Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil qui permet de fabriquer des articles réalisés en aluminium, en alliages d'aluminium, en alliages légers et autres, cet appareil comprenant un plateau (1), une filière inférieure (2) et au moins une filière supérieure (3), un conduit (10) qui sert à introduire du métal liquide et qui est relié à un four, le conduit (10) d'amenée du métal liquide arrivant par en dessous et débouchant dans la filière inférieure (2), ladite filière inférieure (2) formant au moins une impression inférieure (20) qui présente une partie concave (23) servant à introduire une quantité dosée de métal liquide, un obturateur mâle (8) associé à la filière supérieure (3) et formant au moins une impression supérieure (25) pouvant être reliée à l'impression inférieure (20) pour déterminer la forme de l'élément coulé. La filière supérieure (3) est fermée sur la filière inférieure (2) et l'obturateur mâle (8) ferme la forme et agit en tant qu'élément de régulation du flux pour l'orifice (24) qui assure une connexion avec le conduit (10) d'amenée du métal liquide.
