换或改进, 均应含盖于本发明的保 护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 包括有与车辆断开杆管相连接的两 端部件以及与该两端部件相耦合连接的中间部件, 该中间部件可以从两端部 件之间插入或取出。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述耦合连接为 燕尾槽和燕尾块的相配合连接。.
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述燕尾槽设置 于两端部件上, 而所述燕尾块设置于中间部件的两端。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述燕尾槽设置 于中间部件的两端, 而所述燕尾块设置于两端部件上。
5. 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述燕 尾块呈条状, 而所述燕尾槽相配合设为长槽状。
6. 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述燕 尾块呈圓锥状, 而所述燕尾槽相配合设为锥孔状。
7. 根据权利要求 2-6 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所 述燕尾槽为完全通透状。
8. 根据权利要求 2-6 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所 述燕尾槽为不完全通透状。
9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述耦合连接为 T型槽与 T型块的相配合连接。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 T型槽设置 于两端部件上, 而所述 T型块设置于中间部件的两端。
11. 艮据权利要求 9所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 T型槽设置 于中间部件的两端, 而所述 T型块设置于两端部件上。
12. 根据权利要求 9或 10或 11所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 T型块为阶梯圆柱状, 所述 T型槽为阶梯孔状。
13. 根据权利要求 9-12 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 T型槽为完全通透状。
14. 根据权利要求 9-12 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述 T型槽为不完全通透状。
15. 根据权利要求 1所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述耦合连接为 弹性连接结构。
16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述两端部件 为弹簧。
17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述中间部件 两端设有燕尾块或 T型块, 而所述弹簧套设于该燕尾块或 T型块上; 或者, 所述中间部件两端设有燕尾槽或 T型槽, 而所述弹簧穿置或抵顶于所述燕尾 槽或 T型槽内。
18. 根据权利要求 15 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述两端部件 设有燕尾槽或 T 型槽, 而所述中间部件为弹簧, 该弹簧穿置或抵顶于所述燕 尾槽或 T型槽内。
19. 根据权利要求 15 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述两端部件 及 /或中间部件由具有弹性的材料制成。
20. 根据权利要求 1-14 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述中间部件的轴向中心嵌置有弹簧或弹性柱。
21. 根据权利要求 1-14 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述两端部件及 /或中间部件的相接触端面设有弹性片。
22. 根据权利要求 21 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性片的 弹性方向对称。
23. 根据权利要求 1所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述耦合连接为 U形杆与孔的孔销式连接。
24. 根据权利要求 23 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述两端部件 上设有至少一对锁孔, 而所述中间部件为 U型杆。
25. 根据权利要求 24 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁孔为一 对, 分别设置于两端部件上, 而所述 U型杆的两侧杆部穿置于所述锁孔中。
26. 根据权利要求 23 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁孔为两 对, 分别设置于两端部件上, 而所述中间部件为双 U型杆, 所述双 ϋ型杆的 两侧杆部穿置于所述的两对锁孔中。
27. 根据权利要求 26所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述汉 U型杆 之间设置有固定杆。
28. 根据权利要求 27 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定杆设 置于双 U型杆的圆弧部之间或两侧杆部之间。
29. 根据权利要求 23-28中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁孔为通孔或盲孔。
30. 根据权利要求 23-28中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁孔的横截面与 U型杆的横截面相配合。
31. 根据权利要求 30 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁孔与 U 型杆的横截面为圆形或三角形或矩形。
32. 根据权利要求 23-31中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述的 U型杆开口端配合设有锁块。
33. 根据权利要求 32 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述销块上设 有与 U型杆截面形状及 U型数目相适应的副锁孔。
34. 根据权利要求 1-14中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述中间部件设有定位挡件。
35. 根据权利要求 34 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述定位挡件 设置于中间部件的端部外周或主体外周。
36. 根据权利要求 34 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述中间部件 设置于中间部件的一端或两端。
37. 根据如前任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述车辆杆管 为汽车的方向盘转动杆。
38. 根据权利要求 1-36 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述车辆杆管为自行车的杆管部件。
39. 根据权利要求 38 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述自行车的 杆管部件为自行车的上管、 下管、 立管、 车把立管、 车把手或鞍座管。
40. 根据权利要求 1-36 中任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述车辆杆管为摩托车的杆管部件。
41. 根据权利要求 40 所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述摩托车的 杵管部件为其把手或下管或前叉管。
42. 才艮据如前任意一项所述的车辆防盗装置, 其特征在于, 所述的两端部 件与车辆断开的管杆为固定连接。
