Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil de commutation de courants comportant un commutateur (M1) à commutation progressive par charge/décharge du courant d'un condensateur (C1) produisant une résonance stable du circuit des transformateurs (T1, T2) de manière à permettre l'écoulement d'un courant alternatif sinusoïdal dont le facteur de puissance est voisin de 1 même pendant une période de basse tension où la tension passe par zéro. Le rendement est amélioré du fait de la libération par commutation progressive de l'énergie stockée dans le transformateur (T2) et du fait qu'aucun courant de démarrage ne se produit lors de la mise sous tension.
